This store suck so bad. They fill washer fluid with water, they don't have 5w30 so they put 5w20 without you knowing. Literally a work hazard being that there is oil everywhere. Jarvis I very disrespectful. Your brake flushes aren't getting done correctly, they are taking fluid out the reservoir and adding fluid back in they should be going to your brakes and running the fluid through the bleeder nipple but to save time they remove the fluid and put it back in which is not how you use the machine. They don't have the proper tools to do any work other than a oil change. Do not trust jiffy lube as they only hire beginners. Jarvis is not a mechanic saw him take a brake job he was not prepared for. They don't even have the proper scan tool to do electronic brakes. And forget working there. Don't trust Jarvis he is a liar and manipulates people. A customer was asking a simple question about the price and Jarvis got very rude with him. Customer did not even say anything wrong but Jarvis still got mad because customer did not want to buy anything. This is the worst place to go for an oil change very dishonest and don't have the know how to service vehicles. Gonna attach photos of a car that came for $4,000 dollars worth of work. This lady was pissed off and Jarvis is the one who told the technician to proceed with the repair after the tech told him that this is not how the repair should be fixed and is dangerous. Customer did not even make it back onto the road and car broke down causing more damage.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Staff was friendly. Got me in and out within 40 mins when they did my brake fluid flush.... problem is THEY LEFT A MESS AND OVERFILLED my reservoir, and LIED about the price. I called at 1:32pm 10/17 and talked to a white lady on the phone. I asked if they had time for flush and the price. Was told $119 for the service. Welp that was a LIE. It's $129 plus tax and she didn't wanna fix the price that she quoted me over the phone. Just gave me a little sorry and I will know next time for the next customer. Online and when I called Brandons location they stated/showed Veterans can get a discount off service. I asked and she stated nope no discount for that but I'll hook you up. Look at receipt and was charged more than quoted and no "friendly discount" that she said she was gonna put on. When I parked my car I looked at my reservoir it was overfilled with fluid. Like cmon ROOKIE technician. U can visibly see it's overfilled so why not fixed the problem and take some out! My car has fluid left in the engine area and outside of car. Looking at paperwork it states that William B was my cashier but I never gave a MAN my card to check out. I gave a old white LADY my card and she also handed me the receipt and my card back which took about 5 mins. Definitely go somewhere else. Online discounts are false! Prices quoted by techs are wrong! (happened to other people too from the reviews) Car overfilled! I'm scared they just topped the fluid off without even flushing it out thru pipes considering the PAPERWORK is PLAGIARIZED/INCORRECT/LIES.Thank God they didn't try to sell me and extra service! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! BIG WASTE OF TIME. SHOULD OF DONE IT MYSELF!

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Jiffy Lube. My recent visit to their establishment for a standard oil change turned into a nightmare that cost me both time and money. I'm extremely disappointed as I've been taking my cars here for several years without issue.During the routine oil change, one of the mechanics decided to remove my air filter without any explanation. To my shock, they then tried to charge me an exorbitant $50 to replace it. Knowing the actual cost of an air filter, I declined their offer and opted to purchase one at a fraction of the price on Amazon. However, the problems didn't end there. The mechanic struggled to put the air filter back in place, and on my drive home, my check engine light came on. It turns out they had forgotten to reconnect a crucial component, leading to a trip to my regular mechanic. He fixed the issue, but the next day, the check engine light reappeared.I returned to my trusted mechanic, who discovered that Jiffy Lube's negligence had caused damage to the sensor, requiring a replacement, and a fuel line flush. This unexpected and avoidable expense amounted to over $400 in repairs.Despite my transparency and cooperation throughout the process, Jiffy Lube assured me that they would cover the repair costs. However, it has been months, and I have not received any communication or reimbursement from them. This experience has left me not only frustrated with the lack of professionalism and competence displayed by Jiffy Lube but also significantly out of pocket due to their mistakes.I strongly advise anyone in need of an oil change or any automotive service to steer clear of Jiffy Lube. Save yourself the trouble, inconvenience, and unnecessary expenses by choosing a more reliable and customer-oriented service provider. I, for one, will never be returning to Jiffy Lube and will actively discourage others from doing so.

I m not sure what services if any completed at my oil change. When I viewed the receipt while still in the bay, I know that many of the items that said were completed were not so therefore I am left to believe that possibly none of the services were completed? I know my tires weren t checked. I know my windshield was not washed. I did not see an air filter go in, although it says that all of these items were completed I know that my windshield wipers were not checked however, it says that they were. I was very dissatisfied with my overall experience at Jiffy Lube. Also, the reason that I m not sure if the oil change ever took place was because the service engine light is still on in my car for an oil change. I will let everyone know that is looking for an oil change to stay far away from Jiffy Lube !!!

