Haize was excellent from the start when we ordered our 2024 G90 four months ago until the point of purchase and the following day when he drove out to our house to set up our gate, and garage doors properly. Absolutely excellent service. Elvis the sales manager and Ellis the finance manager were very helpful as well!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONISIDER BUYING FROM THEM.I gave the General Manager and Sales Manager one week to respond to my complaint and neither even followed up. So I will tell my story here so others can make an informed decision if they want to do business with these clowns.Last Sunday I visited the dealership and had an absolutely awful experience. I am trying to buy a Genesis and I got the bottom of the barrel Hyundai treatment as opposed to Genesis treatment. Since neither the General Manager or Sales Manager cared to even follow-up I must believe this is the normal way they do business here. So if you are going to buy a premium brand vehicle like a Genesis and expect to be treated well stay away from here.My salesman Noah didn't know the Genesis lineup at all and kept telling me incorrect information about the different trims. He also kept bringing me the wrong trim and then got annoyed with me when I showed him on the website that they had a SPORTS PRESTIGE trim in stock and had us walk over to their spare parking lot to look at it and didn't even offer to let us drive it.Apparently Lakeland Genesis doesn't intend to build customer relationships for long term business. Either you are buying right there and then that instant or they don't have time for you. The absolutely most silly part about all this was when I went back to Noah's desk to discuss numbers he brought over who I later found out was another Salesman who identified himself as the Sales Manager and was very rude to me and gave me an out the door number that was over MSRP! I got up and walked out with complete diguist in this dealership.Later after putting it all together I realized they just wanted me to leave because they sensed that I wasn't ready to make the purchase right there that day. UNBELIEVABLE.I will be buying a GV70 at some point in the next couple months; however I can 100% say that it will not be purchased from LAKELAND GENEISIS!!!

Extremely dissatisfied with Lakeland Genesis regarding a significant issue that has persisted since the purchase of my 2023 Genesis GV70 Sport Prestige on 11/1/2022. I believe it is essential to bring to your attention the unsatisfactory and negligent behavior exhibited by this dealership.At the time of purchase, I was assured that the missing set of keys for my vehicle would be promptly mailed to my address. Unfortunately, this commitment has not been honored, and the lack of a second key has caused significant inconvenience and rendered certain features of my $60k+ vehicle unusable.The timeline of events is as follows:On 11/30/2022, I informed the salesman, through a text message, that I had not received the keys. The response was non-committal, with the salesman mentioning checking with the account department.On 5/5/2023, out of the blue, the salesman reached out again to confirm my address. I promptly provided the updated information.On 5/9/2023, after several days without any communication, the salesman informed me that the key had been mailed. However, upon confirming that I had not received it, there was a sudden change in tone, with the salesman stating that they would check with the manager.Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue by reaching out to the dealership, I have encountered a continuous cycle of redirection and unfulfilled promises. The lack of communication and accountability from Lakeland Genesis is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.I am particularly disappointed as this situation has persisted for over a year, preventing me from fully enjoying the features of my vehicle and causing unnecessary frustration. I strongly believe that such negligence and poor customer service should not go unnoticed.I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter promptly. Additionally, I would appreciate any guidance on how to escalate this complaint to the appropriate representatives within Lakeland Genesis. If necessary, I would like to speak directly with the General Manager to resolve this ongoing issue. I can also share screenshots of my texts confirming the above events.

Outstanding service. Anthony, in the service department, sympathized with my predicament and without an appointment replaced a leaking tire and serviced my G90 after Courtesy Hyundai/Genesis in Tampa where I had for an appointment refused to do so.

REVIEW UPDATED: Genesis Lakeland is under new management and I think this is going to make a huge difference. The managers name is Clay and he has handled my issues wonderfully. He completely understood my side of things and did everything he could to make things right. Thanks to Clay he has changed my mind about Lakeland Genesis and look forward to future business with him.DON T buy a Genesis here. I would recommend going to Orlando or Tampa. You get absolutely zero benefit of buying an 80,000 car from them if you would have bought a 30,000 Hyundai. I had a Lexus before this and the waiting room was way nicer, anytime my car was going to be held overnight I was always given a loaner. This place has had my Genesis for multiple days waiting on tires to be in stock and never offered a loaner. If you want service and need valet to take you home they are booked multiple weeks out because it competes with Hyundai. Genesis issued a serious recall and they said they couldn t get me an appointment for a month out if I needed the valet service. Love my Genesis, hate the place I bought it.

The sales manager gave a me a quote and offer on paper. When I went back to get the offer, the manager tried to raise it by almost 3k. Don t come hereResponse to Management: That is incorrect and false information. You created a whole new price sheet with different prices simply because I did not accept your initial offer. I did get a much better deal at a different dealer and you may want to reconsider your pricing. While the actions of your inappropriate and unprofessional staff did lead me to find a better price at a different dealer, I am still disappointed in your dealership. Thank you!

