I had been car shopping for a week now, but Joseph and his team were the best They offered wonderful hospitality made you feel comfortable and worked around some obstacles. This is a very long and over due post. Joseph Motors saved my car. I was in a rear end collision, someone hit me from behind, without insurance, and I was left to foot the bill, except the damages were so bad that my insurance company deemed it a total loss. It was so distressing. I would have lost a car to an crash that was not my fault, and I could not afford that. Thank God for the generosity and kindness of this company. They miraculously worked it out with my insurance company and I was able to have my car repaired and not totaled. They repaired it like new and to this day I am driving it. It saved me from a huge financial debt that I was not ready to undertake. I am so grateful for them. They are trustworthy and the best do work with. Thank you so much!

About a year ago I needed some body work done and I was referred to Joseph Motors by a reputable business colleague. My husband had already had it fixed but when I got the quote it was less than 3 other body shops. I promised them I would remember them in the future.Well fast forward to the future I needed body work again. (Teenage driver ). So I take my 13 year old Honda Pilot to them and from beginning to end I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone.Mr. James Joseph was detailed and compassionate about my situation when I expressed to him that my daughter would be paying for it and we wanted to do some repairs ourselves to help save her some money. It was a real gem finding out that we had somethings in common regarding our faith. I was impressed to read how long they have been in business and for some reason I had never knew they existed. They obviously are doing something very right.I enjoyed getting to know Sonny and how long he has worked there too.Now on to Phil, their bodyshop guru. He was extremely knowledgeable and incredible to work with. He gave me his cell # and communicated with me often regarding my repairs and findings. Throughout this process I realized he is extremely passionate about his job and takes it very seriously and genuinely cares about the repairs. He doesn t try to hide or not fix things to get an extra buck. He spoke very respectful to me as a female and didn t talk down to me like I was ignorant and didn t know what I was doing. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and was so cautious to not rack up the expenses to help save my daughter money.All in all I am truly blessed and grateful for Joseph motors and how they have helped us through this difficult time. My first vehicle purchase was done here at Joseph Motors. I can only take away from everyone else's horror stories and say this was everything I could have wanted and more. I had an idea of what I wanted and a list of everything I didn't and quickly noticed I was buying a vehicle in an inflated market with low inventory. A month after going from dealership to dealership Al and James sent this truck my way. Even though I was immediately uninterested due to some minor trim differences in what I was looking for, I fell in love on the test drive. I've driven my fair share of trucks and I can say with its creature comforts and what I purchased it for, this was a great deal for being in a market I was not financially competitive in. The professionals at Joseph Motors have made this first big purchase as easy as I could allow. Giving them full reins and trusting the process I can say I'm 100% satisfied. Buying a used vehicle comes with its own risks and they've done everything in their power to make this purchase a pleasant one. The guys in the shop are an extension of the same integrity that the salesman have up front. After taking advantage of the dealership warranty that was recommended, I believe this truck will outlast my loan term and keep me out of the car payment cycle - something I am very new to. If you're looking for a vehicle remember to be realistic. Even if "Keeping up with the Joneses" is your motive you can't wish your dream car into thin air. Money is tight and these kinds of purchases can be life changing. With patience and faith the people at Joseph Motors will do their best to put you into something you wish you wanted sooner. I don't know why you'd go anywhere else.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.Phil helped service my car after a wreck (mainly just bumper damage but a few internal fixes as well) and it came out looking better than new. Service was super fast and such a great deal for the high-quality patchwork. They helped work with me to get the best possible deals for the parts I needed. They truly went above and beyond to help me get back on the road again.

Fantastic family-owned dealership with integrity and honesty, a rare thing in the automotive industry. I trust them with my service and recently they've opened a body shop which did an amazing job at restoring my 2006 Toyota Sequoia, a truck that's 14 years old and needed paint and body work after a long life out in the wild. Really pleased with the work they did and continue to do for us! Keep up the good work!

