I can t begin to stress enough just how wonderful these people are! Especially the owner. She has treated me like family, being as honest and friendly as I wish most people would be. I bought my daughter car from this place right before Christmas and have absolutely no complaints. Will go there again and refer them to everyone I know!!!

I.bought a user car here. Buy here/pay here. Great honest and hardworking people in office and in repair shop. Everything went smoothly and I look forward to using their services for maintenance on my car.UPDATE:I recently had my alternator replaced on a 20 year old car. Jenny provided me a tow, a 24 hour replacement and worked with me regarding payment. If you do a buy here, pay here with her, you get 20% discount on labor for the life of the car! It ended up costing me exactly what I guesstimated it should cost and their were no surprises. Jenny is kind and caring and willing to accommodate to the best of her ability. She's tough, she's fair and I never have be disappointed or second guess anything. So why go elsewhere?

Very professional staff. Vehicles are priced well. Good selection and always getting new inventory to replace the fast sellers. Payments are made to be affordable. If you don't see one you like..... ask if they can locate what you are looking for. Really can't say enough positive about this dealership.

Don t buy here unless you want a lemon. I bought 2 cars from them and one transmission went out the week we bought it. Lord knows what s wrong with that one so we returned it. (And they are mad because they have to fix it on their dime.) BEWARE! They will take your money and not fix what you brought your car in for. They break what worked before and don t fix what you brought it in there for, and even change your engine completely out for worse one, if you let them keep it over night. Jenny has an awful attitude, she is very unpleasant to deal with and down right rude! I spent around 900.00 to walk away with more problems then I came there with and money that I didn t have to spend on car repairs in the first place. You know exactly who I am and what vehicle I had there and what you did, You people are thieves and very dishonest !

Overpriced but who can argue when you need our vehicle fixed and don t want to deal with an way more overpriced dealership. Communication sucked as I wasn t contacted until the end of the day and when I went to pickup my vehicle hadn t been test driven so I had to wait extra hours

The woman in the office is phenomenal. She's friendly, was so helpful. I love that she's straight to the point and blunt like I am. We test drove a car and we're out the door within an hr and a half and knew everything we needed to. Great great experience. Will definitely be getting a 2nd vehicle from them within the next few months.

I brought car from them the lady up front was nice until they couldn't find out what was wrong with my car it kept cutting off and they keep my car from 2 weeks still couldn't find what wrong and than she wss like oh you still have make a payment I gave the car back I was never late always pay more I will never go back cause how was treated noService: Vehicle Inspection

I was in a pinch and needed another truck for work, my wife and I stopped by to see what they had and they were very friendly and got us in a truck in a matter of minutes. Not only are they a wonderful family very pleasant to be around but they stand behind their service which is very hard to find. Bought a trailer that had some very poor welding done and needed 4 new tires. I brought it to them and they knocked it out same day finishing up around 8:30. Great customer service and an unmatched work ethic that is hard to find anywhere these days!!!!! I was skeptical at first but they way over exceeded our expectations in every way!!! Highly recommend this family owned and operated business to anyone who needs and affordable vehicle or has a vehicle that needs repair. SGT. CLEAN appreciates you!

I love Mrs Jenny she is a doll. She made getting a work vehicle easy for my husband no matter how we needs it done. Turned out to be a really reliable work vehicle also only had one problem they fixed and added to our bill so it would be easier for us. Very good hearted people here so sweet and kind.

The woman ALWAYS has a nasty vibe and attitude as soon as you walk in. I will NOT be going back. I pay for my services. Therefore, I ask for good customer service. I will not be going back eventhough they are walking distance from my community. I rather drive extra miles than to deal with her nasty attitude.

0 STARS OUT OF FIVE - (If only that were possible). The woman who is either the receptionist or the own is not very helpful. She is extremely short tempered. Doesn't want to answer questions and does not want to answer basic questions about their inventory. I was prepared to buy a car off their lot today but her attitude was so outrageous and poor that I feel sorry for her co-workers who have to deal with her on a daily basis. Additionally, employing someone that rude to be the first person that you speak with over the telephone is such a huge turn-off and makes me question the decision making process of the owners of this business. I will not be buying the car that I was interested in from Carr Automotive. Instead I will buy a vehicle from their competitor in Mulberry, FL.

They have a good inventory. Their mechanics are great, and they have gone out of their way to make us happy. I would say it is your best option in lakeland for buy here, pay here cars.

woman very rude in the office area. Didn't have the time of day for me. Referred me to go to tire kingdom or GoodYear. I only needed a Tire Plugged. Said itd be 30 to 45 minutes to do the job. Not including the wait time. She also informed me that the man was on the TOILET and that they closed at 5pm. I got there at 2:15.I shall look into tire kingdom or Goodyear. Thank you for the reference angry office lady.

found out about this place from a friend I've taken my car here a couple of times for various problems that it had before I started going here and they have fixed everything beautifully! The lady at the desk does super good work and I really appreciate everything that she has helped with! Won't be going anywhere else but here in the future if I can help it!

Purchased the 2005 buick Lacrosse in May and the VERY NEXT DAY the engine light came on. I called them and they picked the car up and claimed that it was fixed. Well 3 weeks later the engine light came back on AS WELL as jerking everytime it switched gears. I would push the gas down and it wouldn't drive so I would have to turn the car off and crank it back up. I was told that it was nothing they could do. I was dealing with that since May. Well a week before Christmas I messed up and paid my insurance a day too late and it cancelled at 12am Thursday. I ended paying it the same day at 4am in the morning and the insurance company advised that it was active again. Well Monday night at 11pm, i'm laying down in bed and I hear my car crank up and the headlights beaming in my window. I look outside and they are driving the car out of my driveway.I called the office Tuesday morning and the lady tells me they took my car because my insurance was cancelled. I told her that it was still active and I had documents to prove it was still active and she says "well i'm debating on if I should give you the car back now". Well she didn't give me the car back and made me sign the title to the car to get my belongings back.When my husband went to pick up our things, she tells him that "all this could've been avoided if you gave me your phone number".I noticed that they put the car back outside for sale. DO NOT PURCHASE IT because it has transmission and engine problems.AND I'M BEING VERY HONEST ABOUT MY REVIEW. NO NEED TO LIE.

I believe they are very family-owned-and-operated and they pass and share their values on to their cousin I believe they also say good pride and all that work and they go the extra mile to make it every customer is half used it possibly can I would absolutely recommend for anybody to go see them whether to buy a vehicle without a vehicle service that's the place you want to be

I stood outside for 20 minutes and never once had any of the 4 people walking around initiate a conversation. Not a hello, why are you here do you tan often. Nothing. I've said more in this post than was said to me, and I will say no more.

I took my expedirion to a dealership because the air stopped cooling. I was told it was the evaporator core, cost, almost $3,000.00. I took it to Carrs, the asked if I wanted them to diagnose it.i did, it was a compressor less than $675.00

I bought a car from them that broke down the day I drove it off the lot. They "fixed" it the next day and it broke down again. For a year it was in and out of the shop constantly until finally it broke down a year ago and I just quit trying to get it fixed and quit paying on it. Now all I want it the title so I can sell it to a junkyard where it belongs. I lost my delivery job and home because of this car. They knew it was a lemon but took advantage of my desperate situation and inexperience to get me to buy it. I've tried contacting them but they just ignore me.

Poor mechanical services when getting intoxalock system. Was informed by a different service center that the install was poorly installed. Tow was needed after three days of use to replace a bad fuse and device.

Service was very good. Price was fair. A/C repair was perfect. I've been to Carr's many times, always satisfied.
