I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone over at Lakeland Collision on Industrial Park Drive for doing such a great job with my conversion van. The service and workmanship were exceptional. The price was fair too! I certainly hope that any potential clients reading this post will consider using them.

Carlos is a perfectionist and the type of person you would trust with your most prized possession. I took him my Porsche 911 for some paintwork on some aftermarket parts I wanted on the car. Since they were not OEM they were not a simple paint and install job. He took his time and made sure the paintwork was absolutely perfect. Very happy with his work and would highly recommend him and his shop.

When I brought my Jeep Patriot in for repair all of the front desk ladies were very nice and kept me updated through the process, and worked with my insurance to make sure that I had an estimated completion time and that there were no issues with communication. They even finished my car earlier than expected and it looks great. I'd definitely go back(hopefully won't need to but we'll see)

Carlos painted my front bumper and tailgate on my lifted truck. This was out of my own pocket (not an insurance job) so I was very picky about who I let do it. I visited several other shops that didn t make the cut before a friend who s had several of his cars painted here had nothing but good things to say about this place. He does an incredible job and is very detailed going the extra mile to make it just perfect. Took about week, and he isn t cheap, but wow Im now a lifetime customer and won t go anywhere else for my paint needs. Couldn t meet a nicer guy either, he never hesitated to stop what he was doing and talk each time I visited. I never felt rushed out of there or not welcomed.

Horrible customer service,,,had vehicle for over 7 weeks...and upon completion,after several issue's. Would not allow us to kerp rental for an additional 2,days to make sure we we're satisfy with repairs......WOW.....7 week's of rental and you wouldn't allow,2,additional days....to make sure customer was happy....with service?????....never will we recommend or,announce from our churches we are involved with...., to go to Lakeland Collision, Facebook here we come.....go,to anywhere but Lakeland Collision....

Picked up my car it was nasty used parts installed and a rats nest was in my trunk Also pulled out onto the road and had no brakes they told me you left the lot and approved the repairs How am I supposed to know my brakes don t work they wouldn t let me drive the car untill I signed the papers after waiting 5 more hours on the second day Horrible horrible place
