I've been to Hamlet twice for repairs on my car, and the pricing is very fair! Both times I actually expected the price to be higher than what it came out to be. Not sure if Scott is the shop manager or the owner, but he is a very nice guy! He's also pretty straight forward, and if he says he'll call you, he actually does. They also seem to get repairs done pretty quickly.

This is going to be my only mechanic. Scott was very nice, fair, very knowledgeable, and had my car fixed in the same afternoon at a very reasonable price. He does a lot of the work for people in my park and he came highly recommended. I see why! A little hard to find, but well worth it

Great Auto Shop. Scott is a great guy who does honest work. Helped us out with our Honda Element. My family has brought our cars here for many years, at least 10! And will for many more. Plus love the Disney table in the waiting room

Great shop! Hamlet was recommended to me by a coworker. Fix my son's vehicle in a timely manner and did not try to rake us over the coal with the price. He will be my mechanic from now on.

Very nice personTook my car over to him he came out & looked at it. & told me what he thought was wrong at no chargeHe asked me to bring it back the next day earlyWent back the next day & the owner Scott gave me a ride home (4 mi) since it's my only transportationHe had the car about 5 hrs, then called me to let me know it was ready & how much then offered me a ride back to his shop.He fixed my car & didn't try to repair anything he didn't have to.Very knowledgeable & professionalHe had a shop full of autos waiting for repairNext repair I need, I will be going back to HamletThe only bad thing I can say is that it's hard to find

Excellent service! Good pricing! Completes work in timely manner! Communicates clearly, explains what they find & what needs to be done! Gives estimate prior to the work being done. If they find something else when they begin working on the vehicle, they will let you know before they continue and they probably already told you about the issues that could come up when they gave you the estimate.This is the only place I will use for my car repair needs!Great Jop Guys!!!!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

I was having issues with my cars A/C, I came about Hamlet Automative Inc. and I can t explain my amazing experience with them.I was attended at the moment, and after waiting only 45 mins. I drove out with my new A/C. Such great customer service, professionalism and honest treatment. I highly recommend Hamlet Automotive Inc.I am so grateful!

This is my second time going to Scott at Hamlet and I can t say enough GOOD things!! It s rare to find someone that you feel like you can trust to be honest and do quality work on your vehicle. He is so kind and as a single mom on a budget, I appreciate him beyond words. He will forever and always be my go to!!!! You absolutely will not regret taking your vehicle to him!

A single gal and going on 4 yrs. of service I don't do anywhere else.---they've done plenty AND we are always, satisfied.Their knowledgeable, expertise, timely manner, integrity and fair prices are hard to beat! Extremely pleased with HAMLET and you girls out their (guys, too) ---will be, too----We searched for a company like this one for months and stumbled upon it (tucked away)-----and GLAD WE DID! These guys are extremely helpful and from what I can tell they're not your typical mechanics; they didn't charge us for a diagnosis and they weren't going to charge us for cleaning out the carburetor (it seems to have fixed our problem). These guys helped me in the past about 7 years ago when my old Ranger was having problems too! I'm so thankful I drove past their shop and remembered how kind they are. I'll be extremely happy to pay these guys for any repairs in the future since I know how hard it is to find an honest mechanic.

I met the owner of this business and he helped me out of a tuff spot this tow company will forever be my tow company it fealt like I was helped by a family member. The speed was less then 30 mins and the price was 50 percent less then every other company I contacted I fealt like they actually wanted to help instead of me inconveniancing them. He even went out of his way to try and help me fix the problem before the tow and also helped recommend the nearest mechanic. All around the best tow company in Florida thankyou! I believe his name was Steven.

If I could give them six stars I would. Scott and his team at Hamlet automotive are hands-down the most trustworthy reliable and honest automotive repair I have ever dealt with. I take both my vehicles to Scott and his team and they never overcharge for anything unnecessary. Typical repair shops will always say I need unnecessary repairs where this shop gets it done the right way the first time. I will never take my car anywhere else. Great mechanics and owner. Was recommended by a man in Auto zone for my air conditioner. I took it at 9 and was done in a hour. And that's with repairs. I took another car up today and had amazing service again!! Only 2 hours for diagnostics and repair.

Ben and Scott are awesome. It took me a long time to find a place that I could totally trust. It s refreshing. When they tell you something is wrong, or not wrong, you can be sure they are telling you the truth. There was one time that I thought that my transmission went on me. I told Scott the symptoms and he assured me that it wasn t the transmission but an inexpensive easy fix. From my experience most mechanics would have lied to me and told me yes it is the transmission. These Guys ALWAYS go above and beyond. They repaired my truck for FREE once. I bring ALL my repair needs to them. As well as all our friends and family! They do this bc they enjoy it.. not because they have to. HIGHLY recommend!

That was my first time there. I went to have an alternator put in my car. The manager was very nice an helpful. I had to leave my car there for a few hours. He took me home, then picked me back up when my car was ready.

If I could give Hamlet's Automotive 10 stars I would. Scott and his staff deserve far more than 5 stars. We went through 3 mechanics before being referred to Hamlet's. Scott turned an awful situation into a blessing. We were told by a very reputable mechanic in Lakeland that our vehicle was not repairable. Scott's knowledge and desire to help others got our family back on the road. If you are looking for an honest and fair mechanic shop this is the place.

I had a bad belt issue and they took my car in within 5 min of me getting there and had it fixed within the next hour. Good honest people with good prices to match. They have my business and recommendation from now on!

I was very fortunate to find this business, scott is the owner they were recommended from the manager of the advanced automotive parts on memorial dr lakeland fl. they are the best mechanics and extremley reasonable prices this is by far the best shop i have ever brought my car to scott and his crew are honest i was called with an estimate which they were so honest they did the repairs for less than quoted they replaced all my brake & fuel lines repaired my complete exaust system the job was completed in one day and this is a very busy shop old school values is a rare find they have my total business,you would be very wise to bring them your vehical,im confident you would be pleasently suprised as i am, im 59 years old been to alot of shops none ever as professional.

The owner Scott always goes the extra mile to help people out. Doesn't do unnecessary repairs just to make a buck. He has my business for as long as I'm driving.
