Thank you for excellent service. I had them come out and install a store front (windows & doorway)in an old mechanic shop. They came out and gave me a free estimate with a cheaper quote than most of the companies I called. They installed it perfectly and in a timely manner. Even needed them to come out and make an adjustment for me so I could use my security gates. They came out the same day and adjusted it for free. Thank you for the awesome service! I purchased a "fixer upper" in Lake Wales. I called this company to come and give me an estimate of how much the repair of the windows would cost since some get stuck and some have broken glass. The guys that came looked upset and disgusted at having to be at a house that obviously still needs repair (has a new floor and new kitchen, just needs some work with the walls and windows, and the siding outside. They said I'd get the estimate that night. Nothing came so I called today to follow up. This lady answered the phone and when I said who I was, it got silent and after a few seconds she hung up the phone. I called again and it went straight to voice mail. How difficult is it to say, we are not interested in doing your project? Instead of wasting my time and leaving me waiting for an estimate they were never going to send? Then hanging up the call? What are we, sixth-graders? If you have a project that is beneath them, you should call someone else.

Paid $300 to have a mirror replaced, in a large frame I have had for years.After picking up my mirror & re-hanging it where it has hung for years 2 days later, my mirror was shattered all over my floors! Clearly it was not assembled correctly! When I took it back to RIDGE GLASS ( with pictures of the shattered mirror , frame broken & secured nail - where it hung - still in place!All RIDGE GLASS kept saying was they take no responsibility. She advised the mirror was in place. I showed her the pictures AND bright in my frame - to show her clearly the mirroe was not secured! I tried to show her where the mirror was placed behind the frame, and the frame was broken entirely. Clearly, the frame was not put back together correctly. All she would say - was they are not framers! And are taking no responsibility!$300.00 is expensive! And all I have a shattered mirror and a broken frame !!I will NEVER recommend RIDGE GLASS again! And I should have read the reviews closer!

What an amazing experience during a challenging time. I had a new shower put in and experienced some delays while waiting for the frame in July. I was explained how the process works and understand that this past July was challenging for anything being shipped. As soon as the frame came in they were there to complete the job. Staff was very professional and provided amazing services. The frame took a bit more time than expected, but I completely understand as each of us learns to live through a pandemic.

What a great company to use for any of your glass needs. They have a very quick response time and the staff couldn t be anymore knowledgeable or polite. We have used them for window installation and also window repairs and they take so much pride in their work. Hands down the best glass company in central Florida.

Their prices were pretty high. I need about 13 windows rescreened and I dropped them off they wanted $25 each and if they came to my house they did not give free estimates, they would charge a service fee

Very friendly front desk employee! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Great pricing and service. Glad to have found the BEST glass company in the area. Will definitely be doing more business with Ridge Glass!

They replaced my window that had a crack in the glass, and worked perfectly before their repair. Afterwards, I t was so tight I couldn t open it. I called them. They came back out to fix it. Well, I still can t open it. Personally, I don t think even their strong young men could open it either. What a waste of time and money.

We waited a month for a shower door promised to us in two weeks. We kept getting strung along by this company saying it was coming the next day, over and over. They kept saying it was the company they used to make the door but didn t take any responsibility themselves. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone!!
