This is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with! They tell me they will come out and do a replacement and recalibration then only do a replacement. I have to waste another entire day waiting to have another guy come out to do the recalibration. Ridiculous! Not only that they give a service window of 9 hours! They absolutely disrespect their customers and seem to think our time has no value.

Chose this company because they said they can do everything all at once the same day they had a guy come out and change the windshield and not do the camera calibration they said the company would contact me to make an appointment to do the calibration and that's not what I agreed to. I then called the company and ask them how much they were going to charge my insurance just for the windshield installation. They refused to tell me how much they were going to charge my insurance leading me to believe they are going to overcharge. Would not recommend this company

I spent thirty minutes on the phone with them two days before my appointment. We did a joint call to my insurance company so I could file my claim for a broken windshield. They scheduled an appointment for me two days later on Saturday morning and said that the technician would call me that morning to give me a more specific time. By 1:00 no one had called so I called them. The manager did not apologize when he said that a technician was never assigned to my appointment (so they knew no one would be showing up) and no one thought to call and tell me that. I believe being kept waiting all morning deserves an apology. We called my insurance company again together to verify approval even though I had said on Thursday that if insurance had not sent over the authorization by my appointment that I would gladly pay myself and get reimbursed by my insurance. I even confirmed that their technicians took credit cards. There was absolutely no reason for them to cancel my appointment without telling me. He told me he would try to get someone over that afternoon. Since they are not open on Sundays and the crack had spread to over half my windshield already, I stressed how important it was to have my windshield fixed on Saturday since I didn t want to drive to and from Tampa for another work week. I waited all afternoon & no one showed up or called me. This business is clearly too busy to take your business. Take it elsewhere Somewhere where they value your business and time.

John came and replace my windshield and was very thorough friendly courteous and really made me rest assured it was giving taken care of the best.. He was thorough and stayed in touch with me to make sure he could be there as agreed at the time I needed him to be. I am thoroughly satisfied. He gave me his card if I had any problems. I can't enough about the customer service. From calling for a quote, to making the appointment, wrapping the window, etc. Nothing but kindness and education and patience from both the initial contact and the tech. John was my technician. John was very professional and got the job done in less than 30 minutes. terrible quality replacement. the $150 check is b.s., the repair men said he has never seen a check higher than $25. the $100 gift card is a joke. But besides the promises, the quality of the windshield is terrible. do not waste your time with them.
