The service there was incredible, and the employees never have a problem answering a question or helping me find stuff. Especially the Kid named Felix, he is always so helpful, polite, and overall just a cool guy

This is my favorite Auto Zone store, and for all the good reasons. I always get greeting as I walking in, they have the most knowledgeable guys, and gal, their diagnosis are always right at the spot, and their caring for give you prompt solution at your issue is to another level. My favorite employee is Reinaldo, always so friendly and caring, giving me the best advice to keep my vehicle at top notch. Thank you Reinaldo, and thank you Auto Zone for keeping such a great professional team.

Purchased a new battery here, they were the only store around to have the battery I needed and the service was excellent. The manager of the store changed my battery quickly and cleanly.

This place is ridiculous. I bought an ecm 5 days ago. It's junk. I returned it to Zephyrhills first. They wanted to rip me off 70$ for the core. So I came all the way to lakeland to be told I couldn't prove that I bought it there. The manager Steve Fernandez was a real jerk. Was rude, talked about me in Spanish like I couldn't understand. I don't know what they're problem is. I paid for the part and cant use it. Please don't shop at autozone.

Best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store!! Steve & John were great making sure all my needs were met and that my car was working properly before I left the store. Definitely recommend this location!!

Visiting from out of state and went to your AutoZone on George Jenkins. I had a young man help me his name was Marc Anthony and he was amazing! His customer service skills were impeccable and he answered my many questions and helped me find the exact parts that I needed. My car is now running safer because of him and if I have any more needs while I'm here I will definitely visit your store again. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

I was looking for brake pads today and Amanda was on top of it. She took her time to make sure I had everything I needed, and made sure I was getting the best possible deal. I'd definitely recommend stopping in and speaking with Amanda if you have any questions.

Their delivery driver Desiree at George Jenkins location has a excellent customer service, when ever she delivery parts to our Ford deliver ship she always has a smile on her face, she ask us what she can do make the procedure better and etc. Their lucky to her on the team.

Eddie the manager, took wonderful care of me when I was in a jam with my car and Josh did all he could to help me too. I went by to get my battery tested and purchase a new one, but when trying to open the hood, the release was not working, so it wouldn t open. Josh tried really hard to solve the problem, then Eddie came out and was able to open the hood! I was waiting for a tow truck, but Eddie saved me a lot of time and money. He did a great job installing the battery and making sure I would drive away safe. This autozone is great! If you ever need help go see Eddie and Josh! They will take care of you and all of your cars needs.

I needed to test my battery as I was stranded before work today, might I add on a car I purchased last month. We were able to jump start it and brought it to this location. I walked in and was greeted by Pedro, he offered to test my battery just as a soon as he could find coverage at the register. He came outside almost immediately, tested it at 100% and even commented about how clean my engine was. He was nice, efficient, and professional. I appreciate him helping my during a stressful time.

Didn't like having a non-speaking English person hooking up computer on car to get codes, then he turns key grinding the ignition & we had to both scream at him to stop. Why employ someone that doesn't know how a car works!

Horrible store will never go there again. It was suppose to be a quick in and quick out. We had called in advance so there was no problem well of course the manager who was supposed to handle it left without telling anyone about it. It took 5 phone calls and a lot of wasted time. These managers need better training or fire them and get properly trained employees. This store is so bad and management so badly trained. This isn t only problem we have with this store..Everytime we use this store there is a problem with there service

Cheers to Reynaldo and George! Talk about down to earth people! This is how businesses should conduct themselves! Thank you for taking the time to help us and find a solution while we were so distress with our car broken down. We are from Orlando on a Sunday afternoon. These guys were compassionate and did not take advantage of our situation instead looked for ways to help us! Great service guys keep it up!!

Never doing business with autozone again after this horrible experience and horrible customer service I was shown.I have bought two bad alternators from the same autozone store, making me pay twice for labor costs and 4 months after the second one failed again, took it to Firestone paid $1000 for a new alternator and labor AGAIN.They took the one autozone gave me out and confirmed it is faulty I took it back to autozone for my money back and was only offered a replacement alternator. What am I going to do with ANOTHER (probably faulty ) alternator from them.Horrible serviceEmily cox

Horrible they don t know what there doing they give out wrong parts before you leave check your items make sure they aren t used and don t ever use card if you go to this store returns takes months worst auto store in Polk county

Its right down the road from me and its sad to go here and here all the Spanish they speaks and I understand that' hardly no one nows how auto parts are here or there and they expect Americans to talk this way...there cultures couldn't take care of them and they come here for the united states to take care of them and its said that I have a job that I had to understand Spanish cause they don't wanna talk English
