This place is awesome. I went in a bind with bare minimum down payment expecting a basic ride. Nope ask for Joe he's awesome and makes things happen he sold me lt1. If your In a tight spot and need a ride best option.Thanks Deal Time/ Joe

Joe and Liz at Lakeland deal time cars and credit are outstanding. They did a magnificent job at customer service and getting my daughter into another car. This is a great dealership. Eric was kind, courteous and trustworthy. He got me approved for my dream car without any hassles. Buying a car can be stressful but Eric made it a smooth and easy task. This place is amazing. My husband told me about this place and how they can work with the not so good credit score I have. We got this awesome Hyundai sonata. The head sales person gave us the best service she was great and even went as far as going to pick up the car from the other location. Eric was also a wonderful person that helped us get the car we wanted. They got it to us right away and they treat us like family. My husband has a vehicle with them as well and has had a great experience ever since. Thank you again deal time!

My son and I went to Deal Time to look for another vehicle for him. Alan helped us get into the car my son really liked. He was extremely thorough and stayed after hours to get us finished up so we were able to drive it home. I highly recommend Alan and Deal Time Cars if you re in the market for a vehicle!

Eric was awesome! He did everything to make sure i was able to trade in & upgrade my SUV! This is my 2nd vehicle from him and i have never had any problems outside normal wear & tear! Would definitely recommend!

This is an untrustworthy dealership. I watched a family member purchase a car from here and it was the worst decision. The staff has been nothing but rude and disrespectful! they cheated her on parts and told her they would get them fixed ad never fixed them. They lied and haven't delivered on anything that they said they would. Also, I overheard her speaking with the guy Alan and he is a very disrespectful person. He's ruining the dealership with his attitude. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and spoke to higher managers so hopefully there will be results. We played recorded conversations to the the district manager and even she was appalled! Bad dealership, con artist, fast talking! RUN!

ERIC and the rest of the team was absolutely amazing and made the ever so stressful car buying experience nothing more than enjoyable, simple, and VERY informative. This place was awesome after going to several different places we were at the end of the rope seeing nothing but junk at other places we stopped in and met Dale super nice guy very helpful and we are definitely happy with our car highly recommend them

This is by far has been the most honest and upfront experience I have ever had while dealing with any automobile. I have not been treated like a customer but like family. These guys aren t in the auto business they re in the changing lives business. This being my first time buying and paying off my own car, Deal time has made it not only convenient but exciting.
