A great selection paired with a great staff. Ashley showed me around and took her time explaining every question I had as I searched for motorcycles for both me and my son. I learned a lot that day and a day or two later I brought my son to sit on and get a feel for the bikes. Once again, a thousand questions were answered with great knowledge and patience. There was no stress or anyone looking over my shoulder it was an extremely comfortable process. We spoke to, we laughed with, we joked with every staff member and manager that we met. Samer, Kyle, Alan and the wonderful Ashley made the day a great one. I know that y all welcomed us to your family, but we welcome you to ours. Thank You all so much.

I recently went to fun bike Center to purchase a new dirtbike for me and my son And this was probably the simplest experience and best experience I ve had purchasing a vehicle Nick and Kyle worked everything out and I even got a buddy of mine who purchased another vehicle as well. I bought three motorcycles from this company, and the experience was absolutely excellent highly recommend taking a look inside their show room.

Allyson was awesome! I spoke with her before I showed up and told her what I was looking for. When I arrived she already had my dream bike outside and ready for a ride. Helped me get through the process and out the door. I can t recommend enough.

This is written in the spirit of improvements that can be made. 1. A disconnect between Sales and Finance, perhaps. I repeatedly heard that my credit union financing couldn't be accurate--but it was! The dealership offered financing was stunningly higher. Check around. 2. After delivery, I called and texted to purchase some additional accessories. Never heard back, so purchased elsewhere. Maybe there was an illness or other problem. 3. No one called, emailed, or texted after my delivery to find out if everything was OK. 4. After a couple of days, I checked the cold inflation pressure of the tires--wildly out of spec and over-inflated. Why would I trust the 300-mile service that includes adjusting valves to the Service department? 5. When I inquired about what just a valve check and adjustment would be after those 300 miles, I got a tentative price close to $400. It would take me a couple of hours the first time, as I said on the phone, but a seasoned mechanic should be able to do it a lot quicker. Oh no, I was told! That is a potentially very complicated job! All this after I made it clear that I adjusted the valves on my other motorcycle. Apparently, I'm ignorant about how all these complicated things work, or at least that was the (accidental) implication.

Brandon was my salesman, I was looking for a ninja 400 and he helped me into a brand new better 2024 Honda grom with a nice helmet. I d recommend him if you ever come here to buy a vehicle

Friendly to your face then knife in the back. Paid over $500.00 to have carb rebuilt and fuel cleaned out to make my kids CRF50 run right because it wouldn t idle, they recommended a oil change, spark plug change, air filter change for another 250.00$ I said I can do those simple things save $200, got the bike back road it to the truck on choke never watched it idle, called them a week later because I continuously have to have bike choked/ half choke for it to run (won t idle) Jay in service says well we recommended the spark plug, oil, air filter that may cause it not to run, I said okay so if I change those and it still don t run you will make it right? Jay said yes. Did everything but the air filter because it was connected to carb that THEY just fixed so I wasn t touching it,still wouldn t idle. Alan is service says bring it up we will take care of you, if it s the carb or the gas we will fix free of charge. Two days later Alan calls and wants to charge me $150.00 because the oil plug was loose, the spark plug was loose and carb wasn t working correctly? The same carb they just charged me 500$ for? I for one can say I won t return and we all know no one will care until the same thing happens to you so my advice of you go here is don t leave until you see it idle and also look over ever inch of your bike because I also found a O ring just laying on the block of the engine that they also blamed on me when they are the only ones who touched that carb. Be careful of who you trust out there folks, lots of smooth talkers and empty promises.

The pros who know how to take care of their customers. Sales and service without the hassle, and you might even get a friendly hug. They do love and appreciate their customers. We drive an hour and pass our local dealer to come where we are valued

Chris Moberly listened to what my wife and I was looking for and took a couple of hours showing us 5 or 6 different motorcycles that fit the bill. Chris has called several times after the sale to check on us. From Chris to the sales manager to the service manager I feel like we are really in good hands. It s more than just a good deal at the time of the sale. It s the after purchase experience that really matters and I give them a solid 5 stars!

We had a great experience purchasing a new Kawasaki Utility Vehicle at Fun Bike Center. Mark, our salesperson, was awesome! I exchanged texts and emails with him for several weeks on various models and, as luck would have it, this particular vehicle was brand new and not yet available at the dealership. When the first one was finally delivered to Fun Bike Center, Mark contacted us, and we completed the purchase. Mark introduced us to the service and parts department personnel. Everyone we met, including their delivery driver Eric, was extremely helpful and friendly. If you are considering the purchase of a Utility Vehicle, motorcycle, jet ski, etc., give Fun Bike a call and ask for Mark. He will do his best to find you what you're looking for!

