I have had a few good mechanics in my driving career and Hector does a superb job. He is flexible, professional, reasonable, and really knowledgeable.I was referred to him by good friends and have referred others to him because he s simply that good! I wouldn t go to another mechanic because I am one VERY SATISFIED customer!Thanks Hector! God bless you and your business!

My family came to Palm Beach County in 1924. Being raised here, I have had many mechanics over the past 60 years of driving. Finding an honest and great mechanic was always a problem, whether I went to a dealership or private mechanic. Seventeen years ago, my friends, Bonnie and Paul Bennett, referred me to Hector, at Cross Complete Auto. No other mechanic has touched either of my vehicles since then. One vehicle, a 1992 Dakota, has 445,000 miles on it and still runs like the day I purchased it new. I refer many, many of my friends and acquaintances to Hector. Once they have used him as their mechanic, they stay. Two of my friends took their car to Pep Boys, and were told the repair would be in excess of $1200.00. I asked them to please take the vehicle to Hector before they went back to Pep Boys. They did, and it cost them $230.00. I have never met a more honestly nice person in my life. I know for a fact, that if I ever had a question or problem with any of his work, he would definitely make it right, at no additional charge to me. I cannot recommend Cross Complete Auto highly enough. And, yes, he does work on all manufacturers and models, both domestic and foreign. I value this man's friendship highly.

When you find an honest mechanic- you hold on to it! I diagnosed my check engine light and got it quoted else where before bringing it to Hector. His priceys were more more reasonable and his work was solid. Thank you Hector- I will be sending any of my friends and family your way for their car needs.

As a long-time customer, I have known Mr. Cross for more than a decade. I trust him to diagnose, repair and bill for his services more than I trust ANY major dealership. His knowledge of cars is superior to anyone else. He is the best! Highly recommended.
