Every time I go here so helpful. I am sorry I forgot the girl's name (I want to say Kira or Cara but I could be way off)who helped us yesterday but my daughters battery crapped out and we charged it enough to get there. I know they change batteries out but we have a Grand Cherokee with a battery under the passenger seat which is a giant PITA. She installed it for us in no time flat and the aux batter. She was super helpful. You have a great employee!

I stopped in because my battery needed to be replaced. They were quick, efficient and worked hard to be extremely helpful. I will definitely go back in the future!

These guys are our local Advance Auto. I have always gone to this location since we moved from New Port Richey. Always knowledgeable, always helpful and honest. They make great recommendations as well as very personable.

Michael Trapp went above and beyond to help !!! I took a co Worker up there after work at 8:30 pm her car would not start the battery in her key fob was dead they were closed due to technical difficulties .Michael called his supervisor to ask if he could help us he ... got the battery that we needed , he saved the day!!!Best customer service experience I have ever had at a Advanced auto before !!!

I thought I needed bungee cords to secure the table in my truck bed, but thanks to Michael Trapp, I didn't lose anything on I-4. He went above and beyond to guide me toward ratchet straps instead and then securing the table for me!! Amazing service - so thankful for your help!

Awesome! Victor and Frankie were excellent. Both went out of their way to help me out. Victor installed my battery for me and everything when he didnt have to. These guys were great. I'll be doing my business here from now on.

Amazing customer service! I usually deal with Paula and Burt, they are both always pleasant and ready to help. I just let them know what I need and they always know exactly where it is and how to save me the most money. I don t know what I would do without them! The store is always clean and easy to maneuver. Just awesome overall !!

Ian was an absolute delight, having car problems is stressful and he was professional and personable and quickly diagnosed the problem and changed out the battery for me even in the awful heat. Genuinely his service made my day better.

Went in for tire valve stem covers and windshield wiper blades. Associate was helpful in finding correct size and even volunteered to install wiper blades on my car! Paula K? (name on receipt) was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!Store was clean, organized, and parking was plentiful. Easy access on and off 98S & Clubhouse rd.

Bill was incredibly helpful and compassionate to my wife who arrived before the store opened, he tested the battery and ran a few other diagnostics and installed a new car battery without making her wait with the kids until opening. Great service and will definitely use this store again and recommend to others.

Good service and good prices when you shop online and pickup in store using easily found coupon codes. I've been using them for years for many of the typical parts that may need replacement periodically. Many parts carry a lifetime warranty and buying online allows you to easily keep track of the items now for future reference. My wife has had a few encounters with them on her own and she's always left there happy with the service and never felt cheated, or talked down to since she knows very little about automobiles. My local stores have always had pretty good service and I've never had a problem with any of them

I have to say that I am also in the service industry. I think I have met my match at this advanced auto parts store on clubhouse road. I was on my way to a car show and broke down at this store. Lissa was friendly and lot of help. While I waited on a tow truck to pick up my classic car. I would recommend this store anytime. Thanks Lissa

Had a great experience! Lissa helped test and then change my battery, came with a 3 year warranty! Was in and out in 10 minutes, who needs a dealership when you have Advanced Auto Parts!

The employees have terrible people skills ,not friendly at all ,not willing to help customers I even witnessed an employee getting into a verbal confrontation with a customer over items that were not priced correctly and advertised at a different price. Employess mistake not the customers .The manager one night was fixing to lock up and I locked my keys in my car at an adjacent business he was so rude. He wouldn't even think of helping a older lady in distress out at night time who ran there to see if he could give me a cloths hanger or ANYTHING to help me out so I was not left in a vacant parking lot at night alone oh and it was raining .I will NEVER shop AA parts again .