I had a fantastic experience! Everyone I worked with was amazing. Mark took his time (on a busy Saturday) to make sure that I was completely comfortable purchasing my first brand new motorcycle. Including taking me out to the parking lot to make sure I was comfortable to ride it home!I will absolutely be back when it s time to upgrade my gear and/or motorcycle!

I wanted to thank Nick again for the great service! We were not planning on buying today, however, we liked the atmosphere and everyone was a pleasure to work with! It makes a difference, we had already visited two other dealers and had left with no intention on going back. The team at Fun Bike Center Motorsports made our decision to buy a new bike an easy one. I am not the kind of person that ever leaves negative reviews and I rarely have issues with places. With that being said, I have worked with this place 2 separate times trying to buy a jet ski and a motorcycle. Their final price always comes out to WAY more than the listed price, and on both times competitors would beat them out on the price without me even mentioning what I was quoted at Fun Bike, and it is a significant difference; I obviously went with their competitors. I did decide to purchase the prepaid service package for my jet ski here as they were the closest to my house at the time, and was told I could get the difference refunded if I chose to do so. I was told this when I actually purchased it for my jet ski, and it was also mentioned a year later while trying to purchase a motorcycle. Now that I have moved and it is no longer anywhere near me, I suddenly cannot do this. To top it off, on the very first service that was performed, the tech did not reinstall the bolt at the top of my jet ski properly, and I asked them to fix this during the second maintenance visit and yet it still is in the same exact position as when I left it, and they messed up the coating so it is corroding. The other bolt on the top of the motor still looks as good as new and I ALWAYS wash out my ski after salt water runs with Salt Away. I have also mentioned to the service department my supercharger hose blew off while riding. I did a quick fix out while still out, but asked them do double check it and make sure it was tightened, and my very first trip back out it blew off immediately. I get the impression they do the bare minimum and charge a premium and I would feel more comfortable getting my service done elsewhere. I have had a lot better experiences out with other companies. I will be forced to complete my services at this location, but at this point I'm not even going to try and attempt to give them any more business.

10 years ago I walked out and promised myself I would never go back. Worked hard saved money and built some credit only to make the same mistake by walking in here... First guy was cool then the sales manager was pushy trying to sell me something I didn't want after a little research,. And didn't offer me the option for a down payment to hold the bike and sold it out from under me. So.... forget funbike center And take a 55 minute ride past this place and go to TAMPA BAY POWERSPORTS. Talk to a real, honest gentleman and let him help you take home the bike of your dreams.

This place is awesome the staff here gave wonderful customer service and treat you right Nick was super cool even buying us a pizza while we waited on approval...Kayla and Kyle was also amazing giving recommendations on products and tips and tricks...(Edit) Just had my first service here it was good wanna give a shout out to Nick in service he is super helpful and helped me get my scooter to and from the shop

Everything was very smooth and easy. Derek helped me find the bike that I wanted and what was suited for my experience level. No pushy sale tactics at all and broke everything down for me step by step. (Go see him!) The guys back in parts were amazing as well helping me find all the gear I needed to be able to ride safely. I had a problem with my helmet when I got home so I brought it back and they upgraded my helmet for me free of charge. I would highly recommend going here for anyone looking for a new bike or anything power-sports related. I will definitely be coming back here first when it is time for me to upgrade to a bigger bike!

This is a beautiful store, it is not a corporate conglomerate store it is privately owned and a fantastic facility, everyone there is courteous and friendly they have good prices.Go spend some money I did.

The service department at FBC is the best around. I drive from Tampa to get my jet skis worked on here. Fast, friendly, professional, with great communication and great explanation of what I could expect from them.

Bought a new 2020 Pioneer from them. I feel like I got a pretty decent deal. Their service department is pretty good. I had a recall and a few warranty clams and they handled them all in a pretty timely manner. I would definitely buy from them again

Came here to check it out and see what they had. Ended up getting a good deal on some things for my bike. The staff here were very helpful and made the trip well worth it. The same time we came here there was a event next door at mojos. The staff from fun helped out and enjoyed the bikes and stunt show too. It was a good first event for us.
