The service was precise and quick. I will return there. I would be at the car dealership for 2 hours after waiting for another hour. Same oil. Staying in your car works for me. This is my 3rd visit at a 5 . I m a local business owner and this is convenient for me. The quick lane is Not that at all. Putting your car on a lift is old school.

All I can say is that I m very very happy with the service provided. Went for oil change and they were very professional and explained everything in detail. I was greeted professionally and also with a nice, cold bottle of water! I was offered to have the air in my tires checked and my windshield was cleaned. From start to finish these guys were great!

Take 5 Lake Wales, is much much much better than Haines City. We actually have gone to Haines City 3 times for service, the first was mediocre service, 2nd, I had to get out and show the tech how to open the hood, and then he kept saying my dip stick was the trans fluid .so he had to be retrained heavily on the spot by another tech, they spilled oil on my engine components etc..and the 3rd we pulled in and a tech didn t even greet us, she waived us off saying they were busy.Lake Wales was amazing, no wait and Gage,the tech was fast, courteous, professional, and walked us through every step of the process. I will be taking all of our vehicles there from now on. It s worth the extra drive time. Haines City should take a lesson!! Stay away from Haines City, nothing but lazy bums there.

I just had my oil changed today and they were speedy and friendly. I appreciated that as each check was done they called it out to the manager who also double checked that everything was tightened back up properly. Beware that the location on map as of today is incorrect. Correct location is next to Aldi.

EXCELLENT Customer Service! After my oil change, my Armada wouldn't start and they worked on it to get it going. Very nice people and I'll definitely be back.

Terrible experience. We were thereabout 45 minutes because only 2 people were working and we were number 3. The sign out front says 25% discount, but it is only for military personnel. Then, after all this, they didn't have the right tool to remove our old oil filter. What a joke
