I purchased a Kawasaki 112 KX from them in September. It was the best and most fun buying experience I've had. Austin did an excellent job of handling the sale. Felt very comfortable and trustworthy working with him. Bradley in the service department was very nice and helpful going over everything about maintaining the bike and gear I need. Jeff in the finance department did an excellent job explaining the paperwork. They all had a great sense of humor and made it fun. Thanks again for everything. Would highly recommend them for your next purchase. 10/10 and will definitely go back to them for my next purchase.

I do not recommend this place to anyone, bad business. This business lacks good management skills, and proper customer service to support their buyers. McKibben focuses on selling and forgetting in my experience. I purchased a brand new 2023 Yamaha Waverunner FX HO from this Mckeeben dealership back in Oct of 2023. Dealer took the ski to the back due to a low battery alert, brought the ski back to me 10 mins later with a superficial tear in the back sit. I pointed it out to the guy so they warrantied it, they called me abt 2 weeks later telling me the replacement had arrived, so I drove 40 mins to go pick it up and exchange sits. Once installed into the ski, the fitment was not the same so there are gaps in between the ski and the sit, the color stripes would not align so they look staggered, in some areas more than others. They had me haul the ski 40 minutes back to the dealer to check and see if I was doing something wrong, and they acknowledged the problem but were also being dismissive. One of the service guys got on my ski with his dirty shoes full of dried up dust and got the freshly detailed ski full of dirt. I didn t say anything to try and avoid trouble. I ve spoken to about 7 or 8 of their employees and each time I call i speak to someone different who has no idea about what s going on, no notes on the system so I have to re-explain the whole thing then promised a call back the same day and never call back.They also sold me the trailer with a bad winch screw, and a ripped winch strap so they said they couldn t do anything about it to contact the manufacturer. I want about to do that so guess who fixed that Me My ski could of come lose and off the trailer if I didn t inspect the ski and trailer properly. Today I got tired of calling Mckeeben and so I am done with them. I will see what other options there are with Yamaha. Quiete ridiculous after spending $23,000 on a purchase. They can do a lot better by their customers, I even called finance to try and get some info, left vm and guess what? No call either. Me, my family, and my close friends will be staying away from this place and take our hard earned money somewhere else. I actually have a friend that is buying two new waverunners, and trailers, guess where they going NOT MCKibben . For anyone asking the ski sits at 0 hours, has been hauled 3 times for 40 minutes each. Salesman was not that great either.I emailed the email provided twice, no reply..

So! Where do I start? Took my daughter to look for her 1st bike. I'm usually the guy to say (buy a clunker first), but she wanted it done right from the get-go. My 1st option would have been HD. But she is the sports bike kind of girl. Called Ryan over the phone, and he seemed nice. And he was, upon looking around and finding the bike we were looking for I asked. If we do buy, do you guys cover the school? (No). Some gear? (No). Apparel? (No). Dude! We are buying a $16K bike, and you guys offer NOTHING? He said we just had lunch! We have hot dogs.. my man hooked me up with some hotdogs. (I have to give him credit for that). Later, I told him. Look, man, if it were my choice, she would be getting an HD. She would walk off the dealer with much more. So then he offered me a shirt, a hat and even a freshener. Will I get paid to advertised for you guys? And where in that heck will place an air freshener on a bike? "This guy." We got the bike, a few hotdogs and a whole lot of debt. Take this review as you please, I am not mad at Ryan he did what he could with what he had. But a bit disappointed and how little stuff you get from these places anymore. Oh! I forgot. They won't even fill your tank up. I think they only put a gallon of gas in it, BEFORE they take the bike for a test ride. Had to go straight to the gas station after buying a brand new bike.

NO STARS! was happy with my Razor XP, but the clutch went out a couple months after purchase. I never got the machine stuck, and it did jerk into gear since the first day of purchase, which I was told was normal. Well like a dummy I purchased the extended warranty. 400 bucks later, new belt and clutch and no more jerking into gear. Warranty paid for nothing! Sold back the 1700 dollar warranty in mid December and still no check. Polaris will not help me and the dealership is not returning my calls. On top of all this when I took it in for service, it came back with a drain plug missing. Polaris customer service and warranty is joke!! Don't buy Polaris!! Not happy with McKibben either.

