Awesome location, amazing people. Brian in the pit was helpful, educational and patient with my questions. I never felt they pushed or tried to upsell my products or services. I told them what I felt I needed and wanted and they were professional every step of the way. Definitely recommend them for any tire issues you may unfortunately come across.

Fast reliable service when I brought in a tire that needed repair. Friendly and very courteous! I d recommend this establishment to everyone. I bought a new 4 set of tires for my Ford F150 and same friendly service. Go check them out! Tire Kingdom on hwy 27 in Lake Wales. Great folks!!!

I picked up a huge staple in my tire on the way home from work. Fortunately, Tire Kingdom came to the rescue. Austin was beyond incredible. He s the absolute best! Even though it was late, he got my tire fixed. I ve been going to Tire Kingdom a long time. Austin made this time the best experience ever!

I stopped in to Lake Whales location to get my alignment rechecked. Emory was working and was very accommodating. Even though I didn't have scheduled appointment he took care of me. He explained everything to me and what I needed to repair. I will definitely be going back.

Got a tire change at a tire kingdom in Tampa. I believe my rear back shock was over tightened at that location.Brought my car to the trie kingdom in lake wales near home and their team quickly worked to fix the issue and worked hard to get with the people needed to get me back on the road today. Great customer service and the Store Manager did a stellar job keeping me informed of how this issue was progressing. 5/5!

Under new management now and the new staff and the manager were very welcoming and helpful, Zach was knowledgeable, amazing and helpful. This experience was extremely better than my previous tire purchase here and experience about 3 years ago. They explained everything and helped me get the best service that I needed. Service was quick and a great experience.

I have used this store in the past.I walked in the other day with no appointment and was greeted by Zach.I asked him how long it would be to wait for an oil change and tire rotation.He told an hour. They had me in and out of there in 40 minutes. Great fast service. Austin checked me out at the end. Both Zach and Austin were friendly and helpful. Kudos!! I will use tire kingdom again. LEECONTI

Do not go here. brought my car in paid 170$ and the issue still persisted took it back to diagnose and figure it out and was in there for 2 hours and when i went to look at my car it sat lifted untouched for 30 minutes while the guy assigned to it was eating. this place is a joke, learn how to work on your own car please.

I needed a tire for my vehicle and I called tire kingdom. Zachary and Emery took care of me really fast. They found the tire that I need, hassle free installation. They schedule installation that was convenient for me!!! And the price was affordable. They explained their warranties, answered all my questions and now that s customer service!!! definitely will be back. recommend, especially for women.

Thank you to Zach and the new guy ( I can't remember his name). I got a flat about a mile down the road at 430 on a sat. I was able to make it here, where Zach and the other guy stayed an hour pass close to attempt to help fix the flat (by patching it). These 2 went above and beyond to help us. I had my 7 yr old son with him and truly happy he got to see good men helping others out of the kindness in their heart.We weren't able to patch the tire. So I left my rental overnight to have a new tire put on. They opened at 9 on Sundays and called me by 945 that it was done.Thank you, guys, for making my son's quick weekend away a little better.

Emory was a great help. I had a front tire problem at 7pm. I just move to this area a month ago. He got me right in they put a new tire on my Jeep so I could drive home. Keep him around I will now only go to you guys because of how he helped me.

Wow!!!theres no price gauging here! They were the best price out of every place i called , Austin was very friendly and the manager was super nice too! They fixed my front brakes and rotors and also found something the dealer has never discovered that i asked about!they also did not suggest that i needed more repairs than i actually needed, i will be using the lake wales tire kingdom for anything that my car needs that they do!!! So happy i found them

LGBT friendly place...there's a new Manager and other staff and they care A LOT about customer service. I'm a transgender female and I was treated with respect here.Good place...the people and management tried hard to please.I highly recommend this establishment!

Extremely helpful staff, fast service and great customer service! They are genuine and honest and at no point did I feel they were upselling anything or providing services I didn't need. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in the area with tire trouble!

Emory did a great job resolving issues with the change over of warranty policies, due to Mavis buying Tire Kingdom and implementing new policies. He honored (grandfathered) my warranty under Tire Kingdom and professionally explained what the new warranty covers, moving forward.

Had an oil change done at another provider who indicated my front tire had a nail and the sidewall was separating. Came to Tire Kingdom to get the tire replaced as it was possibly under warranty. Discovered it was not under warranty, but Zac gave me a good price for a replacement. Once they got it up on the rack, they found no separation, and the small piece of metal had not even punctured thru the tire tread. Zac and his crew took care of a quick rotation and made us feel comfortable and confident in their work.

Recently acquired a used truck with custom rims and didn't think to look at the lug nuts. Emory was extremely helpful in taking what under normal circumstances would have been a few hour 4wheel tire change with an alignment and ended up being a multiple day headache WITHOUT gouging me on price and man-hours. Thank you!

There's been a recent change in management, and that can be felt in such a positive way at this Tire Kingdom! Very attentive employees (particularly want to call out Zachary for his follow-through and professionalism) and service was quick and met all that was requested and then some. Nice job, team!

The new manager, Emory, is so knowledgable and helpful. He is so much better than the previous manager. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again, and I intend to go to this location for all of my tire needs.

All 3 of the customer service reps are real nice. Last week, I came in 2 days. First day, I brought a tire in Henry took it and replaced it quick and fast. Henry got me a good deal. Second day, it was a little busier but Stephanie was able to get me a deal on a tire as well. Stephanie and Henry are amazing.Today I had Easton. He is awesome and super sweet. He will make sure you get everything right.