Seff and Lindsey were amazing on assisting us from Start to finish. I could go on and on about Seff specially on the customer service and easy going nature he had with us. Thank you Seth for going the extra mile and coming to pick me up at my home to help me get to you guys to get my new vehicle going to have to start using the cruise control in this new girl, she's(named her pearl) is a easy and smooth ride on the gas pedal ,I unfortunately found out before I got her home with the boys in blue

I called the service dept, told them my battery is already needing to be replaced after buying this truck less than a year ago with a brand new battery. They had purchased it from Advanced Auto parts. Devin from Joseph Motors called the team at advanced and got my battery swapped out! Really appreciate these home town hero s saving me $200!

Took my mom to see Lamar Cowboy Chaney for a car. Test drove a couple cars and settled for a vehicle. There was a small chip in the far corner of the windshield we noticed when I rode on the passenger side of the vehicle. After a call to Al who advised to set up a insurance claim for damage already on the vehicle at time of purchase we spoke with an owner who stated he would take care of it. It s still damaged after the patch failure and thus begins the story change. I was told they inspect all vehicles before they are out on the front line. Now the story is my technicians are not windshield guys. Anyone could see that the damage on the windshield is still there

I spent a few days shopping around for a new car before I came across Joseph Motors and their lot. I looked at this 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan but decided that I wanted to shop around some more because I didn't want another van. I wanted an SUV with 3rd row seating. They had one there but they didn't pressure me to check it out because I had already said that I didn't want it. After visiting multiple other lots that day, I found myself back at Joseph Motors because I couldn't stop thinking about this van and how kind and upbeat the team was. The environment doesn't feel like a car dealership. Its fun and playful, but serious and down to work at the same time. You can tell these guys love what they are doing! They say they run their business on honesty and integrity. And its the truth! They told me that due to a minor dent in the driver's door, the entire driver's door had been replaced after they had purchased the vehicle. I would have never known if they hadn't told me. Me and my family will most definitely be shopping with them again in the future.Thanks guys!!! You all rock!!!

I usually don t do reviews but I had to express how impressed I was with the experience. This dealer has captured the true essence of customer service and integrity, both of which are rarely found nowadays. Not only did they make the process fast, simple and easy, the SUV I purchased was even better than the pictures. The staff are straight forward and down to earth and even the owner was more than willing to help with anything that he could. They will be the first place I check if I m ever in need of another vehicle, I will definitely recommend anyone else to check them out as well. No haggling, No bogus fees, and their prices are more than fair. Great Job Joseph Motors

Joseph Motors has recently opened up a new branch of their business which is auto body and collision repair. At first I was a bit skeptical in taking my vehicle there as anyone might be considering this is a new service to this business. However, after meeting with the team and the person responsible for actually doing the body work and getting to know about his experience, I found myself feeling a lot more confident in working with Joseph Motors. I gave them my vehicle within days of meeting them and in less than a week my vehicle was completed. Both my wife and I were absolutely amazed with the quality of work we received. We truly loved it!This may be a new branch of Joseph Motors, but the years of experience and skills of those doing the work is nothing new, but rather over 18 years of doing auto body, collision repair and restoration. I am very happy with their work and I would definitely recommend anyone in need of auto body services to Joseph Motors. Thank you guys for the amazing job!

Came in to look for a used vehicle and Joseph Motors was able to provide excellent customer service, find us the right car at the right price, answer all of our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable in our purchase. They even let us take the vehicle home for the weekend to ensure we were making the right decision. Hands down would recommend to anyone searching for an honest dealership with quality products and a customer first approach to service.

I have been a happy customer of Joseph Motors for many years. I have loved each vehicle I aquired through them. From my first classic Camaro Berlinetta to my 2021 Chevy Express Van I just bought today to start my "Van Life" adventure, I have been truly happy with each vehicle. The Josephs are a wonderful, caring, family who do everything they can to get you into the vehicle you want/need. They make the whole process easy and stress free.
