Wow! Paul is amazing. Highly, highly recommended. He is a wizard at dent removal. Our car was restored to like new. Plus his communication, work ethic, and all round professionalism was top notch. Try him. You ll be amazed at the results see the before and after pictures.

Paul is an amazing craftsman. I had a brand new truck that the wind blew my door out of my reach into the next car's mirror. I'd already had someone tell me they would have to refinish and blend the whole side of the truck because of this dent / smudge.. He came out and worked his magic (skill), And I can't even tell on an iridescent pearl paint job where there was ever a dent. I myself am a perfectionist, So I admire when someone takes that much pride in what they do. I would recommend him to anyone! Very good work for the value.

PERFECT! Watching the repair process of the dent being removed was unbelievable. I had my concerns, but this process was so cool. The dent in my car was significant and I thought "no way" that's coming out. It was like watching an artist. I highly recommend having this guy look at your dent before calling your insurance group. It was worth it. Go to the website and watch the videos.

Paul Whitehorn removed every dent, from a hail storm, on my 2023 CT4V Blackwing.He is a miracle worker, as the vehicle looked as good as when I purchased it....mabe better!I would give 10 stars if I could.I believe he's moved on in his career and unfortunately is no longer doing dent repair.

Paul did an amazing job. I took my fender to 5 other places for estimates. Some said they didn t want to touch it and some wanted to repaint it. I m very happy with the results! Well done Paul!

Researched and decided to use Dent Repair USA to fix a dent to the rear quarter-panel of my vehicle. Process was simple and quality work was performed.Only a few simple steps needed from me: Request a quote via the company website, wait for a timely text message response from the owner (Paul) with an estimate, then finally schedule an appointment via link back to the company website.Upon the scheduled date, a message was sent to me confirming the appointment, then further communication shortly before the appointment time.When Paul arrived, he presented a professional appearance and demeanor. Paul was also informative on how and why he would be repairing my vehicle. In short order, and under his estimated time to completion, my vehicle looked great. He even cleaned up around the area that was dented.Overall, highly recommend Paul and his company.

I recently purchased a vehicle from a local car dealership in Lakeland Florida. Although the vehicle was certified, upon inspection two significant dents were found. One was on the seam of the hood while the other was an obvious car door being swung into the door. Since I plan to keep this vehicle for a significant number of years, I wanted to start out with a vehicle in excellent shape. This was my first use of a scratch and dent technician. Paul was one of the nicest techs I have ever met in any field. His experience spanned over many decades and it showed. In a little over a half an hour the repair was complete. The dent was gone and the fix was invisible on both repairs. My spouse who doesn t miss anything, could not find either repair. Paul did an amazing job. He is a real talent and an outstanding gentleman!

I called several paint-less dent removal companies some of which never replied, but received a call back and a link to upload photos within several hours from Paul. After reviewing the photos, I was given a quote and an appointment. I received a text the day prior to confirming the appointment and then a text in the morning when the technician and owner Paul was on his way. First off he was right on time, introduced himself, setup his equipment and went to work. Extremely professional and polite. The process was slow as I watched from a distance while he worked and Chatted. Within several hours the noticeable dent on my wife's Audi TTS was gone. When Paul was completed you could not tell that any repairs where made. I was totally pleased with the outcome. I would recommend the service and Paul's company. He is a veteran owned business and the price was very reasonable for the repairs, considering he is Mobile and came to my home to make the repairs. Well worth the wait for the appointment and price. I will try to post some before and after photos below. Thanks for your service and your time in correcting the dents and straightening the rear quarter panel. Red dots are reflection and so is the def container and trash can.....But you can see the dent is gone....Now I will clean up the garage so nothing else falls on the car!!!!

Someone forgot to put our new 2022 Honda Odyssey van in park when backing into the driveway .. van rolled back into the garage door causing a dent on the lift gate of the van. I searched for a local dent repair service and Dent Repair USA popped up at the top .. with great reviews and an awesome website! Scheduling an appointment was very easy through the website .. sending Paul photos and a video of the dent. He responded very quickly with an estimate and a link to schedule. Paul arrived, looked at the dent in person and because of where it was he said he can not give a 100% guarantee of his success in removing all the dent on the crease .. when he finished, I couldn t see any remanence of a dent! I could not tell it had ever been damaged! Very impressed with Paul and his experience in dent removal. I would highly recommend Dent Repair USA to anyone! Great job Paul!Thank you,Thrasey Tucker

This is the second time I ve used Paul with Dent Repair USA. This time it was a truck I had purchased at a dealership and taken delivery of it after dark, and didn t notice the door ding til the following morning. I chose to use Dent Repair USA instead of taking a chance with the dealership repair man knowing how reputable Paul s work was. I wasn t disappointed. I seriously don t know how he works his magic but all I know is I drop off a brand new truck with a super ugly dent, and pick it up a few hours later with it being absolutely immaculate. I don t ask questions.. I m just thankful he can do the work he promises he can. Paul told me that he d make it perfect and he absolutely delivered. Thank you, Paul, and I m sure you ll see me again in the future.

Great company showed up on time very professional. There was a dent on the passenger rear quarter panel when he was finished working on the car the car looled great not really sure where the dent was.Hopefully no dents in the future but if a dent does show up.I will be calling DENT REPAIR USA

I just bought a new car and the first weekend Taking it to the beach some one dinged it with their car door. Found this business and was very pleased with the repair!! Looks exactly like it did when I bought it. I was very shocked !!!! Very nice guy! Even let my kids run around and play in his yard while we waited. Took maybe 20 mins. Would definitely recommend!

I had 37 dents in the right rear quarter panel from the hailstorm in April. Paul was very professional about his work. Explained what he was doing as he worked. When completed the area was like new. At the time our car was only two weeks old. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who needed ding and dent repairs for their vehicle.

I had never heard of this dent removal process and had booked a body shop but my detailing guy clued me in. I called 3 diff folks and was thoroughly impressed by Dent Repair USA. Paul Whitehorn was fair, professional and very detailed oriented. I was amazed at how great my car looked when he finished!!! I had a big dent over my passenger side front wheel and a small one on the drivers side door. Even Paul said the big one was extreme . Body shop wanted almost twice what Paul charged. Do yourself a favor and check with Paul first!!

Paul is fantastic. My brand new (2 weeks old) car got hit and had two dents. I was so nervous bringing it in but he put me right at ease. Paul did an amazing job!!! His professionalism and work was top notched. My dent was in an impossible spot that he was unsure if he could even fix. Not only did he fix it, but you can not even tell there was a dent there. I would recommend him to anyone needing dent repair. His prices are reasonable as well. A body shop wanted to charge me 4xs what Paul charged.

It was an immense pleasure to meet Paul and to watch him carry out his craft and he likes for his customers to watch him and share good conversations. When he finished you could not tell the vehicle had an issue to begin with. It didn't hurt that the cost was a fraction of what a body shop would have charged to do the same thing plus he came to us with immediate results. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone. This is a local, Veteran owned business and I am all about giving my money to someone who appreciates it and does it with a smile on their face.

I have several high end cars and have used other dent removal services in Massachusetts and Florida. Paul is far and beyond the best professional I have ever had. He is prompt, stays in touch but most of all a master of dent removal.He removed a dent on my 2022 Mercedes that was really annoying me. He is a perfectionist!! The car is perfect .
