I brought my van in at 9am for an appointment to check the air conditioner which was not running properly. By 2:00 I had not heard from them stating what the problem was and how much it was going to cost to fix it. I tried calling up to 10 times to check on the status of my vehicle but got no one answering at service. At 3pm I drove over to the shop and was told it needed a part which cost $1200 plus labor. I asked why no one called me. I was informed they were just then looking to see what the problem was even though I had a morning appointment. When I asked about why no one picked up the phone each time I called the service advisor said the calls go to some other place to be answered. I chose not to spend that huge amount of money for a 10 year old vehicle but did pay for the diagnostic fee. I was given a paper stating what the tech found when looking over my van. It stated I needed brakes. Less than a month prior I put new brakes on my van at the dealership which cost almost $600.So either the tech never looked at my brakes or it was just a money making part they thought I would repay for. I bring my van in when it needs repairs but each time I come in there is always a problem. Maybe the service manager(who I was told was not working that day) should look into hiring more help or maybe more competent ones.

Service department ghosts you whole they are working on your car. Had to have a friend drive me up there 20 minutes before they closed to find out if my car would be done before closing. Tried calling, and texting multiple times with no response.

Absolutely nothing good to say about my experience with this service department. Was told my vehicle was done and ready to go. In good faith I paid my bill online so as to have a quick and seamless pickup. When I arrived, my car would not even start, and everything went downhill from there and was told I need a new battery. In the end I removed my battery and took it somewhere else to be charged and load tested. It took a charge fine and passed the load test. Took it back installed it and started the car. I asked for a refund only to be told to basically stuff it. If I could post this with no star I would.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My part was a special order but they got job done in a reasonable amount of time. Could be little better with communication but overall satisfied. My vehicle running better than before. Just had my first oil change done on my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and it was easy and seamless. I made an appointment online and walked in and handed them my keys and off they went to work on it. The waiting area is nice as they have a vending machine with snacks and they also free coffee and tea. Good experience.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I had to go to Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Service for a seatbelt issue I had two years ago. The service department fixed the issue then, but now I'm having the same problem. It will cost me over $500 to have it fixed. I was told it was caused by me sitting on the seatbelt. I can't believe that a rugged vehicle like the Wrangler could be sidelined by a seatbelt. I encourage to you to visit your local repair shop rather than have your vehicle serviced here. You will only wind up spending more money and being more frustrated.

My husband and I are Very very satisfied with Walter s work on my Dodge caravan. Transmission was the main concern and he made my van brand new again. It drives like the first day that I got it 5 yrs ago. He is a honest person and did everything he said he would. The van was ready on time just as scheduled. Oil Change took over 2 hours. In addition, had my truck most of the day for rear end seal replacement. Would have kept it for 2 days, if I hadn t insisted on getting it back same day. Service Advisor guaranteed it would be done same day and stayed until nearly 7pm to ensure it was completed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Everything was good until i went to pickup my jeep compas 2020 they asking to paid $121 for oil change when i have a package to cover for everything. Plus the ladie tell me the package i but at Lakeland toyota is no related with Dodge. After a couple minutesthe ladie tell me was a mistake because they have another person with my last name and apologize to me.

We have used this dealer for our car service for a few years and have had good results, Savannah Mahalak is our service Advisor and is very responsive to our needs. Had a problem with the Stop/Start function not working.The van was in the dealership, first Winter Haven 3 hours, and then Lake Wales 15 hours. LW finally found a faulty relay which they replaced. I HAD A 10:00 APOINTMENT ON THURSDAY APRIL 13 (SERVICE ADVISOR WAS SAVANNAH) TO GET MY VAN LOOKED AT . I'M NOT ONE TO BE LATE AND I DIDN'T KNOW HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE ME TO GET THERE I GOT THERE AT 9:00AM. MY SERVICE ADVISER GOT TO WORK AT 10:00AM. I GAVE HER MY VAN BUT SHE SAID IT WASN'T GOING TO BE LOOKED AT UNTIL FRIDAY APRIL 14. I AM WONDERING WHY AM I MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF MY CAR WILL NOT BE LOOKED AT TIL THE FOLLOWING DAY. SHE CALLED FRIDAY AND SAID WHAT WAS FOUND BUT DIDN'T KNOW IF MY WARRENTY WOULD COVER IT. SHE WAS GOING TO CALL CHRYSLER TO SEE BUT PROBABLY WOULD NOT KNOW UNTILL MONDAY. ALSO, WONDERING WHY SHE CALLED ME FIRST AND NOT CHRYSLER TO MAKE SURE BEFORE CALLING ME. NOW MONDAY ROLLS AROUND, I CALL AND SHE SAID IT'S COVERED BUT THEY WOUNT GET TO IT UNTIL TUESDAY. SHE CALLS ON TUESDAY AND SAID MY CAR WAS DONE. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY VAN I ASKED HER IF THEY DID AN OIL CHANGE, WHICH I TOLD HER I WANTED. SHE SAID NO. My Jeep Cherokee was around 15k miles when 2 tires developed splitting and was not good anymore. I was asked to pay around 500 $ for the 2 tires even though the tires had warranty till 45k miles. I was given a contact number and email from the support staff for Continental Tires which was never answered and the mail was never delivered to the customer support. It will be very helpful if someone can get me the refund which I am due for the faulty tires sold to me on my Jeep.Service: Tires

It took2 months of repeated unnecessary repairs and cost me over 3000.00 . they kept replacing parts and next day said it was fixed, it was dead the next day.
