Just picked up my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee and it looks like new again. They were great at communicating on any unforeseen problems and the price was very competitive. Very professional, friendly and the bodywork was excellent! Thanks for the great job you did.

Washington is the absolute best! He patiently muddled through the ups and downs with the insurance company, bank and dealership. At one point I wanted to throw the whole car away but he assured me that he would continue to put forth whatever effort was needed to get my vehicle back in shape. Terrible. I called asking for an estimate. He kept asking me to wait another hour. I finally call back and agree to meet at a certain time. He kept telling me that he needed to go to the store and then he needed to stop for lunch. We then agree that i can bring my car at 4. I get there at 3:55. I go to knock on the door and it is locked. I then call and get no answer. I ended up going to another much better mechanic further away from my house.

I had a problem with my truck door that I couldn't fix for months because everyone was overcharging me. This company gave me a good price and I was able to fix it. Now it closes perfectly. Recommended 100%

I had never had to go to any auto shop but I lent my car to my girlfriend and they hit her on the side causing the left fender to sag. My car is a GTR 35 so you can imagine how expensive it is to fix a car like this. Thanks to the guys at Washington's Auto Repair, the car looks like it never happened.
