So let me start by saying I swap/build ls style motors on the side. This being said I have built several 5.3 and 6.0 ls motors and have done everything from oem swaps to custom swaps. A coworker of mine ordered a lq4 from this company for his 2000 2500 Silverado as his old motor was consuming a quart of oil every 300 miles. I will say shipping was fast and the lq4 was very well packed. The issue was after about 150 miles into the new motor being installed it started to blow a fair amount of white/blue smoke on cold starts and starts after it sat for a few hours out of the exhaust. Every external part that we reused from the old engine was cleaned thoroughly. We contacted Mark in there warranty department and in short he pretty much just belittled my partner and I. I get his job is to save the company money, however there is a certain level of tact that should be used in doing that. Long story short though the motor that was ordered from them came with valve guide seals that where obviously not the correct size(see attached photo for reference both seals in the photo are exhaust left is there s 7.98mm opening right is felpro 7.15ish opening and the clean oil resting on the intake valve which lead to our diagnosis of the issue).All valve guide seals where replaced and noticeably different. We decided not to push the issue of having them cover under warranty as Marks demeanor was really frustrating and we are not a liscensed shop.

Couldn't ask for a better company to buy engines and transmissions from. Tony has been helpful with any questions that need answers along with helping with any issues that we have ever came across which is few and far between. As a buyer having a trusted seller is hard enough to come by but when you add an employee who goes above and beyond for his customers makes it so much better.

I have an 2011 Chevy suburban, I have now put 2 remanufactured transmission in this truck do to the bad equipment they are disbursing thru warranty policy. The first transmission last about 5 months b4 it went bad, the second was put in the vehicle and that same day it was discovered that the transmission would not go into reverse . I am now still waiting for another transmission to come in from this company as of 5/12/2023. If your warranty company use eagle engine sale for your replacement parts you may run into some trouble

We, as a business, Briest Automotive purchased a crated transmission from Eagle Engines and we re very impressed with how thorough they are. We spoke with Tony most often but others were just as knowledgeable and considerate as Tony. The product received is perfect and the details inside their packet gave us all the information we needed. Our customer was very satisfied and is driving around with his new engine and transmission. Thank you Eagle Engines, we could not have done our job without your excellence.

The following is my husband's review which also affects our whole entire family. We have a vehicle that's been sitting up 6 plus months due to a defective Motor/motors. We've had three that were put in and taken out and all three were defective. We do not want a fourth but received word that a fourth one was shipped today. What is wrong with you people? Why does this have to be a situation that's so hard to deal with? Why can't you just refund us our money? Is this how you do business with everyone?"I bought an engine from Eagle, installed it, it ran but was very noisy. I sent the engine back, they tested it and said it had bad bearings. Okay, it happens so they sent me second engine and after install it was doing the same thing. Sent that one back and was told the bearings were bad just like the first one.. They sent me a third engine. That one was doing the same thing so I asked for a refund. They told me they couldn't refund my money but they would send me a FOURTH replacement engine. I told them I don't want another one, I want my money back.I work at an auto repair shop that does alot of business with Eagle Engine but I think this just put an end to our relationship.I will not be purchasing anything from Eagle again and I will certainly not be referring customers to them. I gave them 1 star because there was not an option for 0."

These guys are the best! As the service manager we use Eagle Engine Sales a lot. Started using them a few years ago when I was at another Christian Brothers in Riverview, Fl. I have probably gotten 20 or more engines from these guys, everyone of them has been top notch. They come with a complete gasket kit and an unmatched warranty. Recently got a Ford 5.4l 3v and much to our surprise it came with valve covers, oil pan and spark plugs already installed. Don't mess around with anyone else go straight to the source! Ask for Tony, He is super knowledgeable and helpful.

We have a garage & order engines & transmissions from Eagle. We haven't ever had any problems. Great people to talk to. Very knowledgeable about their products. Would recommend them to everyone. They get the product to you in a timely manner.

We have been purchasing engines and transmissions from them for years. Purchase many a year, and any problems we have ever ran across they take care of you. Nothing but excellent customer service from any of the guys especially Mr. Tony. Couldn't ask for a better company to do business with in this line of work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you are considering doing business with this company, do not unless you are ok spending $4K plus on faulty engines. First the salespeople with harass you non stop after your inquiry to close the sale. Then you will have to fight for 2 months to get your core charge deposit back. Then the very salesperson who sold you the engine, will call you names and insult you for trying to get the core deposit back in the time it was promised. (Tony in Lakeland should not be in the sales business). Then once this company sells you a defective engine, you will fight for them to honor the warranty. They want the customer to spend hundreds, if not thousands more running tests. The engine was faulty from the beginning and now they tell us they will not replace the engine because it's not cost effective for Eagle Engine. Our mechanic, and several other mechanics with 100+ years of experience all say they need to replace the engine. But they refuse to do so since it is not cost effective for the company. So here we are $4k spent and still spending more and we never had a quality engine and still do not 2 months later. Be warned this company does not care about the customer only scamming you out of money.

Needed an engine for my son's 1st car, 2006 Mustang. I had ordered a used engine, but when it arrived it was covered in rust. I sent it back. I then decided a remanufactured engine would be a better way to go. Thank goodness I found Eagle. The engine arrived the day after I ordered it. It runs better than new! I wish I had gone this route first, would have saved a lot of time. Best value for my money! I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks Eagle, my son loves driving his Mustang thanks to you!

BRIEST AUTOMOTIVE CANNOT THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH FROM SERVICE TO DELIVERY TO INSTALLATION. TONY TOOK CARE OF US FROM START TO FINISH. HE KNEW ALL THE ANSWERS AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT JUST A SALESMAN WOULD HAVE DONE. HIGHLIGHTS WERE WHEN THE ENGINE WAS DELIVERED. TONY EVEN EXTENDED OUR CORE RETURN TIME FRAME BASED ON OUR NEEDS. NO PRESSURE...TONY WAS EXCELLENT AND THE ENGINE RAN PERFECTLY RIGHT FROM THE CRATE.