This is the second bike we have bought here and Austin was our sales associate both times. Shopping was super easy coming in knowing what we wanted. We didn t feel pressured to buy a more expensive model and he walked us through every step of the buying and financing process.When we come back later in the year for another bike we will be asking for Austin to help us again.

1/6/2024My husband and i go by the entrance with the truck and jeski i get out of the car and i was fixing my akirt and this employee come out of saying move the truck you bloking the entrance i as he was approxhing to me i tell him please do not talk to me this was because im a custumer bringing the ski for service and this haplendoutside while i walk inside everyone was by the entrance door and i was mad and upset i started telling this employee there way to talk to people you are not going to talk to me this way i ask for his name he say he name was austin i ask for last name he say he wasent going to give it to me he said the sale manager hear everything and he was looking at us if the sale manager was seeing us why did he did not approach to me saying what happend? Or is everything ok? So this is ok to talk to a custumer like this? I will keep coming to bring my ski for service odviously because i pay for this but rather than that i will not purchased something here never again ! I will not recommend this location ! I try taking a picture from him but he gave me his back all the time

Dropped my 4wheeler off at 9 a.m. this mornin as that was my approach time. This was for my first service, they called me at 5:30 saying it was done. I made a weekend appointment for a reason, I don't have time.to get it during the week. Sure didn't know it'd take 8 hours to service a dang 4wheeler. Horrible service from the service dept.. sucks I already bought 6 services at time of purchase. I wouldn't let these jokers walk my dog..

Another awesome job done had new stage 5 Trinity exhaust installed on my Polaris also got a new sound roof. Excellent service And knowledge shout out to Bradley In parts Excellent prices. And shout out to Kevin in service. Thanks for the install guys appreciate everything you've done. I would recommend everyone to you guys 1st class.

My husband had been communicating with Austin from Mckibben for a couple weeks about the Kawasaki Teryx and we just didn t have the time at first to make the drive to get the deal done.Yesterday we drove over and were lucky Austin was there to pick up where he and my husband left off. He made the process easy and quick for our purchase and we couldn t be happier.Thanks Austin!

We ve called around everywhere for a 2024 Honda Rubicon Deluxe and no where within 4 hours of where we lived had one in stock or knew when they would. We spoke with Austin at McKibben Power sports in Lake Wales 3 weeks ago and he told us he would notify us as soon as one was delivered. He called back as soon as he knew one would be in stock. We drove up shortly after that phone call to pick it up. We could not be more pleased with the quick efficient and friendly service. Thank you McKibben and Austin for going above and beyond!

More like zero stars.. Got a new honda pioneer 700 and within 5 miles it's over heating. Called the sales guy bobby and he just pushed me to service department.. they told me it would be over a week before they could come get it because they were to busy with government sales jobs.. No customer service for us little guys I guess.. still have yet to get a call back.. lost a customer and 2 other sales from family members. We will shop somewhere else for sure..

Friday, February 10, I was at McKebben Power Sports in Lake Welles to buy RZR Pro 4, which I called the day before to find out what was available. They gave me a price out of the door: $29,800 Stock Stock # P01299, which did not have the package listed, so I had to drive from Miami, which one. It has costs and time. I was upset. I tried to make an offer to buy that day and compensate for the lack of professionalism in that place. Not even the manager was able to face me and apologize for what happened, knowing that they were lying, which I found the same lie in labelle deler. It is not a safe or professional place, what they do is fish for good customers on the internet! They are liars!

Mckibbens was awesome! I was going there for air filter! Cirenia was amazing and told me to go spin the wheel and i got the $100 dollar gift card! When you walk in its clean and wveryone is so nice and welcoming! Ryan was also extremely helpful in helping me find the dirt bike that i like! I 10/10 reccomend mckibben!