Jiffy Lube, And if you are at my Jiffy Lube on South Florida avenue, link up with Donnie and those guys over at Jiffy Lube. Though the customer service was nice, and Ms. Dee was amazing. They ve messed up more things on my car than they ve fixed. $2000 and my AC still doesn t work and they gaslight me telling me it s fine when it takes 20-30 min to blow cold air. Oh, that s normal in Florida no the hell it isn t. It's been 2 months, and my AC still isn't fixed.UPDATE: after days of getting the run around I was told that a part was being ordered and to come back Saturday I m here no part and have wasted a trip and time and still no ac jiffy is the worst please save your time and MONEY! DON T go to jiffy lube!!

Be careful....I have been visiting the Lakeland Jiffy Lube with both of my vehicles since I moved here 3 years ago. I will now be finding another option for my auto needs. I took my minivan in for an oil change on 12/19 to the Lakeland Jiffy Lube on S Florida Ave. I always get a full synthetic oil change plus something else done that they recommend. On 12/19 I went in for my normal oil change, got one other recommended item done, then I was told I needed new brakes. New brake pads and new rotors were estimated at $1191.77. I was told that this needed to be done sooner than later as it was a safety issue. There is no way I wanted to spend this the week before Christmas so I took the estimate, thanked them, had a serious conversation about safety and moved on. My invoice this day was $221.80 as I almost always have one recommendation completed with my oil change.I spoke to my family about the brakes and my brother agreed to put on my needed brakes if I bought the parts. I was not experiencing any grinding or jolting or anything so we decided it could wait until the holidays were over. I purchased the pads and rotors from the auto parts store for $450 and brought it to my brother at the beginning of the year. Once he got the front pads off, he came in and informed me that whoever told me I needed new brakes was either not knowledgeable or not trustworthy. Either way, I should NOT trust them with my vehicles. I still had a little more than HALF of my brake pads remaining. So if a brake pad is worthy of 40,000 miles, half of that would allow me another 20,000 miles.....which should last another year and a half! Imagine my frustration knowing that I was told my safety was in jeopardy....but for $1200, I could sleep easy. Then to find out that if I had paid Jiffy Lube $1200, they would have replaced my brakes and rotors and I would have never known that there was nothing wrong with my brakes!!!! So my concerns are multiple.....IF they truly cannot tell if the brake pads are at HALF, there is a training issue. IF they can tell the brake pads are at HALF, and I am a female, so I won't know, there is a morality issue. Either way, I feel like I have been putting my trust into a facility for 3 years now and it has all been a scam.I will not be going there anymore. Whether the problem is a lack of knowledge or a lack of morality, it is not acceptable. As a human, this is unacceptable. As a business owner, this is unacceptable. I understand and accept that in a service industry, you are entitled to make a profit. I just feel that there is enough profit to be had in the things that are actually wrong. I was made to feel like my vehicle was unsafe and this needed to be taken care of right away (he actually said this needs to be done "sooner than later"). I have attached pictures of the back brakes (which were the worst of the brakes). The left side is a completely new brake pad. The right side is the brake pad pulled off my "unsafe" vehicle.

They send me a coupon for a free oil change every year for Veterans Day. So I get up early to be first in line. So I show them the coupon and they say it's OK to use. They do the oil change and What A Surprise they won't accept it then I get stuck with a $65.00 bill. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! :( THEN YOU GET A GENERIC REPLY THAT THEY SEND TO EVERYBODY FROM A COMPUTER. :(

I got an oil change fully synthetic and they did not replace my oil filter they wanted me to pay $33 more for a new filter which I declined. from my experience the filter is automatically included in the oil change price. You can t change the oil without changing the oil filter. I looked at my receipt and it says they changed the filter which was a lie. (I watched them put the dirty filter back in) I Checked their website and it states on there that the oil filter is included in the oil change price. My oil change came up to $138 with no oil filter included. On the website it also states fully synthetic is discounted $30 off that I also didn t receive. Go somewhere else!!! They are basically charging people an extra $33 for oil filters that s already included in the oil change price All so they can make a bigger profit and maybe pocketing the extra $33 because it s free money for something that s included in your service already. I have two cars that I took to them 3 weeks apart. They did not put no new oil filters on either of my vehicles. I will be calling corporate in the morning to report this!!!! They lost me as a customer and the people that I referred aren t going back either. It s some fraudulent stuff going on at this place.

