I highly recommend Patton Tire! Everyone there was a pleasure. They were fast and prices were great. We had four wheels locks on my car since I bought it at the dealership six years ago. Long story short our key broke. The spare key was the wrong key. We tried buying a new key no one had. We tried but the wheel lock extraction sets it just ate the outside of the lug nuts. We were told to go to dodge dealer even their master set didn t have the right wheel key. The dealership recommended we try Patton and they are miracle workers had all four off and replaced in no time! We will be going to them from now on.

I can t say enough good things about Patton Tire. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and they have always taken great care of me and my vehicles. Jenny in the front is always super friendly and the owner Darren is awesome. I had an issue I wasn t sure was actually an issue and on my way out he pulled me aside to let me know he had personally driven my truck to listen/feel for the noise/problem. Highly recommend Patton Tire!!

My wife has been taking her car here for years for oil changes. Before a long trip, I decided to do it myself before it was needed. The sticker said 1,700 miles left before next oil change. To my surprise the filter looked like it hasn't been changed for years, only had 1.7 quarts out of 5 quarts of oil, had black and metal specs in the oil. I was especially surprised that the dip stick was stuck like if nobody every pulled it before. These people are complete scammers and should be shut down! They caused permanent damaged to her car that will cost thousands of dollars.Edit: Oil change stickers can be seen in the photos. These people definitely didn't change the oil and definitely charged my wife for it. And of course my user name "oohhh" isn't my actual last name. How about an apology instead of a denial? How about make this right and buy my damaged car from me?

Friendly and responsive staff. Prices seem high but willing to work with you on getting it paid. Will go the extra mile to get it right.

Great service. Usually if they don t have a specific tire size, they can get it in next day. Get you in and out.

Before returning to our home over a 1,000 miles away from Lake Wales, Florida we took our jeep to in to check a vibration in a tire. This place went above and beyond to help us and have us up and going in just a few short hours. Highly recommend!! Thanks again for getting us in so quick!!

After spending 50 years working in and managing automotive shops from machine shop, to luxury car, to tractor trailer shops, to foreign car dealer you can imagine my expectations when I take my vehicle to a shop for repair. I'm spending my first winter after retirement in Florida. When I needed tires for my car I called around and Patton tire exceeded my expectations from the first phone call. They gave me an appointment, ordered the tires I requested and were ready for me when I got there. I also asked them if they would make a minor repair and they took care of it for me at no charge. They got me in and out in a timely manor and the technicians were also very professional. As a former service manager I highly recommend Patton Tire.

A wealth of knowledge, and even when you bring them a problem that they can't solve themselves, they go out of their way to find you someone who can. Great customer service.

Don't need their service often - and that is good. But when I need their help - could not ask for a better group of people. They are very fair and honest and only fix what needs to be done. They will advise anytime additional repairs are needed. They will also tell you if the anticipated repairs can be deferred for awhile or need to be done now. And best of all - their labor charges seem fair.

My neighbor recommended Patton. I took our car in for a brake and safety check. After a very short wait, the mechanic found no issues needing attention, with a pleasant no charge surprise when done.

They are awesome people! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my Silverado to them to have a leveling kit installed. They did quality work and were done in no time. I will definitely be back.

I enjoy Patton tire. I go there alot for oil changes, they fixed my passenger window. I like that they check stuff like my wipers and tires. I don't think about them until I have a flat and need one. And they topped off my fluids. They are really try to help you.

Called not too long before closing when we got an unexpected flat and they still took us, I can't thank you enough for helping us the same day with our flat tire! They were patient and worked with us to get the car back to us as quickly as possible and even stayed after hours. Very grateful!

Super nice people here. We get all of our heavy-duty trailer tires and semi tires here. Fair prices and fast service. I know they do more than tires, luckily I haven't needed anything other than tires. Highly recommended!

Patton Tire went above and beyond my expectations this morning. I went in for an oil change and asked if they would take a peek at one of my tires, I feared I may have picked up a nail or screw. The front desk lady, Jenny was so respectful and kind, she had no problem at all adding the check tire to my account. When my car went into the garage, I watched the tech who serviced my car. The gentleman s name is Greg and he did an amazing and thorough job. It was clear to me that he takes pride in the quality of work that he does. That is a quality in itself that should be praised. Thank you so much for the best service. God Bless you all and this business.

Patton tire is one of the best places in the Lake Wales area to have service work done on your car. They are fast, though could be booked up for a few days, and reliable. Shop prices are not too bad. I have been going to them for a few years now and will continue to go to them as long as they stay in business. If Google would let me, I would give them a 10 out of 10.

My new hometown/local tire service. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and accommodating for both my tractor tires and full replacement of my mother in laws car tires. They ordered the tires which arrived the next day, started promptly on the install and texted as soon as it was ready. Unbeatable service, prices, and quality.
