I recently took my Jeep to Classic Collision in Lakeland, Florida, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by their service. From the moment I stepped in, the staff was welcoming and professional, setting a high standard right from the beginning.The communication throughout the process was outstanding. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs, which I really appreciated. It s rare to find a service center that is so committed to keeping the customer informed.As for the repair work, it was impeccable. My Jeep, which had suffered some significant damage, was returned to me looking as good as new. The attention to detail in the repair work was evident. The paint matched perfectly, and the finish was flawless, showing their commitment to quality.What stood out to me the most was the efficiency of their service. They completed the work in the time frame they promised, which is something I value highly. The pricing was transparent and reasonable, providing excellent value for the quality of work done.In conclusion, Classic Collision in Lakeland is a top-notch facility that I would highly recommend to anyone needing vehicle repairs. So much for honest I called and explained my situation where my car has gone un repaired (not to their fault) for a month, and was looking to get the car fixed as soon as possible. I was told they were weeks out from touching it, so I offered to bring (original- from the dealer Mercedes Benz parts) to start getting the ball rolling they said they wouldn t work on it unless they ordered the parts. Anyone with a brain can look at a part number on a part that needs to be replaced Good riddance! Thanks for nothing!

I put in for an appointment on Mon. for Wed. 11amAt 8:26Am they called to say the person how does the guy that does the esteems for State Farm will not be in to take care of appointment. When they could of told me Mon. or called me Tue. to let me know. So what does that tell you? That they don't care about every customer.

Chuck was amazing and communicated with me along the whole repair process. Answered all my questions and not only repaired my vehicle but cleaned and detailed it. Would 110% recommend and body/collision work to be done here.

My 2019 Mustang was repaired cosmetically as good as it could be. I would give 5 stars for that, and the customer service provided while Charlie was there. However, there was a noise in the area that was repaired, and after Charlie was fired, Classic refused to even look at the problem. I was forced to take to another shop who immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty front hub assembly. Unfortunately, Classic is not the same business without Charlie. He even answered my call AFTER he had been fired.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Picked up my Bmw from auto tech collision last week. I have to say from all the body repair places I have been to my whole life, they are the best!!! A month ago was driving on route 21 in winter haven when a cars trunk opened up and a lot of stuff went flying and hit my car and damaged my door and side panels. Well being just moved to Florida from Illinois with bad experiences from body repair shops I was so reluctant from from finding a place where the job can be done properly. With many research I stumbled on to auto tech collision with good reviews so I contacted them and spoke to Shannon, I would have to say she is professional and kind. She scheduled me for an estimate when I got there and was so knowledgeable and very professional, surprisingly the price was affordable and so I scheduled to have it repaired. She said it would take 3 days to complete the job and she delivered! When I picked up my car I was so happy with the super quality Workmanship. My door was better then it was, it was like brand new. They made up for all my bad experience in the past. I can say that I will only trust them because of all the past places I had gone to before them. Also had a pleasure of dealing with Charlie who was really nice. I highly recommend only this place to have any body work done to your car.

Exceptional work. Even better staff. I couldn't speak more highly to their professionalism and efficacy. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, went to bat for me on getting issued resolved and finished the work days ahead of schedule. My vehicle looks great and I'm a stickler for attention to detail. Before I got the work done I spoke to many different professionals involved with collision repair. Everyone I spoke to had nothing but stellar reviews and now I'm on that list as well. If you have any need for collision repair I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys.

There are no words to describe how happy I am with their work. My car looks and feels brand new again!! They went above and beyond. I Highly recommend this company to anyone. They were all very nice and professional. To Shannon(hope that s correct), you are awesome!

Work was so professionally done I returned with my second vehicle. Paint job was beautifully done, looks like new. Both vehicles were done on time as promised. Used Auto Tech to not only repair a dent on my back bumper, but also some damage to the front bumper as well. Despite Auto Tech being extremely busy, I was impressed with their communication and commitment to sticking to deadlines that were promised at the start of the repair. The estimate was in line, or lower, than other body shops in town. Saving the best part for last, the work done on the car is impeccable. You could never tell my car was involved in two separate collisions and I'm very impressed with the lifetime warranty on the repair. Hopefully I don't get in any more collisions, but if I do I know exactly who I'll be using! Great work, Auto Tech.

Auto Tech handled my Progressive insurance claim as they were a preferred shop through my insurance. I have no problem with the quality of their work but the length of time it took and lack of professionalism has left me disgruntled. They had my vehicle for over three weeks to fix something I thought would be 7-10 days. I feel like they put the insurance claims on the back burner. After receiving my repaired vehicle, I noticed they hadn't fixed a sensor that should have been noticed during a routine check. I arranged a time to bring the vehicle to them to take a look at it. Once I timely arrived, they made me wait as they had to call someone to have her come back in to check it out. After asking me to leave my car there for another day, I asked if I could receive a rental or loaner car for my inconvenience since this was their fault. I received are harsh response from Charlie, who seems to be the manager, as he rudely told me he couldn't provide a rental and practically called me dishonest and that he doesn't know if the failed sensor was something that happened since I picked up the vehicle just 48 hours prior to this. They seem to be nice folks up there, but BEWARE.

Prior to using Auto Tech Collision Center. We had experience with 3 other auto body shops that were absolutely horrible. Auto Tech Collision Center delivered as promised. My car looked just as good as the day I bought it. Thank you Auto Tech for fixing my car. I will recommend you to everyone that needs your service. Your company just did my daughters car. My car was scratched while being serviced at the dealership. The dealership sent my car to Auto Tech Collision to have the scratch painted, and I also had Auto Tech fix a dent right next to the scratch. I received my car back and everything looks as good as new. The paint and clear coat is perfectly blended, and so smooth. I bought new factory front and rear sport bumpers for my car, and I will definitely be taking them to Auto Tech to get painted.

I had just had my car repair last month from auto Tech collision Center and I wrote a review about my amazing experience in my wifes account, And after my car was repaired a week later I was at Walmart and someone had ran the cart on my door And created a dent on my BMW. I was so angry and frustrated after I had just had it fixed a week before that. So the minute I happened I called auto Tech collision again and they were shocked to hear that my car was damaged again. As I knew already and they were the only place I would ever ever trust to do any bodywork on my vehicle I schedule an appointment and right away I got an appointment. Again Shannon was really kind professional. She told me that I will be done in three days and once again they delivered and they delivered an amazing job. Truly the place is the best place in Florida and the only place I would Ever trust! Picked up my car on Thursday looks amazing and so happy with the job. Hopefully I won t see them for a very very long time. I highly recommend auto tech collision center in Lakeland Floridato everyone...

Very unprofessional. Very rude. When I voiced my concerns about my ac making strange noises, they would not even assess the issue. Told me they did not even touch the hood of my car but In the supplement of record stated they did. Only went here because it was preferred with my insurance company. I was handed my keys and told to go somewhere else. They have made this whole experience 1000% worse

I had my Chevrolet Silverado rear panel painted about 2 years ago. I noticed some defects appearing. I contacted them about this issue. They were very friendly and scheduled to make the repairs . They uphold there "lifetime" warranty. Thanks guys!

Auto Tech repaired the hood of my car and you can't even tell that it was dented. They did an excellent job and it took just a minimum amount of time. I highly recommend them!

Fair / Average prices, took a couple days longer than expected. Location is not super convenient. Easy to miss if you re not using a GPS. Staff was friendly.
