If you are looking for simple genuine help THIS IS NOT YOUR SHOP. They don t care to help you at all. Even if you just need a simple jump!!! I used to work for this company and we didn t ever deny people help. Thanks for nothing.

They could not install a battery with purchase so we opted out and were left to get home without any stops in fear of turning the vehicle off. This is about company policies not the employees because of battery type but that is not specific in the advertising campaign.

I just left there, it was a young man to help me to a Diagnostics on the car and sold me a radiator cap. 15 dollars, wow, but on the good side they were very friendly and helpful I hope he has a wonderful day and y'all too ! That's all folks....

Alex did a great job today with helping to diagnosing my battery issues and replacing it. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I know it was extremely hot outside today and I definitely appreciate the work he did for me. Thanks Alex for all of your help today you were great.

Antoine was very helpful when I came in for a charging test and code scan. Excellent customer service! That type of service is why customers will continue to purchase from. Will be back for a battery after I check on my warranty to see if it s coverd

Huge shoutout to Antoine for outstanding service. I purchased a wiper blade on 1/5/23 and had a challenging experience with a different clerk. The blade was the wrong one so I returned on 1/6/23 at which time the original clerk insisted/argued it was the right blade, Antoine saved the day by getting involved, got the right blade. I believe Samuel needs a refresher course in customer service.

I was very disappointed with the service. I bought a starter on 7/28/2017 and two days ago it stop working. It's still under warranty and the tested it and stated it says it's good. But I wanted another starter regardless. My license mechanic says it's no good and he was with me last night too to let them know. The guy at discount stated he can't exchange it cause it reads on computer it working. I didn't like his attitude and getting loud as well as the older lady had control of her. He didn't let her test it when she said she got it and getting smart with her. I called to speak to the manager they said he is not in. Wow. The manager is a great help and wonderful customer service. Great manager.. the guy was too but I was disappointed with how I couldn't replace my starter for another one under warranty with receipt too. 92 memorial you have my service any day.. I am still under warranty with my starter. No understanding

They didn't have the cover in stock for my rear windshield wiper (hey, it's a 2009 model) but the associate came out to the car and checked the check engine light for me. Whew, just an oxygen sensor so my mileage won't be great. Was so glad it wasn't anything major since I'm getting ready for an 800 mile trip starting this Sunday.

My battery was dead in my GMC and I got my jump start from State Farm to get me here- just for them to say they don t change batteries in the GMC Yukon because it takes too long. Nobody was in the store but me. Just FYI.

Customer service was non existent, I went in to have a simple battery test done at the time the employees outnumbered customers I was told to wait until the employee got done stocking a shelf and apparently the employee got amnesia and I left after waiting almost 10 minutes with me the ONLY customer there.. O'Reilly will get my business from now on.

I went to the Ariana store at 5:50, and doors were locked.. They are missing out on a lot money.There was about 10 people so far at 6:05 wanting service. They also need to change the time on their website. That would be helpful & not piss potential customers. That s all I got...

I came in to the store having issues with my battery , Kaley R. hooked the machine up ( battery was dead ) had us come back to bring the battery to get charged. I came back 3 hours later to the battery being bad and needing a new one. She helped me purchase a new battery and get a warranty on it. She was very sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend going to her for your everyday needs! Her customer service was the one of the best I have received in the Ariana store. Thank you so much Kaley R.

Nathan was amazing. He handle my problem with fast and respectful with I can attitude. He didn t try make me feel as if I was uneducated. He explained to me with great detail on how I can fix my problem in the future. Nathan needs a raise. He deserves to be the highest paid employee in that building

One of the employees had a really bad attitude and poor work ethic, makes for poor customer service... went in earlier today to get a smaller drive belt to bypass my seized up ac compressor. Explained it to the employee and I was told that he isn't going to look through all the stock to find what I needed. The store is well stocked, prices are avg... easily accessible area with plenty of parking space, conveniently located near several popular businesses, like Amscot, Pizza Hut, Harvey's, McDonald's, Family Dollar and others.#1 Priority in business is Customer service.That's why I drove the extra distance, used the extra gas and went to O'Reilly's on E Memorial Blvd.The staff there were decent and helpful.

Consistent as far as Advance Auto Parts go. They're always close by when you need them. Prices are fair. This store is organized and well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff.Access to the store is not great. Not their fault, they just happen to be located in the corner of a poorly maintained parking lot.

I dont unserstand why you cant post on your website that you are closing early, and to the chubby Mexican guy that yelled through the window at me. He yelled "why are you still here, leave!!!!!Thanks ill take my business else where. Ill be returning my parts that I purchased tommorrow around closing time so I can confront him and his Superior you do not talk to customers like that..........

This place is amazing. Friendly staff help you find what you're looking for, and if they don't have it they tell you were you can get it. That is what a great company who care for the customer should do. I highly recommend this place for any of you car parts need.

Was in there with a friend. He was buying a spark plug so i was jut loking around. The staff kept following me around as if i was some kind of theif. I was looking for something to clean the inside of my truck with. They made me feel very uncomfortable

Was in a pinch for an oil pan gasket. It wasn't in stock at the store is my go to. So, I did a 'will call'. I ended up driving to South Combee and Bartow Hey in Lakeland. The manager there refused to give it to me. Instructed me to go back to the Arianna store, return it, and bring her the money and I can buy hers.My customer was with me and was almost floored by the comment. She was frustrated beyond belief. I agreed, to return it and promptly take MY money straight to O' Reilly's. She told me and the person who was actually paying for the part happy holidays, have a nice day in about the rudest most m condescending tone especially when they were at fault in so many ways.I'm calling corporate a filig a report.

Very knowledgeable staff. Hint purchase online then pick up in store. Every month they give $30 off $100 then use speedperks, then use a rebate. Bonus use a rewards credit card for cash back. Or if you have PayPal credit get 6 months of free financing if purchase is over $99.

Today they lost a loyal customer...battery less than 2 years old and Manager refused to exchange or discount new one because husband could not remember phone# used at purchase (our phone #s changed about 19 months ago)... employee was WONDERFUL and is the only reason for the 2 stars....
