Outstanding service. I had a hole in my tire two that two other name brand companies said they could not fix.Dougals Tires fix it in 15 min had me back on the road quick. Price was 5 dollars cheaper then the name brand companies. People were friendly and down to earth. Awesome service. I will be back

They ordered my tires on a Saturday and installed them on Monday. The owner even texted to ask how they felt and drove. Excellent customer service and pricing was great.

This a nice neighborly tire repair shop that was very helpful with my tire. My tire was a little low on air so they filled it up with no charge and told me come back if it gets low again and they will take care of me.

They sold me a dry rotted tire went back then u sell me a tire that is half bald and half not would not recommend $45 dollars wasted!!!

I went to Douglas Tire on Sunday and got two used tires on the front of my mini van. On Monday my wife got a flat on I4 on her way to work. I had to go put the spare on the side of I 4. Went back to Douglas Tire they put a new tire on no problem. This morning my wife got another flat same tire they just replaced. I go put the spare on go back to Douglas Tire I was at this time upset I said that I needed onther tire right away I was in a hurry. The manager told me to sit in my van and wait. I was now more upset waited by my van after awhile he had talked to and waited on a customer that came in after me I asked if he was going to look at my tire he said in a minute he was working on one. This time they found a broken valve and said it wasn't thier fault

I can't express my appreciation enough for the owner of this place he is literally a life savior a guardian angel and doesn't know it. I'm not from the area and my rim blew into two pieces this man drove us to his other shop found a rim and a tire and put in on our vehicle on the side of the road.he then had us drive to his shop and fixed my brakes ( the cause of the rim busting) he went above and beyond anything I can repay. If I ever win the lottery he will be the first stop I make so I can repay him for his kindness words cannot express my appreciation.
