Jesus was awesome and got my car in immediately. Amazing service and honest pricing- as a young woman I dislike getting my car worked on because I know I'm likely to get taken advantage of (Christian Brothers charged me over $500 last time I went for an oil change!), but as soon as I talked to Jesus a little bit I knew I found my go-to spot. Friendly, honest, hard working people are hard to come by these days, Jesus is one of the few around. Highly reccomend!

The mechanic is honest about what work needs to be done, and it's very reasonably priced. Firestone told me my van was leaking at the rear main seal; and after his diagnostic he determined that wasn't the case and fixed what actually needed to be worked on which I am so grateful for. I will bring going to 1 stop auto for all of my vehicle repairs from now on.

I can not tell you how satisfied I am with their work, the process and the effort it takes them to fix my van was amazing. My transmission blew out on I4 when calling the shop Brittany was fast with calling the tow truck driver and with less worries made our day a little easier. Joshua was amazing with the help and concerns on the conditions of my car and making sure the work was done in a timely matter so i can have less worries about being out of work and Jesus was quick with the work. I was back to work in 4 days. I will continue to my service there. The fast work is amazing! Thank you for making my worries less concerning! I need brakes and my motor mounts replaced so I know they work effortlessly to getting the job done! Thank you so much for the work you have done. Many blessings to you both.

%100 RELIABLE AND HONEST!!! The best customer service and diagnostics PROOF come with proof of issues found with my vehicle. Pricing was more than fair. Quick and prompt service. I will NEVER take my vehicle elsewhere. Even if it s an oil change and tires. I was referred here by a friend after a horrible experience at PepBoys in North Lakeland. PepBoys quoted me $1800 telling me my radiator was busted and a couple other parts needed to be changed. I took my vehicle to 1 STOP for a second opinion to find out I just needed an radiator cap replaced and lost fluids. I also had my brakes done for an additional charge. My bill was 1/5 what PepBoys quoted and actually fixed the issue, not ripping me off for parts that I never actually needed. Same day repair and return of vehicle. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

Brought my vehicle into this shop because it was using way more gas than usual. So, I asked for spark plug replacement (possible tune-up), oil change, and rear brake pad replacement. I was advised by them that the vehicle was leaking oil from the valve cover gasket, that the coil boots needed to be replaced and that the air filter also needed replacement. So, those were added to the repair job.The next day they called stating that I did not tell them the vehicle had transmission problems (I was not aware of any transmission issues; I drove the vehicle there without problem) and that the vehicle repair was complete. But, that the vehicle had no power to accelerate normally becaue of this transmission issue. When I picked up the vehicle the first thing I noticed was the fact that the check engine light was on and it was not on when I dropped the vehicle off to them. However, since they insisted this was a transmission issue and I'm not a mechanic I did not argue with them.The following week I took the vehicle to the manufacturer's dealership service shop for evaluation. The service tech there contacted me advising that I should demand a refund from 1 Stop Auto because even though my vehicle will eventually need a transmission because the transmission is slipping, that's not what's causing the acceleration issues. Conversely, the dealership service tech advised he found the main diagnostic code to be P0300 indicating multiple cylinder misfire and upon checking the spark plugs he states three of six spark plugs installed by 1 Stop Auto were broken. Furthermore, he states the vehicle needs a tune-up. Lastly, he advised the valve cover shows no signs of having been removed from the engine seemingly indicating that the valve cover gasket was not replaced like they charged me for doing. Needless to say the $1145 this business got from me will be the last penny they will ever see from me and anyone who ever talks to me.Services: Auto engine tuning, Brakes

