State of the art shop, clean thru out the entire shop. They are equipped with all equipment a collision shop requires, down to all the ADAS system equipped to get vehicles back on the road safe. Laser frame alignment machine, air draft prep station, to down draft spray booth(s). Best place to go, especially if you're in South Lakeland.

Carstar definitely saved the day!!! Someone hit my car in a parking lot, causing obvious dents and damage, and then left without a note. I took it to Carstar and the repairs were done quickly and effectively. My paint color is a challenge, but they were able to match the color perfectly and get my car back in shape quiickly!

This is a very professional auto body shop. After having multiple issues with the office in regards to required forms to sign before they would do anything the car , CARSTAR had my vehicle for 32 days. When I arrived to pick up my car , (Tesla) it had 12% charge left and a flat tire (not entirely flat , but 14 PSI and warning light was on). I called prior to picking up AND asked when I arrived about the charging of the car and was assured that it was in service mode and because of that, I could not see when they charged the car. (you can see the current status on the Tesla app, that s why I asked). One of the things to repair when I brought the car in was to check out the issue with the tire. I told them that if insurance will not cover it, I would take care of it myself. Instead, when I picked up the vehicle they informed me about a nail in the rear tire. The tire in question when I brought it in what was the passenger front tire, so I thought they fixed that one and were telling me about a nail in the rear tire. (A potential new issue). Turns out after talking to the office after I picked it up, the two people that went over the vehicle with me to pick up we re talking about the wrong tire altogether. Either way, they never called and talked to me about getting the tire replaced even though it was obviously flat. Unfortunately, on my way home I had to stop and charge the car and put air in the tire even though the vehicle was at the shop for 32 days. I quit communicating with the office because I was constantly berated because of my opinions of their required forms that I didn t agree with Heather was impossible to deal with. She is not professional to deal with in any way. After expressing my desire to move my vehicle the first day when I found out about the forms, between CARSTAR, myself, and my insurance company, there were issues getting the car moved. When this did not happen in a timely fashion, the office basically told me I would owe over $1000 in storage fees if I did not get my car fixed with them. (This was never explained prior to me, nor was it on any of the required paperwork). I basically let it go and signed the forms, although it seemed like extortion and them throwing a fit because I wanted to move my vehicle.Very odd place to deal with. I ve received several text messages and emails asking for reviews and feedback on how they did during the repair process, and I have asked for their help in regards to the issues that I experienced. I obviously still needed to get the tire replaced after I picked it up as they are aware, and literally nothing from them in regards to help , suggestions , etc. seems odd to me they didn t look at the vehicle warnings when they moved the car to the pickup position (which they claim was the day I picked it up). 12% charge and a flat tire when I picked it up is just beyond unacceptable in my opinion.Good : repaired the glass and body damage. Looks nice and new.Bad : unprofessional office (Heather). Required forms don t refer to extortion/storage fees if you decide you want to take your business elsewhere.Incorrect information about vehicle on pickup (identified wrong tire)Not all work was done to vehicle (tire)Car was not charged in 32 days , and was at 12% at pickup. Even though I inquired about this before AND at pickup.Zero follow up after pickup even though I told them I still had issues to be resolved.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

This shop is fantastic!!I have an FJ Cruiser that I bought brand new in 2014 and thanks to CarStar, and in particular, Adam - I still have it. The frame was bent in a collision and I thought, "that's it, they will call it totalled and I will have to give my baby up to the scrap yard".They did not give up! They were able to find a salvaged frame which was straight, rust-free and in better shape and still come in under the replacement cost for my insurance company.Adam was the lead on my project and was on top of it and in touch throughout the process. The attention to detail was impressive and we are not talking about a new bumper or door but a complete frame replacement while keeping the original suspension and body. Rusted bolts had to be removed and replaced throughout. After getting the car back, I noticed a slight rub from the front left tire under certain conditions and they immediately corrected the issue. Their professionalism and customer service are top notch. They also handled all of the insurance paper work so the process stress-free.CarStar added several more years of life to my Toyota and I could not be more satisfied. We had a customization shop break our charging port on our Tesla 3. We panicked as we had family arriving later that day and really couldn't be down a vehicle. Carstar got us in that day and had the car fixed by midday the following day. They handled everything regarding the billing with the company that broke it. They were absolutely wonderful and saved the day!

Very nice, extremely communicative associates! I knew as soon as I walked in that my car would be well taken care of. Although I only had a small fix for my front bumper, they got it done in 1 day and kept me in the loop from the moment dropped it off. 12/10 would recommend to everyone. Brand new facility! Thank you again and if I ever need a body shop again, you've earned a lifetime customer
