Tim Charney and Tim in finance were awesome to work with. Did everything over phone, text and email as i live 3 hours away. They made it super easy and NO hassles or surprises. Best experience I've had in a long time.

My salesman was Cristobal.. gave me excellent service drove 2 1/2 hours to get to the dealership. The car was exactly how we explained it. I end up buying it very happy with the service all the guys at work they were good. I use them again if I needed to.

I just went and picked up my Dodge Ram today after being Serviced at Lake Wales Dodge. I sent my Truck in a Week ago ( via a Wrecker truck ) with a Check engine light on and Revving high). Dodge told me that they were going to run a Diagnostic on it. And then give me a call about what they find. One of their Service techs ran the diagnostic and then deleted (what they said was) Old Codes . They then ran another scan on the Truck and found that there was only one Code present and it was a Brake alert Sensor . They called me and told me this. And I told them to go ahead and fix it. They order the Parts and fixed it. Everything seems to be running fine now. No issues Driving home. Over-all, I can say that Lake Wales Dodge s Service Department Delivers on Service !

This is the best dealership I have ever been to in my life. I met with a sales person by the name CHIEF. OMG what an awesome experience. Him and his Co workers did everything they could to get me into a 2023 Dodge Charger with a very low down payment n low interest rate. I received a decent amount of money for my trade all kinds of rebates and incentives. I wish there were 10 starts because they ALL deserve it. Highly recommend this dealership especially CHIEF, he makes miracles happen!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH LOVING MY NEW RIDE -:)

Had my service done with Savanah , exceptional service . Recommended to all my friends and family. Worry free , dropped of the vehicle, everything was worked on efficiently and very happy with the staff. Kudos to Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

DO NOT GO BY YOURSELF IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. Patrick kept talking down to me, cussing and had to stop to smoke a cigarette before I could test drive the truck. Once I said I was not ready to purchase the truck today he sent out his manager Jake who proceeded to call me Mamas and tell me I was too scared to buy a vehicle. Told me I would better off financially if I co-signed with a man. He also kept trying to run my credit after I told him multiple times not to. Overall I left disappointed and frustrated. I know for a fact they were trying to take advantage of me because I was a young woman truck shopping by myself. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had some concerns about a light on my vehicle. I called to see if I could bring my vehicle in to be serviced that same day. I was told yes. They serviced my vehicle. While I waited to hear the results I ask Josh if they could rotate my tires he said yes and they did. I didn t have a long wait considering I was a walk in. Josh and (the other gentleman that was very tall) was very friendly. Great service. Thank You to the staff. Karen E

Our salesman was Wilfredo, he was very friendly and helpful. He took his time with my wife and myself answering our questions and was very knowledgeable. He made our shopping experience very nice. Also the staff at Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge dealership were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle, if you stop by ask for Wilfredo, this team will not disappoint

Extremely disappointed in the customer service after the deal was closed. A few days before the end of 2023, I purchased a 2022 VW SUV. The people we so nice, and Mario offered a number of perks to make the sale that might. One included free oil change. Today, that was denied despite the dealership making the appointment for the oil change yesterday. They took my vin number and matched it to my name and told to come on in. Once there, the mechanic told my husband that the oil change only came with a new Jeep. Harry, the sales manager, and Mario backed. I m disgusted.

Let me start by saying that I hate going to the dealership, I don't like dealing with dishonest and pushy people and that s pretty much everytime you walk on a dealership except on Lake Wales Dodge!. My husband Ivanell had been going to the dealer for two weeks looking for the truck he wanted with very specific parameters, in regard to money and on the type of truck. They worked with him for two weeks until they found what he wanted and at the price and down payment he wanted. I went with him and my daughter to sign the paperwork and everybody was so friendly!! They kept calling him family! Brian was the seller and he did everything we asked him for. Jim was amazing!!! He is so sweet, he gave my daughter a coloring book and crayons and let her do whatever she wanted! He worked with us and explained everything. Jacob was amazing as well, he worked tirelessly to get us the best deal possible and he did not disappoint. We even went home with a new TV. This dealership honestly changed my perspective and I would recommend them 1000 times. From now in this will be the ONLY dealer we would be doing business it. It was a pleasure!

Such a positive and rewarding experience I had purchasing my very first brand spanking new Jeep Compass!! I cannot stress enough how well Maurice Whitaker and his team handled my purchase ... This is the dealer I purchased my jeep from and they have never disappointed me. They are very thorough and they care about there customers. Everyone is very pleasant and kind and very helpful from the moment you walk in the door. I would definitely recommend them. The only issue I have is it is hard to get appointments here because they are always very booked that goes to show you how good they are. Nevertheless I continue to have maintenance and repairs done here.

I am so happy to be greeted, listened to, and helped through the buying process to get my son in a car. Mom co-signed, giving my son a chance to be responsible. Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Over two hours to change the oil is certainly not optimum. The tech was very nice but failed to attach a reminder mileage sticker. Worst of all was,after driving almost 100 miles today,I smelled oil and discovered that the oil cap had not been put back on and I had oil on the motor. Will know how much oil I lost tomorrow.

Today was the day l, I went into Lake Wales Jeep to look at a New Jeep. Well long story short I ended up purchasing a New 2024 Rubicon Soft Top -Beautiful Black Jeep, thanks to the Awesome service of Shane, who was an amazing salesperson who just went through everything so well and made the process very smooth. Even the financial piece which I usually hate when buying a car was made so simple and Quick by Jim that I would most definitely recommend Lake Wales Jeep if you are ever in the market for a New or even used vehicle because they had a good inventory.Thanks for an amazing experience.Mike and Rhett Beshel

Had a great time at LAKE WALES Dodge today. Had my truck serviced, everything went smooth. There was one minor hiccup towards the end. However, the people at the dealership made things right. I went in happy, and I left happy that s the bottom line.

My continued disappointment, this dealer did an incomplete Gold Check inspection there was missing parts or defective parts. I wish Chrysler/Dodge would make them take Customer Satisfaction and Ethics training with manufacturer's consequences. From earlier comments BUYER BEWARE. Lake Wales CDJR misrepresented or did not disclose information to me about a car I purchased from them., the car was not factory stock and was missing parts, animal damage under the engine cover. I was not informed about items that needed repair after the dealer inspection. I had made payment for the car then received the inspection report. I demanded the dealer fix all the items. they did not repair the brakes (Safety issue) or differential (noisy). The dealer delivered the car and I noticed the problems were not fixed, I contacted the general manager on these problems. He said he was done with the car and would NOT help. I had independent repair shops check the brakes and said the car needed pads, rotors and a caliper. this was a safety issue, I had this repaired immediately. I had a highway noise; the dealer changed the fluid that was not the fix. I had repairs with the differential, and I discovered the car exhaust had been modified and was not stock. It was missing parts. My mechanic discovered animal damage with the engine cover.I have complained to Dodge about Lake Wales CDJR. All I want is reimbursement of the brakes, glass, a new engine cover that animals damaged and pay for the exhaust to make it stock which is how it was represented. I'd give this dealer Zero stars for hiding details and misrepresenting this car. I have only driven the car a few miles and find surprises. They asked for a high blue book for this car. I expect a car to be in great condition. I won't repeat business with a dealer that disrespects customers and shows unethical behavior.

Made appt at 9am for oil change and tire rotation under Jeep included maintenance program. At 10:45 I looked out back and saw my car sitting in lot. Asked if it was done. Was told job had not been started yet. Had porter bring car and left dealership. Cannot recommend this service department.
