Great place for your automotive needs. Juan and his crew genuinely care for their customers and their needs. I had to have extensive work done and living an hour away I waited in the waiting room and was able to experience the care and compassion they treat all their customers with first hand. Will definitely go back again.

The best place to go for tire issues. I was stranded at my family's house and had to get home, and they worked me in, had a great attitude and did not try to upsell! I recommend them to anyone that lives in the Lake Wales area, try them first!

Took car to have starter replaced. Nothing else wrong no dash lights or anything. Picked the car up and the check engine light and traction light on. Took it back to the place and explained the situation (check engine light and traction light on and wasn t before I brought it) waited an hour and was told that it was fixed. Turn on the car and nope both lights are still on. Again went back inside and was basically told nothing. The guy standing there is just looking at me while I asked why are the lights still on? No answer given. So to keep calm I just left because nothing was being done and with the look on is face nothing would be done. I spent too much money to be looked at with no solution

I use to like this place and the staff. I do not know what happened to the old staff but this new staff ain t cutting it! I came in here to make an appointment a few weeks ago, in the middle of talking to me the guy answers the phone and totally ignores me and I left. I waited and waited and finally came back to get my service and tire repaired. I have been here since noon , I finally ask when is my car going to get worked on. I was told the guy who needs to work on my vehicle will be going to lunch for an hour and then start working on it. When my vehicle finally got pulled around I walked outside to make sure they were looking at my tire. The same guy from inside was the one rotating my tires and patching the one with the hole! So he made me wait for no reason at all, he s the one working on my vehicle. In the middle of working on my vehicle he is running the front desk and making me wait even longer. I have also mentioned to this guy I am pressed for time , got to get my kids. It s almost 3pm now. When I finally got my car the only tire aired up was the one they plugged. They never checked my other 3 tires, they just rotated them.Unsure if I will ever do business here again.Positive feedback:I asked him to add windshield wiper fluid and he told me he did.

This tire store is awesome! I have taken 2 cars there w nails in the tire! They fixed my problems fast! Explained Everything!

Excellent customer service. Juan got my car in and my tire patch so I could get to work on time. The young man he had do the work showed me the tire pressure. And explain to me that my sensor will eventually reset itself. Which it did. Thank you.

Just waited over 2 hours on the rack for an oil change. I told the manager make sure you have the filter because it s a different motor. After an hour I asked what was going on and they had to get the filter from winter haven. No communication. No respect for the customer.

I understand being busy but don't let people same day appointments online if you can't honor them. Happened twice the first time I was told they were closing early and only after the second did they feel the need to tell me they can't honor same day appointments

Staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend tire choice for tired and mechanic work. They helped with Pricingand it was very fair.

Stopped in today to put 2 tires on a rim was told there tire machine is old and takes about a hour a tire to do I was just there 3 months ago and had it done took the guy 15 minutes so for me I ve had 3 bad services from this store so I will change tire shops

I went for the first time, and I was Impressed by Mike's Excellent Service, His Assistant Manager Forouk and the other Mechanic's, everything you need for your car, Here they do it for you and with Quality, I recommend making an appointment, I will not hesitate to return, Thanks

Staff was amazing! I didn t even get to pay them for their service because my trucks front end was so messed up. Extremely honest people. Alignments are an art form and people take that for granted. They showed me the issues first hand and gave me a quote to fix it in no time. 10/10 best shop ive been to in Polk County

I have a 2022 Outlander that does not come equipped with a spare tire. This past Saturday I had a blow out & an extra tire but it was just before Tire Choice closed at 6pm. I called & spoke to Mike who agreed to stay late & get the extra tire mounted for me so I could enjoy my weekend. Some of the friendliest service I've ever had. I would definitely recommend them!

I took my car to them because I have an issue with my breaks. The amazing manager Michael was accommodating and knowledgeable. They check your vehicle for free and then you decide if you will fix it. I recommend this place.

Proceed with caution - had tires ordered for front, too large and rubbing inside suspension. installer acted like he didn't hear it when backing out of the lift area then told me to hit the suspension lift button every time i drive the vehicle (ha), had to push them to realize the error and order different tires. they tried to rotate the tires to the back, even after explaining it wasn't possible given the rears are larger and it wouldn't work. one year later a 400 dollar tire separates and of course they go to road hazard declined (which road hazard is arguably a joke) and send me to the manufacturer. Small town Lk wales has fewer options than most areas, but there are options, and i would suggest considering those options first.

Great service but bad work had my truck alignment done here and it s the exact same as it was then I bought brand new tires thinking It was wear and made sure all tires had same air pressure and then took front break pads off just to see if sticky breaks and Same issue then made sure the hub was fine and bearing were good they were perfect!! I believe they didn t do anything but look at it and collect my money

I definitely would recommend this place I had the best experience very friendly staff made me feel very welcome and did such an amazing job on my car definitely going back there if you need a oil change or any other services done that s the place to go

I most of the time I work on my own cars but I just moved and don t have all me tools yet. Mike was great got me in and out without any problems. Very great service. This will be where I bring my car for any maintenance until I get all my tools here.

I have been taking my vehicles to this location for over 5 years, including our new ones. They have always been extremely efficient, very courteous, helpful, honest, and especially accommodating. We also had family visiting and had their vehicle serviced there when a problem came up. They don't just change the oil, they rotate the tires and check out other items on your vehicle, however unlike the dealer, they don't recommend items you don't need. Love taking my vehicles there and will always spread the good word on them.

Would not recommend whatsoever. Husband dropped off my car for an oil change while he was at work. Easy right? Oil change seems pretty standard. Upon trying to pick the car up after work, he drove off and noticed all the oil leaked out. He was luckily close and drove back only to he told the oil filter cap was cracked. It took 2.5 hours for them to locate another cap, pick it up and get my car situated so he could leave. This is the 2nd cars of ours we have brought here and they will never be touching our vehicles again.

Can't praise the staff at Tire Choice in Lake Wales enough for their friendly, prompt, and instructive service. We will definitely recommend them to all. Big shout out to Farouk for his patience, kindness, and resourcefulness. Many thanks to all the staff who helped me with my tire today: a brand new Michelin that took a big nail in the outer tread.

I can t say enough great things about this business. Their customer service goes above and beyond each time I come in and they are so friendly and personable. They pay careful attention to what my car needs, they are honest, and their prices are reasonable. I always feel taken care of and safe in my vehicle after taking it here. Highly recommend!

Four new tires and an alignment. They were quick, efficient and didn't push me to do additional work. Mike, the service manager, explained all of my options and gave me the space to make the choice that worked for my budget.
