Dallas was the best person to help us!!!! We came in concerned about our car that started to act up on the road and Dallas immediately began to help us and we felt so cared for by him. He helped us find the issue and gave us the solution and walked out happy and hopeful. We will definitely be coming back for any other needs because of Dallas!

I drive an old car and my battery was dead and heavily corroded. My bolts and nuts were rusted out. Mike and John went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Through trial and error they were able to get my battery out, despite all the stripped screws. John was laying on his back on the hot concrete under my car just to help me. John and Mike were amazing. 10/10 service.

Went there to get my battery, alternator checked, and codes read. Dan helped with all this and so did Jon with getting what I need to get home safely. They were Amazing!! Thank you Guys

Absolutely amazing, made a call to them after I popped my tire, and then they were able to call me and talk me the whole way through switching out the flat for my spare, shout-out to those Autozone employees for their generosity and helpfulness!!

I was here the other day and had problems with my headlights and lisa was kind enough to help me with the purchase and also she put in the new lights for me! And she was also teaching the new guy brian and he was very polite and friendly also. Come by and say hi to Lisa!!!

I stopped by to get a battery check today. Big thanks to Johnathan for checking it out and having shared stellar customer service! Even though the car proved out to be ok, I still decided on new jumper cables just in case. Johnathan was incredibly helpful and made the experience completely stress free. I highly recommend this place as it offers free battery testing and premiere customer service!

I was already having a bad day and then I get a flat tire. I pulled into a parking lot and Juan from Auto Zone appears out of nowhere. He was helpful and courteous. What a relief to know that there are nice people out there. Way to go Auto Zone! I m sure Juan is a great asset to your company! Store is #4120

Some of the coolest and friendliest people you will meet. I had a coolant like blow on my car and they were very understanding of my situation, letting me work on my car in their parking lot for hours on end. They supplied paper towels and tools I needed. I will always go to this specific store whenever I need something.

My car battery died while parked in my driveway at home. I was able to get a jump, but in the meantime, I knew it would be time to purchase a new car battery. I called AutoZone, was given a reasonable price quote for a new car battery, and they were able to get me in the same day. For some reason, I had in my mind that it would be a man to install my battery. However, that was not the case. I received super friendly help from Shayla. Shayla was awesome in her customer service. Shayla was also awesome in installing my new car battery which did not take long. Shayla is professional, courteous, and is the epitome of "Women Rock"!

Stopped by to get a battery check. Danny helped me out right away. He saw that the battery lead had a loose connection, got some tools and hooked me up. Great customer service like this is why I keep coming back. Thanks, Danny! Update: I came back to get a new battery. Mr. Barnes was able to find out it was under warranty and saved me $200. What a great staff!

One of the managers at this location Dallas is probably the smartest worker Autozone has hired. This man knows anything and everything about your car. If you see him working then don t worry, whatever problem you may have he will help. Also, this Autozone in general is the most efficient one I ve ever been to. Everyone was so nice and wanted to help me out the moment I walked in

David was very helpful in finding what I needed testing my battery, installing my windshield wipers and jumping my car when it would not start. He worked to get me the best possible price, he was kind and very professional. I will be returning and not just to get the core deposit for my battery.

Well stocked, Very Polite and Courteous. As soon I Walked through the door, a associate ask if I needed any help and said Good Afternoon soon as I enter their establishment. I purchased some window wiper fluid n had a little trouble opening my front hood, there was a associate outside attending another customer, he offered his assistance to help open my hood. I Thank him but he didn't hear me after I finally opened hood. Definitely will return to purchase there when I in the area

I walked in there assuming there was something wrong with my battery. The gentleman over the counter help me out tested my battery was absolutely nothing wrong with my battery. He could have lied and said there was something wrong with my battery just to get me to buy a new one but he did not instead he just offered me to clean my battery with a connections are and suggest that I purchase a kit to do so. I love the employees at AutoZone they're always been honest with me.

Dallas and Josh saved my weekend! I drove in from out of town and needed both headlights replaced in a hurry. I was stressed and had no idea how to replace the headlights in an Equinox-super pain in the neck vehicle. The moment I walked in the store, Dallas was quick to greet me and help me find exactly what I needed. In less than 5 minutes, he and Josh were outside installing the headlights for me! These young men were friendly, professional and had exceptional customer service skills. Give these two a raise! Autozone is the best Thank you Dallas and Josh!

My car battery died so after calling around I came here, both because the price and the professional service over the phone. When I got to the store, Julio actually remembered what was my car's year, make and model! Another employee, Junior, installed my battery and was just as courteous and professional. Both gentlemen were the prime example of great customer service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I definately recommend this place!

Needed a new battery. Employee began to remove my old battery, disconnected old battery & cables. Boss came out, told him not to mess with it & sent me to a local tire store for free install that actually cost me $53. Nearly $300 later my A/C doesn't work, outside temp shows 32 degrees ( it's really in the mid 90's ). When I voiced my concerns I was blown off by 2 separate employees. I should've went to certified GM service center

All the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They ensured that the items I was looking for were the correct ones for my car and they installed it for me. Great attitude and plenty of smiles!
