Customer service is top notch. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't ask for. They also answered all off my questions about any vehicle/machine. I couldn't give 5 stars because of the fees but to be honest I think most dealers are doing this. It's easier to take if you know upfront.

Well in the first place I agreed with the price they wanted to give me for my bike trade in but I do not agree with what they wanted for the one I was looking at and the payments was going to be too hot so I'm thinking that I may have to look elsewhere to purchase the bike that I'm looking for it would have been nice to have purchased it from Sky Powersports but they didn't want to make the deal so undoubtly it was the manager that didn't want to negotiate to make it happen that made me disappointed in trying to get a deal through them

Good people. Great place. J. R. Answered all my questions and I never felt like I was being pressured into anything. I would buy from them even though other dealers are closer to my house.

Wow.....First of all, I went to test drive a Chieftain Darkhorse but unfortunately they didn't have it in-stock. So JR, the sales rep that assisted me, was kind enough to allow a test ride on a Roadmaster, and then a Chieftain....both rides were incredible but it didn't take a whole lot to convince me to get a Chieftain.Although my heart was set on the Darkhorse, JR tried to save me thousands of $ by trying to convince me to take the Roadmaster in light of the fact that I was trying to modify the Darkhorse to look almost like a Roadmaster. I truly appreciated his efforts to save me money but in the end, I bought my Indian Chieftain Darkhorse (w/almost $10K in upgrades) at this dealership.The upgrading process was a little bumpy at first but Chaz, the manager of this dealership, and JR rallied everyone and made sure that when all was said and done, I left with a smile on my face and no regrets about my purchase. They truly came through in flying colors to get my Chieftain Darkhorse completed exactly the way I was hoping for!!Thanks to all at Indian Motorcycles of Lakeland, FL,... Sales, Parts, Service, Finance, and Management, you guys are truly amazing!

Tech refused to install a phone charger. No explanation. Dropped bike for regular 20k service. Had aftermarket cell charger designed to fit in same cutout in fairing as factory battery tender outlet. Tech refused to install. Service advisor recommended another cycle shop for the install. I started using Sky for service because they were close but because of this I will take the bike back to Stu"s in Fort Myers. I've already had another bad experience here once before when the Sales Dept sold me a bike that was set to come in in "twp weeks" and after 2 months I gave up and bought the bike from Stu's.

I went to lakeland Indian dealer yesterday looking to buy a used chief vintage. The bike is sitting just inside the entry way. I walked in walked the entire sales floor, went back to the chief stood there looking it over. I noticed the man sitting at the desk to the left of the entrance was staring at me. I decided to look at the used bikes outside for a bit then I left. I was there for maybe 10minutes however at no time did anyone greet me or offer to assist me in any way. Horrible service now what could I expect if I bought the bike from them. I refuse to beg a dealer to take my money.

Excellent customer service! Mike is an amazing salesman. Knowledgeable and experienced with the bikes. Definitely coming back for more toys! Joe in financing very thorough and transparent about all the numbers. If I could give 10 stars I'd definitely would. Thank you guys!

Walked out with 4 shirts at a GREAT price including 2 shirts specifically for my model bike. Very friendly and appreciative cashier and front desk person. Will drive the extra time to give this dealer my service, parts, and merchandise business. The one thing that could have been better was that they did not have a lot of Indian bikes in stock.

I visited on a Saturday morning and it was quite the beehive of activity. Many customers and employees were moving about. I needed a belt for a mini bike and they had what I needed. Fast service with a smile.

I visited the service department, they were friendly and fast. I think their fees are just a little high, just consider that I am cheap. $26.00 to install a valve stem. I guess that's the price for instant gratification, no waiting for a delivery.

Came in as a newbie shopping for a bike unknown to me. Though I haven t purchased anything I am extremely grateful for the wholistic conversation and I feel that my first purchase will be far better than if I were to have done it on my own. Also great used inventory

Recently brought my 2017 Indian Roadmaster in for some Service work and also some Warranty Work and a Re Call on the unit. Everyone in the Service Dept. was friendly and helpful. They set me up with an appointment and the bike was ready for pickup when promised ! The Sales dept. are really helpful also. It's great to have an awesome Indian Dealer not far from my house and I highly recommend them!

Took an hour drive to visit this store for the first time and was very rudely told we were not allowed to enter the store without an appointment. No where did it say this on their website. We looked outside for a while and no one bothered to help us or greet us. Very disappoined and this is why we will stick with Harley Davidson.

I went in looking for a Indian Scout Bobber and Tray helped get one ordered and everything went smooth and then it got even better because Tray called me the next day with an offer on an Indian Scout Bobber that was used and even better than the one I was going to order and him and the rest of the staff were very helpful and great with the whole process especially Tray, I wouldn't have this bike right now if it wasn't for him!
