We went a great distance to pick up this new RV. We did a lot of research, we visited similar ones at closer facilities. This particular model had all the extras we were looking for and was at a price we were happy with. Mike made the transaction easy for us. We did most of the paperwork online and over the phone, we drove down. Camper was ready for us. It had been checked and prepared for our first camping trip close by so we could make sure everything was in working order before we made the trip back to Massachusetts. Cesar had all the paperwork prepared for us and registered it in house. He was able to register it to Massachusetts so we would not have to go to the registry. The plates will be mailed directly to us soon. Jimmy and Mike were on hand for us to do a complete walk-through and answer all of our questions. After a couple of minor fixes, we were on our way. Remotes were located, and the dining table was replaced with one that sat flat. It could ve been adjusted, but they swapped it out to make it easier. I have to say Gerzeny s was very easy and a pleasure to work with! We felt valued and were given the patience we needed to feel comfortable making this purchase.

I would not recommend these people. We went in on Saturday to see if they rented RVs and the salesman Bruce Edwards said no but proceeded to show us what they had for sale. We let him know that we were pretty much only interested in renting to use while our house was being tented for termites.He continued to show us more of their stock we did like one so he keep asking about running the numbers for us. We made sure he and the Finance Manager Cesar Rodriquez knew we would not want to make a down payment because we weren t really looking to buy but to rent but if they got someone to finance we would do the deal.Cesar called me Monday afternoon and said good news we got you approved without a down payment. I said great and he ask when I wanted to come in and sign. I told him probably Saturday but I would let him know. I called Bruce on Tuesday and we agreed for me to come in and do paperwork on Wednesday at 3 pm. I agreed.Well Bruce calls Wednesday morning at 10 am and tells me the deal is off because someone just gave him 5,000 to hold out for them . 5 hours before you scheduled me to sign!!How do you sell something you already approved someone else for? On the day of signing? He said oh well you should have put a hold on it Saturday. I m sorry if you told me I was approved on Monday if you needed a hold I m thinking your finance manager should have told me . As far as I was concerned when you approved me for that RV it was mine and not for sale. Crazy me for thinking local companies were better for doing business with.And what s worse is they did 4 hard enquires on my credit.

Just had work done on my motorhome at Gerzeny's RV World in Lakeland. It was a great experience all around! The people up front in the office were so friendly, caring, personable and efficient. After going over what I needed done, they got my motorhome right into the shop with a technician. The technician, Joe, was exceptional! He took the time to address every issue and resolve it AND did maintenance on it, all in one day! He went over everything with me and answered the million questions I had very patiently. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly and polite. I truly appreciate the service I received from everyone in the repair department and HIGHLY recommend this business. I will definitely be returning for all of my service and maintenance, even though it is a 6 hour drive from my home!

Wow experienceWe needed to have some warranty work done on our Class C Motorhome that we purchased from Gerzeny s in Lakeland in December 2021.Sean the Service Manager and Wayne the super technician were awesome.It started with a warm greeting when we arrived for our appointment. The work was completed in a few hours and Wayne was excellent at explaining what the issues were and how they were addressed.This is our third RV so have experienced many service centers this was by far the best experience ever.Thank you Sean and Wayne you went above and beyond to exceed our expectations.

We went into Gerzeny's just to browse around and look at the different travel trailer options but after speaking with Brandi Wise, one of the top sales people there, we ended up purchasing a 2023 Work and play toy hauler.A 27 LT.Brandi was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products she sold there.She made us a heck of a deal on our new toy hauler and we will pick it up tomorrow.A big thank you to Gerzeny's RV!

My dealings with Gerzeny s R.V. World have shown them to be a group of dishonest, unethical, calculated individuals. It became clear over the 3 plus hours I spent trying to buy a new Travel Trailer from them that they use all the typical unethical sales policies like, bait and switch, good guy bad guy, false advertising, wear the customer down, the run around, etc. They never honored their advertised price and never planned on honoring their advertised price. After passing me from one cohort to the next I had finally had enough and walked out. Don t waste your time with this dealership! They represent all the bad things you have been warned to watch for in an unethical dealership.

Ask for Bruce! He will walk you all over the lot and figure out what you need and what your budget is.Financing is also relaxing, got me in and out.Service work on my camper through and through.A+ from being to end, if I have to drive 2 hours to get the RV every time!

I have a 2018 new camp teardrop T@G Outback Edition. Shortly after I purchased my camper I discovered that the window had been damaged and decided to wait till I got back from Alaska to have it fixed. NuCamp recommended I take it to Gerzeny's RV World in Lakeland. I was very happy with the service from the very beginning. The introduction to what was going to be done when I dropped off my camper, answering all of my questions and taking care of every detail before I picked it up. When I did pick it up everything was taken care of and anything that needed additional attention was immediately addressed. I plan on having more work done to my little camper and I know exactly where I will be taking it. It will go right back to Gerzeny's RV World. Thank you for a job well done.

