This place is the most unprofessional shop I have ever dealt with. So this started when I brought my zx6r in for a weld job on the exhaust, I asked MULTIPLE TIMES to speak to the mechanic due to the fact the exhaust header was angled down and the bike would need to lowerd when completed. They did not inform me on any movements or details they had taken to complete job they just did it. The result was a poorly welded U pipe hanging from under my bike that scrapped the ground anytime the bike bounced. I called them told them what was going on and they said that they would have to do the job completely over and use the original header. Seeing how the issue started with the work they had done I figured they would resolve the issue with a minor charge which I was willing to pay. They charged me double of what I had paid the first time and also took 2 weeks to complete it. I went back and forth we them about the price stating that none of this is my doing but only the result of poor communication and customer service. When I did pick up my I was cursed at and told I was the most difficult customer ever for asking to see the work before I paid. Only to start my bike and instantly hear major exhaust leaks coming from the front of my bike. The Angry gentleman heard it as well and told me to just take it without paying !! I refused and paid them what they asked anyway just so the air was clear. When I got the bike home I discovered that only half of the exhaust header bolts had been tighten and there were no exhaust gaskets used either. Also my bike has a satin vinyl wrap and it was covered in WHITE OVER SPARY from something they had painted. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BIKE. IT WON'T END WELL

I'll always trust them with repairs. They are very professional, and even more kind, but you may need to have patience because some services can take up to a week or slightly more. I've went to different shops and gotten similar things done quicker. it just seems that they usually have other projects going on. It'd be nice to know if there's ANY kind of wait upfront, even if there's no estimated date of completion.

Change 2 Spark plugs $134 install intake manifold seals $360 install new battery $120 remove old battery $120 clean driving light relay $120 is really not acceptable. I do not recommend anyone bring your bike in for service. Rip off! I fixed the problem with the intake seals. If a bike problem like intake manifold seals isn t resolved it should never leave the shop. By the way does your mechanic test a brand new battery put in a bike to see if the system is getting a charge?

Highly recommended motorcycle garage. John is very professional. He does a great job and knows how to make a customer happy for a reasonable price. Thanks John for taking care of my red Victory so nicely. This is the place to go.

Spoke with someone on the phone today and for the first time ever in The history of me calling shops for something have I recieved the kindness I did from this gentleman A+ on kindness and when I upgrade from my scooter to something Bigger I know exactly where to go kindness goes a loooong way in this world

I enjoy taking my bike to John for service. I know whatever needs to be done will be done right and at a fair price. Can thoroughly relate to the other review that compares it to dropping a child off at daycare without any worries. Thanks for being a trusted mechanic, John!

Definitely would not recommend doing business with this guy. Very unprofessional. The owner is a whiner. He s defrauding my company out of thousands. Thank goodness for a stern paper trail. They probably won t be open much longer.