The purchase transaction or our GV70 was terrific. Our sales associate Julio went out of his way to inform and educate us on the features and values of the vehicle. We left and remain highly satisfied and will recommend him to our friends and family

Purchased a new car from this facility. Initially the contact was not very pleasant, I called to verify if the car that I was interested in was available and the lady on the phone was adamant that I was going to get an appointment before I arrived. I hung up on her and drove 68 miles to the dealer. Salesman (Ellis) came outside as we drove up with nice comments regarding our car. We were able to secure a deal & traded for a New Genesis G70. Salesman & Sales mgr were nice to deal with. Only took one trip, drove out with new car same day. Process took approximately 3.5 hours. Recommend this dealer to anyone wanting a new Genesis. Dropped one Star due to clean-up crew doing a very marginal job on prepping the car, Otherwise experience was as pleasant as buying a new car can be.

I have referred three people to buy at this dealer and I regret. All bought new Genesis products, one was a 2022 GV80 Prestige signature, another a GV80 Prestige 3.5t, and another a 2023 G70. After numerous careless incidents, one leaving an engine cover off the engine the very first visit, my last visit them hand washing my 2021 Genesis Prestige 3.5t. The lady did not dry it off and it got water spots baked on which I pointed to Manny. The spots I later discovered did not come off, did a paint correction that would not come off and cost $583 to paint correct. It did not work, took it to Genesis of Leesburg where I bought it, and the paint correction would not work. Lakeland Genesis would not reimburse me, my vehicle ended up being repainted and I traded it. Lakeland Genesis refused to pay. They lost me as a customer as well as three others. They are no good.

The sales staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating and a credit to this company.The sales manager, however, never left his office, after promising me personally to give back the xerox copies of our drivers license after our test drive he refused to do so. Basically I feel this is dishonest and he has NO customer service skills.I wrote an email to the owner of the company and have not heard a word in over 10 days. The sales manager is a black mark to this Genesis dealership.They lost a cash sale and now we have a new Lincoln from Winter Haven.

My initial experience started off a little shaky. I made an appt for my 1st service online for my Genesis G70 and I requested valet as that service was included in the purchase price of my vehicle. Since this was a new dealership and I wasn't sure of the details regarding valet, I called the dealership and asked to speak with my service advisor, Sami. He was not available, but the service receptionist said she would send him the message and he would call me back. After a week with no call back, I called again and had to leave another message. I still did not receive a call back, so I canceled the appt. I then decided to schedule another appt the same way with the same request for valet and just see what would happen. I received a text message the morning of my appt indicating someone was heading out to pick up my car and asked if I needed a vehicle while my car was being serviced. I indicated I did not as long as my car would be returned the same day. I was advised it would be. Dustin was my valet, and he was absolutely awesome. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. He left the vehicle he was driving and took my car. My car was serviced in just about 3 hours or so, and my car was returned to me all clean and sparkling. I am extremely pleased with this dealership and the quality of their work and their staff. They stayed in touch to let me know what was going on, and I also received a follow-up call afterward to ensure I was happy with the service. Thanks Lakeland Hyundai / Genesis for a seamless and pleasant experience!!

Extremely disappointing experience with Lakeland Genesis and Hyundai. Disingenuous practice to entice customers to come into the dealership under false promises. We pre-negotiated terms to purchase 2 vehicles. After driving 2.5 hours, agreed upon terms changed. Do not trust this dealership to negotiate with integrity.

I had a 5 star for them with sales, but now that I own my car the service department is sooo bad I wish there was another Genesis dealer I could bring my car to for service. If it's not under warranty I will bring my car any where else but there.. Still waiting on a call from service manager who was supposably at meetings all day.. update, after call from Jessica in service she did me right and hopefully this matter will never happen again,

There are good Genesis dealerships and GREAT dealerships. Welcome to Lakeland, FL Genesis where you will experience greatness. I have owned 3 Genesis cars in the past 5 years. My dealership experiences have often fallen short in comparison to the high quality of the Genesis brand. Most Genesis dealerships are still struggling to establish their identity. Look no further than Lakeland FL Genesis if you prefer a high quality sales experience with no games. These folks have their act together. My sales associate Mike Policiano, was fantastic during and after the GV70 purchase process! He was knowledgeable about the car and it s features, personable, and comfortable to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone else coming to purchase or just looking at a car from here. In these crazy times of low vehicle supplies, crazy market adjustments beyond MSRP, and just plain lousy shopping experiences, I was fortunate to experience outstanding customer service, fair-pricing, professionalism, and help with my car buying experience. Every phase of the buy was white-glove service. Special kudos to Liz Reese in Guest Services, and Abu in Finance! It was great working with the entire team. They receive my 2022 It ain t bragging if you ve done it award. They delivered on every promise made, kept me up to date on the sale and delivery process and made sure I had a great experience.
