This place is amazing! My Chevrolet had issues with the coolant temperature sensors which made my air conditioning not work, which I needed fixed. I know little about cars and had so many questions, but they were courteous and answered each one. Within a day, they had diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and repaired the issue. It's been a couple weeks now, and it works perfectly. They checked engine codes before they did anything, communicated the issue well to me, had it fixed on time, and showed me all that they worked on before I paid and picked up my vehicle. I had questions about another part I was told needed to be replaced at another service center, and they explained that they were not able to see any actual issues with it when I showed them and they looked over it; they do not try to do unnecessary repairs. Their prices were great, too! Will definitely be returning for any of my car's needs, they were great to work with!

Highly recommend! Honest and fair prices!!! I needed an engine swapped. Gibbons was the most honest, polite, had the fairest prices, and the best follow up. The attentiveness you ll get makes you feel like you re talking to an actual person, instead of like most places that made me feel as though they only wanted my money. I checked 9 places in the area, Gibbons was definitely the best!

Went there to get my back rotators and brake pads changed. They did an excellent job! Reliable and honest people. Was my first time there and will not be my last time. Thanks Gibbons Auto for getting my charger back on the road safe.

I had a flat tire and a flight to catch, these guys were fantastic! They got the tire off of the car and reinstalled it once I got the tire fixed. They were busy but were willing to help in a pinch, so appreciated!

I solicited recommendations for trustworthy auto repair locations on social media, and after several opinions, I went with someone else, and got burned, then I came here. Mike was super cool and honest. We spoke about my issue over the phone, he quickly figured out what he though to be the issue I described and ordered the part for me, and set an appointment on my next day off, 2 days later. As things worked out, I had the next day available as well, and I called him to see if I could come earlier, to which he was able to accommodate my request. I arrived and he straight went to work on my vehicle, as with his diagnosis, he figured he would have it completed in 15 minutes. Well, he was wrong, he had it fixed in 5 minutes and didn't even need the part he ordered. He asked me for $20, and I gave him $30 because of his ability to accommodate me and not have to charge me for the part ($63) as we thought originally. That's honesty, and integrity right there. If you need a repair, this shop is your shop! I already have set up a time to come back for another issue that I need tended to. It's hard to find a good mechanic that's trustworthy, but here he is! First of all Went to mechanics around me off the 98 they gave me the Wrong diagnosis for my car and price was way too high So I found Mike and Kent over at Gibbons auto shop gave me a good reasonable price and found my problem had a crack in my radiator found and replaced and replaced my harmonic balancer on my Corvette I totally recommend and will be taking my car back for any more work if needed . Recently, relocated here to Florida from North Carolina. We all know how difficult it is finding a new barber, mechanic, salesman, lawn service, etc. I can honestly say I can check mechanic off that list! Mike was awesome! I explained the situation over the phone, brought the vehicle to him completely prepared be there 2 hours or more. Mike completed the work before I could return from visiting the gas station across the street! He was accommodating, professional, and fair! Recently had work done here and I could not be happier. They were extremely flexible with my schedule changing multiple times. Once I was finally able drop off my vehicle it was started to be fixed immediately and was done much sooner than I anticipated. Their prices are amazing also!!! Adding to my review I forgot to mention we will definitely be back once our home purchase is finalized to get work on my other vehicles done.

I m a business owner in Mobile, AL. One of my work vehicles had broken down in Orlando. Gibbons took personal care of the vehicle getting it towed, diagnosed and repaired. Pricing is very reasonable and I picked the vehicle up and drove straight back to Mobile overnight with no issues. Took my moms Jeep Cherokee there that was having a couple of issues. Not only were they honest and patient with her but spent time and gave great attention. Would recommend 100 percent. Mike and his technician are awesome. They were able to diagnose my vehicle problem. I ended up having to have an engine replaced. He ordered the engine and and had everything swapped within a weeks time. Vehicle is running great. This is my go to shop. Very knowledgeable, prices are great, quick turn around time and most of all an honest mechanic. All the qualities that are hard to find these days. My vehicle literally broke down Wednesday afternoon, had it towed through my car insurance to Gibbons auto by 5ish. Was ready for pick up the next day by noon. The owner was quick, efficient and extremely reasonable on the price. I m always a little iffy on mechanics; but they even sent me pictures of the problem the day of and told me what needed to be done and asked if I wanted them to fix it before doing anything further!!! As a woman, i am always nervous about having to go to a new mechanic. Don't get me wrong, i know the basics about cars. Thanks to my dad. So last week i put out online that i was looking for recommendations on where i can get brakes replaced. I was given 2 estimates previously from chain shops, which were high priced and i was nervous i wouldn't be able to get this done. Then I got a response from Michael Gibbons. He asked for the general info and had an estimate done up right away for me. Much cheaper and was able to have the car done quickly. He even requested the VIN # which i appreciated because it means he had all the right info on my vehicle. Kent greeted me with kindness and got the car done quickly. I got the call within a few hours that all was done and when i went to pick up the car the same kindness was afforded to me. I can say i will be going back for my regular upkeep on my car and the back brakes soon. I can't express enough my gratitude for finding somewhere that's honest, quick and respectful. The prices are VERY reasonable ($100's better than any other "chain" stores I called for pricing). They appreciate your time!! For an oil change and new brakes (routers and pads) it only took about an hour and a half (I've sat waiting for just an oil change that long). The guys that work there are very nice and accommodating. I knew I could trust them to tell me what I needed, but not try to "sell" me things. My husband and I found our new place for my car, his truck amd work trucks.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Mike went above and beyond to make sure me and my daughter are safe. I had taken my vehicle to him to have my struts replaced on front and and he noticed 2 of my tires were bad and made sure to get them replaced. I was told at tire shop that my car was safe to drive and it wasn't. They replaced the knock sensor and the wiring on my 2006 Toyota Sequoia 6 months ago . They did an excellent job. I will definitely use gibbons repair for my future problems. Their prices are reasonable.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