Bought my new Leprechaun 260DS from Dave and we truely enjoy it. I have been back to their Service Dept. 2 times and both times they got me in very quick and on my way in less than 2 hours. Although they are 3 hours drive time for us, we will continue to do business with them. If they would open an office in Port St. Lucie, I would be super-happy. When trade in time comes, I will travel back there to buy my next one.

We recently traded in our T@B camper for a Sol Horizon at Gerzeny's. Nick, our sales representative was awesome! He was professional from the beginning to the end. The transaction was pressure free and the whole process was streamlined and smooth. If you're looking for an RV, I would highly recommend this place for your purchases.

I picked up my brand new Retro 135 today. My entire experience from start to finish was great from Dave Shepherd my sales guy to Lisa who helped with all the financing. I especially want to give a huge shout out to Scott the tech who spent pretty much all day yesterday getting her ready to bring home working through hitch issues and making sure I was comfortable with how everything worked.

We were shopping for an RV online and somehow my husband came across Gerzeny's, which is located 3 states away from us. We couldn't ask for a better saleslady, Stephanie, who was right on track with what we were wanting from Day 1. She was happy to be of help and arranged for specific features we desired to be added onto our motor coach in order to make sure we were 100 percent happy. We flew to Tampa to make the purchase and she met us at the airport and drove us to Lakeland. Each member of the staff at Gerzeny's made us feel at home and almost like we were old friends. There is certainly a warm, happy feeling in the building! We are so grateful for Stephanie and all her efforts and also to Wayne, who worked with us for a good while and explained the entire RV before we drove it home across three states. We are overjoyed with our purchase! Everything is exactly as it was explained to us over the phone and even better than we expected!! I would highly recommend Gerzeny's RV World to anyone out there that is looking for a good, fair and honest deal on an RV.

This has been the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. There was never any "sales pressure". I drove the process from my first visit, to when I took delivery. If you are in the market for an RV, do yourself a favor and talk to Serge before you buy. It is more than worth the drive to Lakeland. I'm from North Florida. Happy Camping Friends!

Purchasing my new InTech Flyer from Gerzeny's was such a wonderful experience. Michael was great and really attentive to our needs. Lisa was so easy to work with in finance and was very helpful. The tech (maybe Scott?) who showed me how to work everything was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Gerzeny's. It was like dealing with a best friend!

We recently stopped by Germany's while on vacation to look at the T@B 400 trailers. We had a trailer in Davenport on a seasonal lot plus we had pulled our small travel trailer down with us for the holidays. We inquired if they would take both trailers on trade and they did! We ended up buying the T@B 400. They were very fair on the trade and worked with us to get to a price we were comfortable with. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They even came up to Davenport to pick up the big trailer for us. John Betts was our sales person and he was awesome to work with. He went out of his way to make it a great experience. Lisa in finance explained everything to us and was willing to answer all of our questions. Brian in service went out of his way to answer our questions and give us information on trailer maintenance. Jimmy did a great job orientating us on the trailer and installing our solar plug and sway bar. We would definitely buy here again and will tell others about our great buying experience. i only wish we didn't live in Indiana so we could use them for service when and if we need it.

I had my Sol Horizon serviced and Matt did an outstanding job of going through my list. Overall, the Intech camper is a quality product, and the issues with it were ones that could be easily fixed. I'm confident I'll have many years of enjoyment ahead of me. Thanks, Gerzeny!!

It has been already one week that we took delivery of our new Pleasure-Way Class B Motorhome at Gerzeny's RV World dealership in Lakeland, FL. Our RV was delivered ahead a schedule and we are very pleased with it. Great thanks goes to our salesman Dave Bowser, Manager Peter Ackerman and technician Wayne for their dedication, collaboration and support. We are glad that we recorded the walkthrough because there is so much useful information to review from time to time. Dave was understanding of buyer's aspiration and made the buying experience as easy as possible. Thank you.

Outstanding buying experience (COVID safe) with help from Dave Bowser at Gerzeny's in Lakeland. We had been looking for a Pleasure-Way since the pandemic started--tough to find. Dave made it easy for us to get a deal done and RV delivered. Great followthrough--Dave does what he says he will. Everyone we dealt with at Lakeland was helpful, straightforward, and after sale, the Nokomis main office helped us re: license and registration. We're very happy with Dave Bowser and this dealership and we love our new OnTour 2.2!

Don t buy from them! They have horrible customer service. We have had nothing but problems since we bought a brand new unit in February. Everything is made and put together very cheaply. Refrigerator stopped working. AC stopped working. They have no one available for emergencies weekends or holidays. Lakeland sales manager hung up on me. They are a joke avoid at all costs. You re better off going somewhere else. Save yourself the headache.

I want to give zero stars, but this won't allow me. The salesman there was horrible, he automatically started assuming that since we're spanish we were farmers. On top of that he automatically told us that we needed to have an 800 credit score and he didn't want to show us the RV's. He eventually showed us 1, when my husband and I went in he literally walked away towards the office. Please don't waste your time here very low selection on class A RV'S, we're definitely going to buy from Lazy Days!

