After our recent move from Oregon to Lakeland, we found ourselves searching for the right spot to care for my Infiniti G37. After navigating several local options (you know how it goes in a new town), we were fortunate to discover Ben! His honest and proactive demeanor was a refreshing contrast to some other shops we encountered. While I was out of town, my fianc� managed the car drop-off. Ben went above and beyond by fixing the car in just a day and even ensuring my fianc� got a ride home. He's on-point with sourcing the right parts for the G37 and truly knows his craft. His mechanic, too, was both professional and approachable. Personally, I have a bit of a knack for fixing things, whereas my fianc� is less hands-on. Yet, both of us came away thoroughly pleased. Whether you're well-versed in cars or not, this place is top-notch. My Wife & I always take all of our vehicles to Ben. He & his Mechanics always do an outstanding job with the quality of work they do. I feel Ben has the most reasonable prices anywhere in Lakeland. I wouldn't trust anyone else with working on our vehicles. Ben conducts his business very honest. He will not rip you off, & you will be pleased with his work. Ben does excellent work on engines, transmissions, brakes, anything that makes a car run. Ben also does some body work too. Ben takes good care of his customers.

Took my business vehicle here for a coolant leak. That was fixed, but the vehicle started stalling out when I would hit the brakes. Ben denied that it was something his employees did, and didn't fix it. Beware of this place if you need your vehicles to work properly.

I took My car there , to check the AC after the Nissan Dealer Misdiagnosed the AC failure and end up not fixing it , so Ben Ran some tests and right away he knew what the issue was , He repaired it and the AC has been working like a champion, Honest , reliable and Fast to fix the car without coming up with a bunch of lies to Up charge you , go to Ben's you will be happy you did.

Excellent service! Stopped by today for an oil and transmission fluid changed and Ben got me in right away since I was on my lunch break. This place was recommended by a coworker and I can definitely see why!

Ben did an amazing job! I drove down from GA and realized I had a small issue with my 4Runner Ben was willing to take a look, quickly diagnosed this issue and fixed it! His price for doing so was incredibly fair! I would recommend Ben for anyone in the Lakeland area! I wish his shop was closer to my home in GA and he would be my primary!Thanks for being so helpful while I was on the road Ben!

Great service. Ben was nice and accommodating. Our truck broke down just down the road from his shop. Once there he did the diagnostic, we got the part from the dealer and quickly got it repaired.

These men are great this is 3rd time ive been to them they are honest great pricing and fair they dont take advantage of you like other shops always show me what they fix so i know for a fact whats been done .I drive for work so being able to drive my car is important I would recommed them to anyone looking for a fair honest repair.Thanks Ben for taking great care of me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is the best auto repair shop I've ever dealt with. Benjamin manages a clean and respectable operation. He is ethical and does NOT gauge his ward working customers. I'm sending him friends and family whenever they work done on their cars.

I went here for my first time to get an oil change. The first question they asked me when I got there was "did you bring your own oil?" I guess I was assuming that since they do oil changes they would have oil on hand. Secondly I did not even get a sticker on my windshield to know what kind of oil and my next due date. Not impressed and wont be going back.

I wanted to update this review...back in March after spending a lot of money for several people to fix my car and was down to hardly any more money...I took it to Ben...he said he would look at it and call me when he found out the problem....he did do that...he fixed it and also gave me a 30 day guarantee ....when it did break down again.... Ben fixed it for free...this is a very knowledgeable mechanic and he does what he says he going to do....here I am in July and haven't had an issue since....I highly recommend Ben's Auto repair

Took car to him on Tuesday check on it on Wednesday still didnt look at it came again on Friday still didnt look at it he told me he didnt know I needed the car . He is not a car storage facility he is a mechanic why would you take him a car you didnt need fixed. HOrrible customer service skills
