Fantastic experience all around with Carlton and Donna. Couldn't recommend this dealership more.. they made the process as painless as buying a car can be. Tamer was very helpful and knowledgeable. The patience this man had with me while i went back and forth with making decisions was amazing. I ended up with a car I'm happy with, a great deal and wonderful customer service. My first time buying a car at a big dealership was nerve wrecking.Tamer was able to put me at ease and took time with me about my options and each step that eventually landed me the car i was looking for. What a pleasant experience without all the high pressure sells tactics. Thank you for all your help!!

Hubby and I bought this car while being 12 hours away. Zach got us the deal but Tim stayed with us through and through to make sure we got everything squared away with the finance department as well as making sure it got loaded on the truck safely. Awesome team!

This dealer is a joke , sold me a truck ram 3500 Dually , I drove 3 hours to buy this truck , first off deals done been sitting around a hour , they didn t even want to detail the truck , finally get it detailed sales guys no where to be found with the keys (what a joke) get home the next day truck had a little vibration on way home so figured would get tires rotated, tire company tells me the tires are outdated and dry rotted and should not have been sold with them . Then check out the air filter last picture! What a scam of a dealer reconditioning fee for what ?!?! Haha joke

Tim sold us our car. He was friendly, very helpful and worked with us to get the price we needed. Chris handled our financing and was just as amazing as Tim. They both were honest and did not sell us anything we did not want. No pressure! I will definitely be back when we need to buy our next car. These qualities are very hard to find at a dealership.So happy with our experience !

We worked with Greg and he was amazing and not pushy at all. He allowed us to test the vehicle without feeling uncomfortable. As a first time buyer, a break down of the price would have been helpful but I think we got a nice vehicle for a fair price. Would recommend due to the quality of the product and the people.

Be extremely careful when trying to purchase ANY CAR from this dump. First they are not a certified dealership so the cars that are sold here are not covered by the dealership nor manufacturer. 2nd there are 5 different warrantys that are supposed to be offered by the sales associates that they don't tell you about and add them to your final bill. All and all it's adding over $4,000 to your loan. 2 different maintenance contracts that are not necessary due to being given complementary services when buying all together. Plus 2 others that are not even needed. And the most important one is Gap insurance that they failed to mention all together. This place is a rip off full of commission hungry wanna be salesmen. Please beware

Came into Lakeland Auto to look at a Ford Edge. We were met immediately by Angelo, who was just a real pleasure to work with.We went for a test drive, and got to know a little about Angelo in the process.Throughout the time we were there, we never felt pressured to purchase. Angelo explained the Live Market pricing that Lakeland uses, and he went out of his way to make sure we understood the entire transaction. We did purchase our new SUV, and in the shortest amount of time I have ever encountered. There was no game playing with the transaction, we told him what we wanted to spend, made a little adjustment on our end, they made some adjustments on their end, and a deal was struck. Total time there was less than 2 hours. Very pleased with our new vehicle, We will definitely return for future purchases. They have a huge inventory, good pricing structure, and Angelo was just wonderful to work with. Thanks for a great experience!

Awesome experience. I got an excellent deal. The seller was Wesley, very professional, excellent person, respectful and a nice dude. The manager is very professional, and helpful.Hyunday is Hyunday, cars made to last decades. Thank you Lakeland Hyundai.Update: We ended buying 3 cars in total, 2 Hyunday Elantra SEL, and 1 Genesis G70.

Tamer helped us through out the process to get the best deal possible. Since I set my eyes on Palisade, I have been looking for good deals. Happy to report that, lakelandautomall have the best deals so far. Most importantly how Tamer helped us to get the best deal is an early Christmas present. Tamer took time to walk through the process and documents patiently to make sure that I understand what am getting into. The whole shopping experience has been very pleasant.
