I contacted Josh to do a pre-purchase inspection on a fifth wheel I was interested in purchasing. I was out of state and wanted an accurate representation of the condition prior to traveling to look at it. Josh did a great job on the inspection, sent multiple photos of everything (even very minor things) that he identified, and spent about half an hour on the phone with me going over everything. He did a great job on the inspection and it made me confident in purchasing.

We are very pleased with the services from ProFormance. Josh is very professional and timely in his communications. The work he did on our travel trailer was done with great attention to detail and shows true quality workmanship. He took his time to explain in detail the issues we needed addressed and the methods and parts that would be used to fix our problems. He even did some extra, necessary work as a courtesy without being asked or charging more. I highly recommend him and will call on him in the future if needed.

Josh is professional, courteous, timely and kept us informed during our entire repair process. Parts had to be ordered for our slide out repair and Josh kept us well informed as to delivery and when he would get our unit repaired. I had just purchased a brand new 5th wheel Keystone Montana, but after having it delivered to our spot I noticed that the leak that was originally found and repaired on walk-through was still leaking in the back bathroom. Josh came out the same day to look at it and realized that it wasn't from the connections that the dealership thought but it was from a faulty faucet that needed to be replaced. He ordered the part and kept in contact with me until it came in. He was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and willing to work around schedules. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service, convenience of not having to go anywhere and honest repairs that don't break the bank.

I am very happy to have found Josh. He is very helpful, fair, knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and thoughtful. I am 100% satisfied with his work. And I thought his pricing was fair.I ended up having to have a new air conditioning system but, he tried a few things before it got to that. Josh @ ProFormance was an absolute godsend. When our 79 Chevy Jamboree broke down & suddenly lost power in Lake Wales we had no idea what to do. We found his service through google & were able to leave a message for an emergency Mobile Check-in. He called us back within a reasonable time & came out to us late at night within a matter of 15 minutes. He was able to help us diagnose what was wrong so that we could be on our merry way. Without his guidance we would have probably spent hundreds on towing our RV for no reason. He was able to show my partner how to install a new starter with ease. His service was exceptional. Not to mention totally reasonably priced for his time & expertise. I recommend him to anyone in this area! Thanks again we were so blessed to have had your help! :)

Fantastic work. Was very respectful. Did an awesome job fixing my RV. Best part. Didn t have to bring it to the dealer and drop off for a month. Highly recommend ProFormance mobile RV. If you don t want you RV sitting at the dealer waiting for them to get time to work on it. I definitely suggest calling Josh at ProFormance for your RV needs. Big thanks to Josh for his great job. Will definitely use you again anytime I need work done.

I used Josh twice while staying at Canopy Oaks. He fixed several items for me startingWith fixing a leak in the roof. Some of the repairs were owner induced. The owner is extremely well versed on any type of service or repair that you need. He is polite, well spoken and quick to resolve issues. Josh had helped us with our old fifth wheel. When we bought a brand new TT, I called RVForce for repairs under warranty. Josh doesn t do warranty work.Long story short, RV Force charged us a service fee. They caulked around the shower enclosure. They suggested I find the water leak if the caulk didn t stop it, so they could fix it quicker if they had to come back out.To avoid more useless service calls, I just called Josh. He cares if it s fixed. Asked for follow up texts so he was certain he d found the issue.Peace of mind is worth paying a responsible repair man then fighting with the warranty people to be reimbursed.Just call Josh. It s easier!!

We were in a pickle - just got our RV back after damage and electrical service late on a Monday evening - 96 degrees in the 38-foot motor home and plugged it into 50-amp service - NO A/C AT ALL!! And we were scheduled to leave on Thursday morning with reservations from that day for the next 5 months - many already paid in full. I called 3 mobile service places and no one could come before we left. I left messages at 2 other places - and an hour later, Josh called me back from ProFormance. He heard my story and said he was booked solid the next morning but if we could be up by 8, he'd stop by us first. NO PROBLEM. He was there and an hour later, he woke up the relays and we had BOTH A/Cs working at full power!! Service call and an hour labor? $174!!! Pleasant chit chat while working, the serial number of the A/Cs AND the part in case it fails on us again so we don't have to start over again PLUS he showed us how to try what he did to fix it before calling for help. You need help? Call Joshua Bence at ProFormance. He'll try his best to help, show up if at all possible, try not to charge you any more than absolutely necessary and try to help YOU become independent in helping yourself - all for a more-than-reasonable price. We couldn't have done better. I'm glad the rest couldn't help us because no one could have done more for less or been better. I have his card and will use him again in a heart-beat.Service: Air conditioning

He came out fix the stairs temporarily while we were at the RV Park. He was very helpful when I needed to order the new motor on Amazon. He told we how to replace it when it comes and it saved us a few hundred dollars. He's awesome.

Great experience, I didn t want to take my 5th wheel to a dealer for days or weeks. Josh was very knowledgeable and did a 5 Star job onsite. The portable shop he has is very impressive, I will definitely call him for all my RV needs.

I have a mom and pop Rv dealership..and have used josh at my shop for multiple jobs. And installations of awnings to electrical work..we have even used him at the campsite at fort wilderness in Disney on my personal motorhome while on vacation... And will continue to call him. Very professional very fair priced. And he knows his stuff...it s hard to find an rv tech that is not out to rip someone off!
