Pretty smooth buying experience, my first time buying an rv and trying the camping lifestyle. They delivered it, helped me set everything up, showed me how the majority of everything works and where it plugs in. Very friendly and caring people, if you need an rv this is the place to go, they ll definitely take care if you!

Just picked up our 2518KB from ideal RV in lakeland. John & Randall are very professional, and down to earth. They followed through with everything we expected to have in the unit.Randall was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful in teaching us about the unit.He cared in insuring we were comfortable with how all of the systems worked and instructed us on the tear down/set up and small, important things to keep in mind.John was very friendly and it was clear he cared to make sure the camper was ready for our trip and had some alternative offers in case our camper wasn't delivered in time. Paperwork was easy without any pressure for extras.They are both very down to earth, with easy conversation. We did not feel like it was a typical sales situation.We are excited to have somewhere we can trust for warranty work, if & when it's needed. We would gladly refer anyone to them.

We bought our camper there and very knowledgeable. Nice! And we wasn't expecting to buy what we bought but we enjoy it. It's a 2014 keystone sprinter copper canyon edition it's about 28 feet Great people to buy campers. Have them sell it for you and just all around great people.

The owner, John, was very nice and polite. Shane is their finance manager, and he is absolutely wonderful. They work with you to get you what you want. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new camper at a great price!

OMG!!! We purchased the best Class C from Ideal RV!!! It is a 2008 Winnebago Outlook 31C. We have owned 4 now and by far our Outlook is the absolute best RV made! They also stand behind their word! It needed a new hot water heater they saw that and put one in!!! I so highly recommend them!!!!

Ideal RV is family that considers you family from the moment you step on their lot! They don't operate the same as a big corporate RV business does, in that they take personal care and consideration of you and your needs during the entire process of purchasing an RV from them. I have had nothing but a good experience throughout the entire time with them. They have been very thorough and kind, and even after it was off of their lot, they still assisted me in getting it ready to hit the road. I would never have had this good of an experience with a private sale or a big corporation! I trust this company, implicitly, and would highly recommend buying an RV through them. You can't go wrong dealing with IDEAL RV! Randall, John, and Brian have been so helpful during my learning curve with my new RV, and they have been invaluable to me!

My husband and I are more then impressed with Idea RV Inc! Our grandson was looking for a used travel trailer that he could live in for the time being and ask us to help find the right one (in our opinion), we spent a week just looking. After he looked at many different ones and found several that he thought maybe he could live in, he then took us to look at them, some of the big corporations lots, several used lots (some owners and lot managers are real crooks and very disrespectful). All three of us were ready to give up when the grandson called and said that he was at Idea RV and thought he had found the perfect one, just 2 miles north of Mulberry (where we live) on South Florida Avenue. I can honestly say that everyone at Idea was so respectful, truthful, treated us like family, just wonderful to work with and yes it was just what we were looking for! If you are looking for a new or used RV, we highly recommend that you get in touch or stop by and see John (the best), Randall or anyone working on the lot, you will not regret it!

Justin, Randall and John boy was great to deal, no pressure tactics whatsoever unlike camping world, we got a much better deal on a travel trailer that needs some minor work but very easy to do ourselves. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy or sell. Would recommend 10/10!!!

I called John about a camper he had listed for sale I drove two hours to go look at it And it was exactly as described! He was very nice and not pushy whatsoever! He helped me get financing, and he sold me a beautiful motorhome way below book value! He is very fair on his prices! Randall, his partner is a very nice guy also! I also met Josh and Kevin. It s a family run business, and they truly are the best dealership that I have dealt with throughout all the years I ve purchased and owned motorhomes!! Thank you all so much!

Awesome experience. I called on a Saturday afternoon and inquired about an RV. My schedule is chaotic and even though the business is closed on Sundays Randall said he would come in anyway. We were allowed to completely inspect the camper inside and out with no pressure at all. One of the best buying experiences that we have had. Would definitely recommend giving Ideal RV an opportunity to earn your business and get you in an RV!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Jon was great to work with. We called about an RV right before closing. We said we'd meet him when they opened the next day. Jon kept our place in line, so we were able to see the RV first. Great guy, easy buying process, and a great price! Recommend!
