I want to thank the two Latino employees who helped me yesterday. My vehicle had battery issues, and even after buying a new one, it still had trouble starting. They kindly continued assisting me, ensuring that me and my children were okay. Thanks to their kindness and what they did, I was able to get home safely.

Called with a part number. Was immediately placed on hold. When she came back she located the part and put hands on the item to verify it was there. Sent my wife to get the part so I made it easy by doing a buy online pick up in store order. When she got there the guy in the redshirt helped her and the manager chimed in after he couldn t locate it. She told him it needs to be paid for even though the system said none in stock because I already purchased the item.Wife didn t know and when she called me I told her that it was already paid for and there should be bottle of gear oil on the order also. When she went back in they were busy so she waited. When it was her turn she explained to the same guy he asked the store manager for help multiple times because he didn t understand the order was already placed and needed help.Lillian the store manager ignored his request multiple times and just kept yelling next. My wife chimed in saying can you please help him so I can leave. She had nothing but attitude with her and even said she is the one that came in with an attitude. They finally figured out what was on the order and processed the pickup.She then asked what about the return for the one you made me buy because she wouldn t help him the first time. She got another attitude asking where the receipt was to process the return. My wife had already given the receipt to her and she misplaced it while doing something else. Rudely she said I guess I ll have to print another one.This is very unprofessional from someone who is suppose to be a leader and captain of her ship.Store manager needs to review the 1st line of the pledge.Autozoners ALWAYS put customers first (incase Lillian forgot it)

Had problems withy Chevy Malibu.I can't remember there name . First the young help me then the older lady assisted with my problem.Long store short my starter went bad.They was very helpful but at the end a young kid also came outside and help put the 3 screw on for us if it wasn't for him I'll still be stuck at Auto Zone.Thats everyone that made it possible for my car to run.Great customer service.

The people at this store are not very helpful. My order qualified for delivery but the manager could not & would not help me get my order even after I paid the delivery charge. I cancelled and ordered from there competition. Shop some where else, the management at this location needs training in customer support Auto Zone is losing business and that's fine by me.

Friendly service but not Overbearing at all. They ask you if your looking for anything in particular and will help you by looking up the parts on their computer if you need parts. Other than that they leave you alone to look around the store yourself! One of the best stores around period!!!

Omar met me at the counter today, and very quickly assisted me. He had a great attitude and was very respectful.On a separate note, this place has amazing prices and deals. My wallet is thankful!

It is incredible the discrimination and lack of professionalism that the employees in this place have, I arrived just for a check engine light. But he preferred to serve other people rather than me alone because I hope I will never go to this place.

Always has been my go-to place but when I walked in this time today the music was very loud and when I asked for a part they looked it up and just told me it wasn't available no more without any cross reference to what a new part would cost. So dissatisfied I went across the street and they were very able to help me at advance Auto. I will be getting my part today I hope the next time I go in they do have better customer service.

Extremely grateful for Daniel's assistance & top notch service with replacing my battery. Got up this morning and my car would not start. Not a sound! Not a light! Nothing! My battery was dead even though it was recently purchased. Considering that, Daniel made sure everything worked after putting in a new battery. He even tested the alternator to make sure there were no issues with that. I sincerely appreciate his time, help, and expertise.

Went for a tail lamp bulb for my traverse bought a 2 pack, come to find out my car is LED not bulb, don't know what he looked up but it wasn't what I said. It's my fault too looking at it now I can clearly see there is no bulb on the sealed tail lamp Assembly. Plus they had no inventory any where on a new assembly at all couldn't even find it in the system.

Need a bulb for my headlight and I wasn't sure exactly which one. Daniel helped me. Got the right part and he replaced it within 5 minutes. Total cost was only 10$

New to the area and needed a battery for my Jeep. Called this store and spoke with the manager to see if an upgraded battery was in stock. Was treated with professionalism and respect. When I arrived, the battery was installed with no issues. Thank you to great management and professional staff for a great experience. I will shop this store from this point forward.

Alternator died while I was driving. I got the prompt on my dashboard saying the batteries weren t charging. I made it to the nearest auto parts store. I nice older woman named Melinda, I believe, diagnosed my alternator, sold me a refurbished one with a 3 year warranty, and loaned me the tools to change it out right in the parking lot. Had it not been for all the help I received, I would ve been stranded on the side of the road. Customer service was above and beyond.

Ordered a fuel strainer I needed, they lost it. I reordered the part and they ordered one that doesn t fit my car. Tried to call about 20 times in the last 30 minutes and they must have absolutely no one in the store because they absolutely refuse to pick up. Save yourself the headache and just go elsewhere