Confusing and chaotic purchasing experience with surprise charges.Once we entered the purchasing process we ran into many roadblocks that made the process tedious and stressful. The pre-delivery checklist was incorrect, stating that we did not need a cashier's check, but when we arrived the team was confused why we didn't have one. We were prepared to initiate a wire or provide a personal check (which is something we have done at other dealerships) since the amounts were relatively small. This wasn't acceptable to them, but luckily we were able to run to the bank and pick one up. It was clear they certainly assigned the blame to us for this particular issue.Similarly, we asked if we needed to have a ball for the hitch, and the sales team said "We will provide a ball." When we arrived, again they were confused, and the tech got one from the shop and installed it, then charged us $100. It was $40 for a ball and $60 in labor for him to grab it off the shelf. To me, when a sales team says "we will provide a ball" that implies that it's part of the purchase. If I had known they were charging $100 for a simple ball mount I would have picked one up somewhere else.The salesman offered to pay out of pocket for this misunderstanding but I wasn't going to accept his money for this. It shouldn't come out of the salesman's pocket.I provided polite, constructive feedback to the manager about the whole process, but it was clear he wasn't interested. The only real comment I got from him is "one bad review won't hurt us." They all passed the blame around and claimed that there is nothing they can do, that the service department is totally separate, and so on. There was no cohesion to the process, and I honestly don't understand what went wrong.So it goes. I'm disappointed in the process and now I'm reflecting back and wondering what I could have done better to help them through the sales process. As a first time RV buyer, it's annoying that I got implicitly blamed for these issues, and that I walked out with surprise charges and frustration. Technically I did manage to buy a trailer, though.

Our sales gentleman was Jerry and he was amazing from the first time we stopped in at Gerzeny's in Lakeland until we returned to purchase our first travel trailer.We had gone to a competitor prior to Gerzeny's but we were incredibly disappointed after we sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for a sales person and just seemed to continually be passed by and ignored while other walk-in customers were matched with a sales person. What made us feel worse was when we raised the issue, The General RV staff blew us off and made nothing but excuses as to why we were just sitting there for all that time. We refused to purchase anything from a place that made us feel insignificant and walked out. Now we know that it was meant to be because as soon as we walked in to Gerzeny's we were immediately greeted by Jerry. He spent a lot of time educating us about travel trailers, answering our questions and discussing our needs. We spent about a month trying to decide which trailer we were going to buy and finally decided to buy a 2021 CruiserRV Radiance 25RB. The Finance Officer, Lisa, was thorough and professional throughout the entire contract process. We so appreciated the knowledge and tips she shared with us. The Tech guy, Wayne, provided all the information that a new owner needs to know and when he was done, we felt confident that we were ready to drive off with our new Radiance. We honestly cannot say enough about everyone at the Lakeland location of Gerzeny's because everyone was awesome. The whole experience was absolutely perfect. We are very pleased and quite happy. We just purchased our first RV. We stopped at multiple paces before buying here. I m glad we held out! our sales agent Abe Yousaif is amazing and really catered to our needs right to the smallest detail, he even came in on his day off to get us on the road with our new purchase. After the purchase they bring you out to your RV and Pedro was the tech who went over every inch of the unit to ensure we understood everything about it before we left, he is very informative & kind didn t hesitate to answer any of our questions. My husband and myself had the best experience and we truly are so happy with our purchase. Stay away from the fly by night dealers and go here. You ll be taken great care of for sure.

We couldn t be happier with our experience at Gerzeny s RV World. Beginning with our initial contact with Michael, our sales rep. He listened to us regarding what we needed/wanted and then showed us the perfect RV. He took all the time in the world walking us through it and answering all of our questions. When it came time to test drive it, Michael took ample time to not only talk to us about how it handles, but showed us as well.Once we decided to make the commitment, we met Lisa who walked us through the financing. I was shocked at the financing terms we were offered, they couldn t have been better if I wrote them myself. Lisa took the time to explain all of our options and the details of the financing package. She was able to answer all of our questions and walked us through every step of the financing.Finally, on the day of delivery we met with Wayne who spent over an hour walking us through every aspect of the RV: from the front to the back, top to bottom. He went through every detail explaining how to use all of the options in the RV.If you are in the market, I would highly recommend that you at least come by Gerzeny s RV World and see what they have to offer.

Wonderful experience buying our first RV... We are new to RVing and we wanted to thank our salesman Dave Bowser for helping us start our new Nomadic Lifestyle... Dave has been extremely helpful in answering many questions about our new Leisure Travel Vans Unity... Not only prior to our purchase but he has contacted us after a couple of weeks to make sure everything was operating correctly and letting us know if at anytime we needed questions or assistance with our new coach we could call him directly... That s Customer Service!!! In fact everyone at Gerzeny s RV World gave us great customer service, from Jimmy giving us a walk through and explaining how everything operates to Lisa assisting us with our paperwork to Kim overnighting us all of the documents for our tags and titling.... Wow what a great team... I would highly recommend Gerzeny s RV World for your next RV... And definitely ask for Dave Bowser...Jeff ShawNorth Carolina
