The prices are great but don t expect to go anywhere after you bring your car there. I needed 2 tires and took 2.5 hrs to do the job. The mechanics are walking around like snails and like they don t know what they are doing.

On Monday our truck wouldn't start. We jumped it off and went to Walmart. So while I was shopping Walmart sent me a text that they had begun on my truck, installed a new battery, then sent me a text when the truck was ready.

I came in for a tire to just be patched. I would give zero stars if it would let me. NEVER again will I use Walmart Auto services. The staff here is uncaring. I arrived at 9:20 AM it is now a couple minutes to noon. Still waiting!

Took my SUV back today to have them look at one of the tires that I bought at this store not even 4 weeks ago. 2HOURS+ later I got it back. was there at 7:35 AM did not get out until after 9:45. They worked on 3 other cars AFTER mine was there. all were drive ups. 1 lady works at that store and told them to keep her car until after here shift. Her new battery was put in and my SUV still sat!! Sold another guy a new set of tires and pulled his car into another bay. My SUV still sat! I do not think they actually took the tire off my car to look at it. Had to put 20 PSI in it just to drive it to them. Sad sad service from uncaring staff!!

Wouldn t take my car today. They say that my tire couldn t be patched. There s a standard 16g nail dead center of my tire(the only place a patch will work) the girl try s to say my tires are bad anyways which is not true there s plenty of tread left (at least 10k miles). Then she has a guy come look at it and he never said a word he just shook his head.0 Problem solving skills. They are just looking for a way to not have to do the work. I will do it myself and it will be just fine. I was willing to pay someone but you know the old saying. If you want something done right or at all in this situation you have to do it yourself.

8 bays, 2 technicians. How are you making money when customers drive away? Not fair for the 2 employees. Lousy for customer "service".

This is one of the most organized Walmart auto care locations. They greet you when you pull up and advertise the wait time or amount of cars ahead of you right away. My oil change was done fairly quickly, and it was one of the few locations that carried the oil needed for the change.

I had fantastic service at the Walmart auto care center. I called first and the associate was super knowledgeable about tires, and helped me order the tires for my RV all the employees were cheerful and helpful the price was much cheaper than I expected. I was thankful cuz I was far away from home with a badly damaged tire. Instead of spending the time stressed out Walmart employees invited me to stay overnight I felt safe and was able to even knock out a couple projects. I spent plenty thoroughly enjoying their great selection for my RV and outdoors that kept me occupied for hours, I had a great experience at this Walmart keep up the good work you guys the store looked fantastic!

The guy told me there was a long wait and that they weren't supposed to take any more cars but he would. Great! But after waiting HOURS like he said at closing they called and told me that they couldn't change my oil because my dipstick was broken at the handle...A dipstick is not needed to change the oil and you can take it out with pliers. They refused so now I am at Tire kingdom getting my oil done for just $20 more after a coupon they gave me for my troubles. I'm also getting other free services with it.

The wait was two hours. They served a truck that came in after me before they served me. I hate to say such a thing but there was a language barrier between me and one of the employees. He didn't understand what I was saying and he wasn't able to communicate what he wanted to tell me. On top of that, he selected a bunch of warranties and such THEN asked if I wanted them. I feel like I should have been asked if I want the warranties before he added them to my total bill. He was kind otherwise.The young woman working inside though was AMAZING. My sister said that her name was Felsha but it might have been Felisha. My sister is only 11 so she may not have taken down the name well. Anyways, the young woman that helped us was incredibly kind and was able to accurately guess our ages. It felt like a very personal and positive transaction. She deserves a raise for sure.

So I went to Walmart to get an oil change. I waited probably 15 minutes to get the oil change in line. No one came to my vehicle. I went inside and asked the counter associate if I could get an oil change. She sent me back outside. I waited another 5 minutes and even asked to get a work order wrote up. Take in mind 3 techs are in the shopthat I asked. It didn't happen. I then left. If you go there you will be wasting your time. I will never go to this store again for anything.

Bought four tires for my SUV and they talked me into the road hazard warranty. 2 years later I come back with a damaged tire and they charge me as much for the tire as when it was new saying that's all they could do for the bogus pro-rated warranty. On top of that I was there for a couple hours to get one tire changed and no they weren't swamped.

They were slow as anything and then tried to overcharge me for service and parts not preformed or used. It was simple valve stem replacement. They only had one tire to do that on. And they tried charging 72. And change for that.

Was here from 7:15 for an oil change it is now 8:05 i was the first car and only car they are still not done. Last time i got here at 11 was the second car left at 2. Prepare for a wait other than that the oil change is fine.

This auto center is a JOKE. 2 times now in the past couple weeks I have brought TWO DIFFERENT vehicles in to have the oil changed and both times ONLY AFTER waiting for 40 plus minutes do they decide to tell me that they do not carry the filters needed for each of these vehicles.This should be checked as soon as you pull up to be serviced. Lazy and unprofessional is the vibe I get from employees working in this department. I'll be sure to share this with other's living in the Lake Wales area. Word of mouth goes a long way.

Terrible service, specifically told the so called mechanics that I needed 1 tire they talked me into 2. I also told them 1 new tire was to replace the flat one.They replaced two tires in the back and kept the flat one one the car. WHAT?that is not what I said to do terrible not happy

Paid for oil change, lights, fluids, and breaks to be checked. I know that I had a rear light out and was expecting to have them change it. They gave us back our car and said it was all good and that none of the lights were out, jokes on them I knew we had one light out. Poor service as well!

Excellent experience with the young lady who works at the counter. Super sweet and accommodating. Everyone there was very friendly and that goes a long way these days! Would definitely recommend. They have great hours too!

The staff take all over the car It's a good place to go for tires and oil change. Saturdays are busy go early to do the line for service

I bought a tire from there did not have it put on it their shop bought it and took it home and put it on the vehicle the tire was no good took it back they could not find a record of it the lady said the tire was just laying there and she doesn't know why it was sold so I said why can't you give me my money back she says well unfortunately it doesn't show where you bought it because your number is not in there or whatever whatever but you just told me a different story okay they do not like to refund your money they do not like to help you that I like it comes out of their paycheck and that's wrong we spend our money why can't we get our money back if something's wrong with their merchandise their batteries are no good they're tires are no good

Poor service last 3 times been bad I own my own business I purchase tires for all 4 trucks every 2 years so I do spend a few dollars but when you pull up someone should stop and see what you need especially when you been there waiting 10 minutes poor service

Ultra ultra slow, Plan 3 hours minimum but probably closer to 4.

Was just at garage.stood outside my car, 2 employees were standing in front of me. Didnt ask if I needed help or say they would be right with me. One looked at me and walked away. Very rude, must not need any sales today.
