Have used this place for years. Never looked at the reviews. Looking at them, they are spot on.They installed my brand new tires and I had a hellacious wobble. Took it back and they told me that they were balanced but they would redo it. Left again and still they wobble very badly. Unwilling to help, too much language barrier to get through to them that the truck never wobbled before and shouldn t be now.Also broke one of my center caps and damaged the chrome on my wheel with a grinder. Absolutely no business doing tires, much less anything else.

Only place I go to service my vehicle. They go above and beyond. The service is excellent. The prices are competitive and usually lower than anywhere else. Very professional and the workmanship is quality. Highly recommend

I been doing business with Cousins tire & auto service for many years and the owner Geraldo is a minister and he's prayed fo me several times but today he was very disrespectful and told me to get off the property just nasty the whole staff cousin's talked to me like i was a 2yr old girl his son and his son in law was very disrespectful the mechanic had my car on the jack and just dropped it then stated i was trying to rip them off and they all work hard for there money i took that as a racist statement because I was a black woman but I've been told I'm not the only woman they've disrespected...customer service is handled poorly need a refresher course lesson 101My concern-Cousins is this the way you treat customers not just me others who has served you loyal and you couldn't come to a solution to solve a problem without being disrespectful and etc...

No one should ever go here. I took my car in four times to be balanced and it shook each time. Each time they blamed wheel bearings or the quality of the tires I bought. Took it to another shop and they rebalanced for cheaper and it runs perfectly buttery smooth. I highly recommend Maurice s auto body and paint and Maurice s mechanic shop. They are great! Stay AWAY from cousins!!! They even refused to give me a refund when I asked them for one since they didn t do it correctly and wasted hours of my time on numerous occasions. I even told them to take a ride with me and showed them the other shops receipt to prove it. Now I have to get an attorney to get them to follow Florida statutes.

I gave 1 star because it doesn't allow to give nothing. STATE AWAY FROM THAT PLACE. You go to tire change and balance and you get another problem because they don't know how to do the work correctly. Management or company owner the worse costumer service. Very unprofessioanl,and costumbre mistreaatment. THAT place must be close.

The worse place ever. You came to change tires and they broke another part of the car despite of been expensive.They speak without respect to the costumer. Don't take your car there.

My family and I have had several experiences with this shop and each time it only confirms to us how this is one of the rare honest car places. They always go above and beyond and don't try to sell you on things. All the employees there listen to you and try their best to help you when they can.

I've used these guys several times, showed up at closing with two spare tires, two separated tires. Was in and out in about 15 mins. Love these guys, fair prices, go check them out

I have been to Cousins twice for both our cars and both times I have received great quality service! They got me in and out both times, the pricing was great for new tires! I recommend them and I will be recommending them to friends as well!

These guys are great. A d extremely reasonable. . I needed to tires on front. They only had one but, is gonna have me another Tuesday. 35$ bucks switched over and. Back on the truck in bout 2o mins. My daughter recommend these guys. She said they were great and Thanks Amber Morgan. I luv ya!

Absolutely terrible business I brought two of my own tires up. They lied to me and told me the machine was broke. I called the store when I left and all of a sudden when I was looking to buy tires their machine worked and they were willing to put them on don t trust this business absolutely terrible management and if it was possible to give zero stars that s what they would ve got

I don t know if it s because I m a woman, but this company tried to rip me off I would steer clear from this place 100% absolutely terrible business. I will never go back there. How are you? Terrible company they actually tried to charge me 150 dollar for one used tire I can buy a brand new one for cheaper than that I warn you steer clear of this business

Very disappointed. I came here and purchased brand new 20 inch tires 3 times before on 3 different vehicles and my last tire purchase was completely terrible. My tires were put on backwards which made my car pull to the right very badly. They said oh u need a wheel alignment so I go to Midas and have one done which didn't need to be done but the car is still pulling. I come back and the owner says I get u new tires come back Saturday. 9 days later no new tires . Everyone magical doesn't speak English and he will not refund me or replace my tires. I will Never utilize this shop again and I will be calling the state making a complaint.

My daughter went for an alignment the alignment technician does not know how to do his job he put my daughters FRS on the lift and ruined her frame the owner did apologize for it and even paid for it to be fixed after trying to say that it was not done at his shop he did pay for the fix of the frame but my daughter paid for alignment and after 2 weeks her tires where terrible which indicated that there was no alignment done correctly do not recommend getting alignment done here

We've had Cousins repair 2 tires that no one else could and the repair held till the tires needed regular replacement. They're reasonably priced, always friendly, with a bilingual staff to boot. Forget the big chains, try this locally owned business, you won't regret it

They are very professional, low priced and extremely courteous. I have found my new used tire store.I will never go to the 2 on Combee, the one right off of Bartow Highway is trying to just take your money. They wanted $15 to take a tire off of one rim and put it on the other nothing else included just to take a tire off a rim and put it on and another they wanted 15 bucks

Doesn't look like much when you pull up but in my experience a lot of times these are the places you want to find and that's definitely the case here as well. Extremely helpful, fast, and quality work.. and MOST importantly AFFORDABLE. I recommend this tire shop to all of my family and friends.

Good deal on used tires but I had bad vibrations "teeth chattering" when I hit 70mph which occurred intermittently. Went back the same day and they said my rim was bent. Which I was 100% sure was not the case but how can you argue with someone that doesn't care. Went to B&L tires the next day and they pulled off the tire only to find nearly a half gallon of water sitting in the tire. These guys at cousins come off as super friendly but really guys, half gallon of water in the tire and you didn't notice or care enough to get it out. Not sure why they stole my chrome valve stem caps and put on cheap black plastic ones either. But wait! Their's more!!! It's not a catastrophic bend but the lift they used on my front end bent the bumper. Thank god they didn't screw anything else up, I'm tired of typing!

Absolutely horrible service! Do not go there. Got 2 tires yesterday and the guy didn't even put my 3 of my lugs back on. Went back this morning to be told they didn't do anything wrong and they weren't going to fix anything. What kind of business practice is that? All I wanted was them to take responsibility for thier mistake. I even offered to pay for the lugs. I will never go there again. Will be reversing my payment and filling a report with the BBB.

This tire shop used to be the only place to go for a deal in Lakeland. Recently went in to get four tires mounted and was told to come back in an hour, they was busy. I came back then they told me to come back Monday. Meanwhile the parking lot is constantly rotating cars in and out. I've dealt with them for the last two years, truck tires, trailer tires.... not sure what happened to this shop but if you're not willing to put tires on and you're in the tire business, you're doing it wrong. Went right down to Quick Change Tire service and got them mounted same day no issues. You've lost a customer, and the many referrals I've sent your way Cousins.

I've been here several times recently, they have tires that are in great shape, and are very fast (like NASCAR pit crew fast) sometimes they put a tire that is slightly different in size to the one you're having replaced, but not enough difference to matter (which is normal for used tire shops) their prices are excellent and their customer is decent...though one time when my wife went while I was at work they started replacing the wrong tire until my wife got the lady at the front desk to stop them...overall I'd definitely recommend them, much better than the nightmare experiences I've had at other shops.
