Had my car repaired for a front end collision. Charged $6000 to repair it. Months later my car started to give several engine problems and would not start with no accidents since leaving. Took to another dealership repair place and was told the front end parts of my car were not installed correctly and that parts were loose alongside my coolant was not bled properly either.Awful place. Would rather have my car towed across the state than come here again with these so called "professionals" charging me thousands to do a half-baked job for my new car.

I got into a collision with my 2023 tundra, and they were able to help me to get my truck like new again. The staff there is really nice. Victor is amazing, great guy. I noticed a lot of people complaining about how long it takes for their vehicle to be repaired, but you CAN NOT rush perfection. They really take the time to make sure your vehicle is perfect again and get the right parts. If you want someone to rush with your vehicle not making sure the job is done and put cheap parts in just to get the job done fast then this is not the place for you. I know I want my vehicle to be like new with the best quality parts and that s exactly what they did for me. You also have a lifetime warranty on all the parts they replace, and they ll do their best to get you right. Really appreciate you guys and thanks again Victor for all your help.

This collision center not only does outstanding quality work, the staff are wonderful people. We are from Orlando and were being given the run around by a local dealer body shop for our claim. So we decided to take the Jeep to Lakeland Dodge collision center. From the first interaction, it was clear they cared about the customer and the work. And once we got started, they called twice a week to update us on the progress and estimated completion date.Julie, who was our first point of contact is a wonderful person and follows through on everything she says she will. She, the assistant manager Jay and the GM who we met are all very knowledgeable, and want you to be satisfied with their work. We can t recommend them highly enough- both for the quality of work but also for how they handle customers . We have never had a better experience in automotive repair or body work !

Horrible customer service! If I could rate zero I would. This place had my car for 2 months! Mind you this is where my Insurance company told me to take my car. Never again! It took them 2 months to complete my repairs. Using excuses of parts they ordered were not correct. Couldn t find a wire they needed and it took 3 weeks just to get. Was with out a car for 2 weeks waiting on a courtesy vehicle. Feel I would not have gotten if I didn t call and raise hell over how long this was taking and demanded to speak to the shop manager. Rude and unprofessional staff. Was told by a staff member after being told they couldn t find the part that I should go and try to find the part my self since I wanted to complain about how long it was taking. Definitely not my job my guy. That s yours. And clearly every single team member working on my vehicle was insubordinate and couldn t communicate or approach this situation with professionalism. I will never recommend this place to anyone and if someone asks me about this place I will warn to stay the hell away from here. I guess this is what I get for a Toyota dealership trying to work on german engineering.Then when I finally do get to pick my vehicle up they wanted me to pay before i even get to see the work done. No I don t think so! I need to see what s takes 2 months to get right and I need to make sure it s operational like it should be. Lady was rude because I asked to look at the car before I completed payment. Then when I asked to know what was replaced or fixed I was told my insurance would send me all that information. Again no! I want to know what was done before payment was issued.Never again! Don t go here. Unless you have time to waste then that s your choice. But this place is horrible! Just look at all the bad reviews. Most say the same. Length of time and unprofessional staff. I ll just add mine to that list.STAY AWAY!

My car was involved in an accident 10/12. I had my vehicle taken here and had nothing and I mean nothing but issues. Something random spilled on my front and back passenger doors that needed to be repainted, Scuff marks on the hood, orange stuff all over the car that looked like rust and a black mark on the hood mind you not part of the accident. PCS monitor malfunction bc they put the wrong bulb in, blind spot monitor on the passenger side not working correctly bc they calibrated incorrectly and no alignment done. Toyota had to fix it. They did not put a bolt back in where the sensor is on the back door. Now when I drive and turn left my door light comes on because now there's a dent inside. Just overall terrible experience. If you ask me I did not get the care I should have gotten. I was assured the car mind you brand new would b thoroughly looked over. Obviously not the case. I do not recommend. Their idea of make it right is totally different from my view of make it right.

Took my daughter's nissan there to get damage done at her college by another student repaired. They did an excellent job. They kept in touch with me twice a week to give me an update. I recommend this body shop fully.

Horrible customer service !!! If you call to get a follow up it s a chore to get an answer. Then when you pick up the vehicle. They just hand you the keys. Papers and say bye. Nobody even inspects the car with you. Make sure you take pics upon arrival and after. As my experience and seeing I am not alone in this situation. I should have read the reviews. They do half ssa work !!! My car still isn t right. I keep having to bring it back as the production manager rich. Carries a chip on his shoulder and needs to do his job and knock that chip off. They all need a lesson In customer service. And you will find scuff marks all over your car !

This was my first time using Lakeland Body Shop and Collision. Julie was my service representative and she took care of everything. I purchased a new hood for my 4Runner at Lakeland Toyota. Julie made sure the hood was transferred to her location, explained the painting processes they use (better clear-coating as well), reboxed my old hood, and provided a fair price for the service.The overall quality of the paint job is excellent; the hood matches perfectly to the vehicle. I would definitely use them again and if I owned my own business, I would hire Julie to run my company; the customer service she provided is an example for others to follow.

