Mark and staff - thank you for taking care of our son's Subaru Forrester with clarity and acknowledgement that what was wrong needed fixed quickly because he is a CA kid who is FAR from home anyone who has cars to help 'give a ride'. Your prices were very reasonable to what our local mechanic friend told us to anticipate for A - B or C repairs. Thank you for practical and thorough explanations to a young man who was answering a ton of questions from family far away. (He has two grandpa mechanics, one for fun and the other a career mechanic.) Praying your clientele increases and your staff remains as high quality as they are now for years to come.

What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Knowledge, Courteous, and as a female I didn't feel disregarded. Mark and his staff are a class act! And the work weekends which is a bonus for pickups and drop offs. Affordable pricing even for major issues. Give'em a try you won't be disappointed.

Honest mechanics that don t try to sell you more than you need. Fairly priced. Fast repair same day. Did not have to miss work on Monday. Highly recommend this place. Professional staff very informative. Was a real pleasure. They got our Jeep up and running and gave a full health report.

Mark & Phillip were terrific to us! They went out of their way to make sure we understood every detail of the process for our repair needs. I have never been to an auto shop that was so thorough, friendly and fair. Pricing was very reasonable. Remember, you get what you pay for! If we weren t moving to the west coast I would bring both my vehicles for any of my automative needs to these guys, hands down best experience I ve ever had with an auto mechanic shop! Thanks again guys! Y all are awesome!!!

Just Plain AwesomeInnovative Automotive is my go to mechanic shop. They take care of my company fleet of six trucks. Mark and his crew go above and beyond for their customers providing great communication, service, and conduct repairs in a timely manner. As a former ASE certified Service Advisor , I cannot say enough good things about this shop. It's the only shop I trust to help me out in a jam. Phillip and all the other techs are very knowledgeable and Mark is one of the most honest people I've ever met in the industry.

He's on the higher end of the price scale but when it comes to mechanical there's no one I would trust!He never feeds you a line, will shoot it straight and doesn't mind us back yard mechanics.He knows how to explain what is wrong so that normal people understand and will tell you (if you are mechanically inclined) exactly what it will require to fix it.Much love for this shop!

All my vehicles are or have been serviced here. Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices and of course quick/efficient. Anytime i need work done I know I can count with Marc and his team.

I'd give this guy ten stars if i could. You will not find a better automotive staff in Lakeland or anywhere else for that matter. They can do anything from custom work on down to general maintenance.You'll never have to worry about quality, and all their work is warrantied. Talk to Mark, he won't lead you astray.

Innovative Automotive (ask for Mark) helped me get my car back on the road! Mark was professionally courteous (hard to find these days) and was up front about each problem my car had, and kept us in the loop with consistent updates! He and his team (shoutout to Phillip and Scott) worked with us to find permanent solutions as well as potential alternatives.In Lakeland, this is the only mechanic I'll be going to from now on. I waited 1 week to write this review, my car drives like the day I bought it.