Worst service ever! The manager (or owner), tried to upsell me on everything, including $199.00 brake flush! He tried to tell me I need a new car battery and sell me one. I took my car to get tested and there's nothing wrong with my battery. My car takes five quarts of oil, and the Groupon I paid $69.99 for included up the 5 quarts of Synthetic oil, yet he charged me for 1 additional quart! So I endedup paying another $30 on top of the $69.99.Plus, less than 2,000 miles later, my oil service light came on and I had to take my car to the dealership to get another oil change! I have never had this problem when I have taken my car to the dealership for an oil change, and I have paid less at the dealership than I paid by going to this Jiffy Lube in Lakeland. What a rip-off! I'd stay clear of this Lakeland Jiffy Lube Location at 3365 Florida Ave South! It's obvious they use inferior oil (if they really change your oil at at!). There is no way in the world, if I was given 5 quarts of new oil, that I should need to get an oil change in less than 2,000 miles. My car is only 2 years old. Smh.And please don't send me a generic response saying you apologize for my experience and you want to make it right. I will NEVER go back to your location again or any other Jiffy Lube after this horrible experience! You should do the job right the first time so people don't have to get so frustrated that they have to take the time to leave you such a negative review like mine and the other bad reviews I've seen on here about your business.

Unfortunately, it will not let me rate less than 1 star. So came just for a quick oil change, after being to have everything under my hood flushed explain I don't live in area don't have time or money to do all this today had to get back home for appointment.Anyway, on this day, I got more than an oil change. I drove out a block up road. My car shut off, started it back, and it started jumping and rpm raving high. Long story short, I came back and the hook up to computer and said it was my mass flow air sensor. I said they did something to my car he ( district manager) said no, this was an existing code. I've had my car 3 years. No check engine light has ever come on. And yet when I exit this jiffy lube, I had problems. So basically, I had to go across the street and have a new sensor install $400 later.I learned that they put the air flow filter. In backwords.Need I mention that when I said I didn't want all the upgrades that they were selling me. He took my filter back out to put in my car. In the sales rap in the mechanic, they stood there in laughed as if it was premeditated.Stay very far away from this location arrogant and uneperienced. Out here, targeting single mothers

Ima just come out and say it. I'v been here 3 times and the people who work here are rude! The first time the manager was yelling at the girl who was on the computer near where the oil changes are done. I felt so bad for her, was so close to telling him something. I didn't tho! The next time they were sarcastic! This Jiffy lube on Florida Ave.in Lakeland FL Is too small! They only have 2 oil changes at a time and the line goes out to the side of the building. Jiffy Lube stop making tiny buildings when everyone wants to use your service. it's too hot to wait in these long lines. Maybe consider having some shade for the cars waiting in line.

The manager was an African American man that was sooo rude even his staff asked him what s wrong with you he was so upset that I was getting the basic oil change and declined all other services. He said I had to add a cleaning package based off my car type and I know that s a lie because I ve never done that in 12 years have never been told that this cleaning up charge is required! He said my Groupon was used told him I just bought it he yelled said it s used told his workers to talk to me cause he was furious and nice workers tell him i just purchased Groupon 4 minutes ago and then manager says it went through, barcode. And he didn t even tell me it went through he was just so upset rude with me because I declined his fake up charges! That man needs to be fired! Never returning here! I own Turo business 5 cars and definitely not switching from take5 they are way more friendly!Service: Oil change

I have a magnetic drain plug that couldn't be easier to remove and they had me wait close to an hour to tell me they couldn't drain the oil. They don't have the proper tools to help me out. I change the oil on this car while laying on the ground with harbor freight tools normally. What a joke. At first they made fun of the plug because they thought I was crazy for trusting a magnetic and now they can't even pull it off the car.

It was really expensive. $180 for a oil change is ridiculous Mercedes or not and the said they had to add extra oil because it was low when we came in.....they drain all the oil to change it. I'm NEVER coming there again

If you're gonna give a subpar customer service experience of having to wait in a long hot line, your prices should at least be on the low end of the spectrum. I was told by the woman at the beginning of the line that my full synthetic oil change with flush would be $60. At the end it was $100 for the oil change and $20 more for the flush. Joke is on me for not researching enough to find that tire kingdom does the same thing for $85 with a tire rotation, without the hassle of waiting outside and getting barked instructions at by mechanicsService: Oil change

Earlier today I sent a message via the Jiffy Lube Customer Support website detailing my experience with getting a synthetic oil change service at the Jiffy Lube #75 in Lakeland, Florida. They failed to perform some of the work stated in their description of a full synthetic oil change service. Further, they attempted to have me approve unnecessary services (replace air filter and wiper blades and do a fuel injector cleaning). I will never take my car back to the south Lakeland, Florida Jiffy Lube #75 location for future service.Service: Oil change
