The staff here is awesome. I came to buy a brake light bulb and ended up locking my keys in my trunk while in the processing of taking out the old one. Monte and Nelson both helped me get my car unlocked. They were knowledgable, professional, and extremely kind! I will only come here to buy auto parts from now on!

I love this place. I am now a lifetime customer. Monty is the best. He helped change my spark plugs for me when I looked lost. It's a good place to shop, they take good care of people. Thanks again Monty, I appreciate people like you.

This location is super helpful for the rookie car fixer. Monty was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He offered to help add oil to the car for me and even run a code to make sure that nothing was wrong with the engine, with a great attitude.

03/04/23 I want to thank Eric for his help! I was traveling back home with my family from strawberry festival when my dash showed a battery symbol and saying g check charging system in Bartow. I drive 13 miles into lake whales and ask if he could check my battery and alternator. Now its 8:15pm he said he could put my battery on charge since it was 70% i told him I was 1hr30 min from home. He loan me they're tool cart. Took the battery out put it to charge and asked for price and availability of my alternator, had one in stock thank god, and knew dad and mom didn't raise no sissy took that 200degree plus alternator off! Bought the new one Eric said if he need to stay later after 9 he would since I was using they're tool cart. Installed freshly charged battery and new alternator by 9! Thanks again Eric for helping my family get back on the road to get safely home!

Stopped in to see if they'd show me how to replace blinker light. Tony came outside, checked lights, replaced (and showed me how) bulb. I asked him how much I owed him and he said, you don't owe me anything. Just come back and see me if you have anything else. Would definitely return to their business.

Incredibly helpful, especially Brandon! They had numerous brands for each of the parts I needed and Brandon was very knowledgeable. He even delivered an oil filter to Wal-Mart on his lunch break because they didn't have one for my vehicle in stock. Much appreciated!

To start out with I have been a loyal customer of O'Reilly's in Lake Wales since y'all opened. Customer service is always been great.I went Saturday and was greeted by James in the Lake Wales store.James was beyond helpful. His customer service skills were impeccable. He really spent the time to explain details on how to hook up, recharge, cans of freon how to read the meter, how not to overfill it.just all in all great job please recognize him.Professionally,Paul Vigna

Stopped in to see if defrost vent can be purchased for my vehicle, they wasn't able to order one and gave me few names of other businesses that maybe able to help.The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful! There practicing social distances with 6ft apart signs, store was clean and mask is required posted on door.

One star here because I couldn't do no stars at all, Jason who I believe is the manager is rude as anyone can be. Not only did he attempt to serve the gentleman behind me first, but when actually "serving" me answers phone and starts serving the customer on the phone, so I'm standing there like really? One less customer, people working on the service industry should know better... specially the managers right?

I thought this store was great. But it has a new manager and is no longer LBGTW FRIENDLY. I AM A TRANSGENDER WOMAN AND WAS SEVERALLY disrespected in this store while picking up a $3,000 motor I had just purchased. I tried to speak with the manager but he was more interested in his lunch break than talking to me and after waiting 30 minutes for his lunch break to end it was obvious that he didn't give a damn about what I was saying. I tried to call corporate and they did not respond. They did not even return my call. So I am now using AutoZone.

Not very helpful. When I explained the problem with my car all he said was that Fords have that issue sometimes and was unwilling to help any further than that. Very unprofessional and will be going else where from now on.

Christi and I believe his name was Jason? Were extremely helpful. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong parts for my truck, and they got them exchanged and helped me get the proper parts no problem! Extremely polite and helpful!

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable about everything! I'm impressed for a change that someone actually knew about a vehicle! The staff is very nice as well (professional) also.I will definitely use them more.

Last time i trust Oriellys giving me the right part. I gave a worker a specific part number and trusting he gives me the right part i checkout. After thinking i fixed my car with the parts i bought my car messes up again only to find out i was given the wrong part number after specifically asking for a certain one and reassuring if it was the correct one.

My sister s car battery died while we were next door getting gas. We don t live in Lake Whales so we didn t know what to do. We walked over to O Reilly s to see if they could help us. The staff were SO nice and helpful. They walked over to the gas station and helped jump our car and then changed the battery for us. Thank you O Reilly s for saving our road trip!!

I walked in after going to Advance Auto Parts to get my windshield wiper fixed after Advance Auto Parts told me that it was not fixable I walk in and this very nice girl working there popped it back into place put it back on my car for me and sent me on my way that is awesome service right there and I will never in my life ever go to Advance Auto Parts for anything ever again. Good job O'Reilly Auto Parts you're my number one auto parts store now

Very nice people and helpful, every time I've an engine light on in my car, they hook up the code reader to the car and then advise me what to do or buy to correct the problem.