I went to go see about my wheel bearing and it wasn t so he told the truth and told me it s my tires. These guys are awesome! I used Brian Hayes for many years and was so sorry to hear of his passing. But knowing how Brian was very particular about who did work under his name, I decided to give 1 Stop a chance. They did not disappoint! My engine light has been on almost 2 years. We could not figure out why. I replaced a lot of parts based on getting the code read at a parts store and it didn t take care of the problem. 1 Stop had the problem diagnosed and fixed and at a very reasonable price. My car now runs better than when I bought it new. Today, my front bumper was half ripped off when it snagged on a parking space bumper. I limped my car the 2 miles to 1 Stop. Even though body work isn t necessarily their thing and my bumper needs to be replaced, they were able to straighten it and bolt it back up so I can drive my car safely until I can replace it. I can t say enough positive things about 1 Stop. I would and will recommend them to anybody and they will be the only ones I take my car to from now on. I was very impressed with the quick service for my brakes. I know Nissan would have charged me a fortune for the work they did here. The parts were ordered right then and installed. They prefer check or cash payment. Brittany is a Sweetheart explaining upfront total cost. I was out of there in less than 1 1/2 hrs. Smooth Ride ahead!! Thank you.Service: Brakes

I don't usually leave reviews, however this shop really deserves it. I took my truck in with a electrical problem that was hard to detect. I had taken it to several other reputable repair shops, they couldn't find the problem. I stopped in at 1Stop Auto because it was close to work. So glad I did! They didn't give up. They were bound and determined to find the issue, and they did!! I appreciate the time they took, the hard work and effort , and the great customer service from the time I walked in. You just can't get this kind of service any more. Special note, the owners are very hands on and involved in the daily operation of this business. I can't say enough except for I highly recommend.Service: Electrical repair

I have been without a regular mechanic for a couple of years. I had been with that mechanic for 17 years. He was honest. He was fair. If he recommended a particular service, its because it was needed not just to pad his wallet. When my front end started making noises I asked if anyone knew a good mechanic. A coworker recommended 1 Stop. I called Mon 06/19 and spoke with Josh. Right away I felt a connection. Josh was friendly and approachable. From the questions he was asking, I knew he was knowledgeable. I took my car in for a consult today. Turns out the CV boots are pretty bad. Scheduled a repair for Friday. Side note, Brittney said that while there was no same day delivery service she may be able to pick up the parts today and service may be done Thursday. Shortly after leaving Brittney called and suggested that rather than just replacing the boots, do a complete replacement that would include the boots. These people could have let me replace only the boots knowing that sooner rather than later I would be back needing to replace the CV Axel area. However, they considered me rather than their wallets. I guarantee that wouldn't happen at a dealership. That right there goes above and beyond customer service! For me personally, this takes such a load off my mind, knowing if I need auto repair, I've got a decent, honest trust worthy team looking out for me. If you need auto repair, call them.

I own a Mini Countryman sad needed a new brake sensor. I thought it was gonna cost me an arm and 2 feet but the guys at 1 stop auto. Bought genuine BMW parts and for the part and install I only paid $120 bucks. These guys are great! The prices are great ! I have found my new garage for all my mini needs. Thank You 1Stop Auto

I've been dealing with no A/C in my car for MONTHS with a couple different attempts to have it fixed with no success, I brought my car in a couple days ago and was able to drive off today with my A/C working perfectly!! And didn't spend anywhere near as much as I expected and felt the work explained to me by the staff was genuine and trustworthy. I'm sooo happy with my experience at this shop!!

I highly recommend 1 Stop Auto. I have been going here since before the current ownership and the services is just as good if not better. I have my "problem Child" jeep that I take there regularly. It always has a problem, so they will alway have a customer. I want to start off with this the owner Josh is a great friend and person and knows his ish when it comes to cars. Growing up I ve seen him personally take apart first a go kart and put it back together supped up and this was early years than seen him work on his Geo car and Truck in high school and made them fast! Flash forward to years later on a BMW, supped that up to where he has the fire to shot out and ish hella dope I might add. I already knew once I had a car and I have any issues I take it to him and his dad Mr. De Jesus who is also a mastermind to these cars. Every time I need works done I go to them without no hesitation. Never had an issue with my car after services. GREAT PRICES!!!!!!! That you can t pass up.