Only giving one star because I can t leave 0 Stars. They have had my car since 6/02/23 and it s 6/28/23. The car was flooded due to storm so it s a comp claim. Between them and the insurance company this has been a joke. They didn t pick it up until 8 days after the incident and didn t start to remove the soaked carpet until 2 weeks in. Had to fight with them and insurance (trust me, filing a complaint there too) in order to have the engine looked at for damage as the car was in motion when the water damage occurred and we had a complete engine cut off and entire system failure. The next day we started it and it had a knock. Just heard from the insurance that they are putting it back together and can start the process of reviewing the engine when complete. No one is in a hurry and in the mean time I m without a car. Thanks for being so awesome. NOT!

The staff are liars. They said they did a diagnostic test on my vehicle before I picked it up and they found nothing wrong. My car was in their possession for over 30 days for a small repair to my door. Less than 12 hours later my car wouldn't crank up. They towed it back to their lot and claimed they did another diagnostic test and found that it was the alternator. Apparently they would not be responsible for that because it was "normal wear and tear". I had my car towed to the Honda dealership and they did a diagnostic to find that this company had lied yet again. It was my starter and not the alternator. Integrity is everything and they can not be trusted no matter how friendly they appear to be on the outside. Overall my experience was terrible and long. Geico should do business with a more reliable company. I will request that my car be reviewed by a different autonomy shop to ensure they actually repaired the original damages.Services: Tires, Painting

My Jeep was involved in a car accident and was brought here through my insurance company. They did an amazing job and everyone was very friendly and professional. There were a few misses but the manager, David, went above and beyond to ensure that the minor fixes were taken care of in a timely manner. If I ever have to get another vehicle fixed, I will definitely be bringing it back here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My beloved Prius was hit hard on the back bumper, and it was while it was parked somewhere. On the way home I got the triangle of death hybrid battery system warning.After calling Geico, my insurance company, the adjuster said that I could take it and have it towed anywhere I want it, but then highly recommend Lakeland Body Shop and Collision on Mall Hill Road in Lakeland 80 miles away!I agreed and I'm here to tell you that it was a great move because they worked through and solved a number of extremely complicated issues! Plus every Tuesday and Thursday Amanda the office manager, kept me up-to-date on the repairs.I now have my beloved Prius back like new!

I had the best services in Lakeland Collision. The staff were friendly and professional. Julie Wood was responsible to give me all the information and she gave me updates about my car every other day. After they finish my car, I saw a great and professional work. I recommend this place.

I always buy my cars at Lakeland Toyota so it's only natural I went to their collision shop. The staff was more than excellent the very handsome manager sorry forgot his name was very helpful and more important a great person my car is a 2021 which makes it harder to match paint send parts. I would highly recommend this shop oh I was also in the automotive business yrs ago so I know

Jay, the service manager, was a huge help to us. We had a repair needed with specialized mobility equipment. We were getting passed back and forth between shops with no repair. Jay was very kind to take his time to talk with both the other shops and help them come to a resolution for the repair. While we hope we don t need body work in the future, if we do there will be no question of where we go. Thank you Jay for serving us so well.

Do not go! They did not do a through job. Plus when we picked up the car, the key was damaged, incomplete job. Miles were jacked up and no one is taking responsibility. The customer service is rude, was told by Jay to bring the car back in when I did he isn't in, Staff said they don't know when he'll be in, car was driven extra miles as when we first bring it in plus it had a check engine light.

REAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCEMy Ram Limited 1500 was repaired in this Shop.from day one YES highly recommended starting from the front desk with Meg and the other young lady assistance, to Amanda Pastor who was my (Collision estimator expert) to David V. (Manager) and their mechanic repair crew. they did an excellent Job with my truck to the most little details it took them 47 Days for repair completion but most of the waiting was on parts to arrive. and it is good to say that they guarantee their job for LIFE or until you no longer own your vehicle.!THANK YOU, LAKELAND COLLISION.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes

The Service was terrible, they quote you parts that are never installed on your car. They lie and only seek to collect without completing the work properly. I made an appointment for 12:00pm for a simple oil change. Got there at my appointment time and was told i should be out of there in an hour. After an 1 1/2 hours i checked with an advisor to see how much longer. I was told 15 - 20 minutes. At 2:00pm i went back to the advisor and was told my vehicle still wasn t ready and they were finishing up . I asked to settle the bill so when they brought my vehicle around, i could make my 2pm appointment a little late. They brought my vehicle around at 2:30. 2 1/2 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE! If it was the first time I would understand. But this is the third time in a row this has happened to me. Three strikes and they are out! I will go somewhere else for oil changes from this point forward.Service: Oil change

I was sent there by Lakeland Toyota today since I was concerned my front bumper was loose or misaligned. I spoke to a young lady at front desk and told her I needed to have someone look at the bumper to get it repaired. A gentleman came out to my car with me and he kneeled down popped of a clip realigned bumper and put clip back on car. Bumper was fixed,I asked what I owed and he said nothing. I thought I would at least have to pay a service call fee, but no he didn t want any money. Thank you for your professionalism and sorry I did not get your name because you deserve a great big Thank You!

Bad experience with this shop. I wish communication was better. Pointed out mistakes example over spray paint on seat and light switches which they fixed but billed my insurance to correct.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I parked my car under a tree and a rather large limb broke off and damaged the top portion of my hatch. I brought it to the collision center and she was as good as new!!! Woman s in front deck trying to steal a 1,500 dollars check, when I make a deposit for order the parts and today the other one say ( I no see anything in the system, maybe you lose the check ) and we say I need to see the video of the c�maras !!! One say ohh.. the check is here !!!! This place is fraudulent !!! Beware .
