Since moving to Florida, we have been hit twice in the past two years. Luckily, just minor damage both times. We were fortunate enough to discover Jaime's Collision Center in Lake Wales. Both times, we worked with Abraham, who was very professional, explained the process, and got our vehicle in quickly for the needed repairs. The waiting area was clean, and the receptionist immediately helped us when we walked in. We were extremely satisfied with the work done on our vehicle both times (used original parts for our 2013 Chevy). Highly recommend Jaime's and ask for Abraham!

Excellent workmanship in vehicle body collision repair. Good communication during the entire repair process. Valeria was excellent in the whole estimate, repair, and vehicle return upon completion. I'm pleased with the final results. Thanks to the staff and management of Jaime's Collision Center for taking good care of my car!

Great atmosphere and very polite staff. Abraham worked on my husbands Lexus. He walked my husband through the process and he kept in contact. We are very satisfied customers. I would highly recommend this particular store in Lake wales on US 27.

I took my F250 to gwt fixed but unfortunately my vehicle ended up being totaled. Yard n Abraham were always very polite, respectful and answered all my questions or doughts I had. Very prompt to answer me for any updates on my vehicle

I was told to bring my car in and they would let me know if they had the parts, if not they would order and I could bring it back when the parts came in . When I brought it in the service tech was so rude , talked to me like I was an idiot. Needless to say I left and will never go there for anything . Took car here for minor rear end damage and had good experience. Very easy to work with them and they got repair done in a reasonable amount of time.Recommend them if you're in Lake Wales area.

We used Jaime s Collision Center for a recent car accident. The repairs took a bit longer than anticipated, but they keep you informed. We had the pleasure of working with Kenny and the work on our car is top of the line. Their receptionist is amazing and so friendly. I can not say enough good about this business. Beautiful work, with a newer vehicle I was anxious about handing it over for repairs concerned the paint would not match. I m impressed, and the interior was detailed which was an added surprise. I highly recommend Jaime s Collision Center. Thank you !!!

YES!!!!!! Bring your vehicle here! These guys strive for excellence. My jeep was in an accident and needed quite a bit of work done. I accepted the fact that nothing would be the same about it even if someone did their best. I'm so glad I was wrong. They exceeded my expectations everything lines up, feels and looks like new. Paint is exact. She is beautiful and I am so happy to have her back. Please be patient as it took extra time to find a part. They made an appt quick. They told me they had 15 cars coming in that same appt day, and couldn't tell me when they could get to it. They kept saying they would look for more damage. I knew there was no other damage then the grill. I have a challenger hellcat, they were not accommodating to me having a special attachment to my car. Couldn't give me any specifics on a schedule, so I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car.

In response to Vicki Neikirk, AKA Keyboard Warrior Karen the Entitled....I imagine there is more to the story than you have shared.ANY body shop fixes more than one car at a time and they were honest with you that you were not the only customer dropping vehicle off on your scheduled day.NO body shop can promise a completion date BEFORE the vehicle is disassembled and it appears they tried to inform you of POSSIBLE hidden damages after disassembly.And you kept insisting you are sure YOU KNOW what is damaged on your car. Experience tells the industry that there is most often more damage found after disassembly.Your overpriced "Hellcat" has no bearing on the repairs to your vehicle.So it would appear you just chose yourself over the process and there was no answer they could give you other than possible a wrong one (length of repairs) which I am sure you would have held against them.Maybe, just maybe you did them a favor by taking your vehicle elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

I stopped in here on a whim to have a door repaired outside of insurance after a small accident. Not only was I surprised by the very fair cost of their services, but the attention to detail and level of professionalism was absolutely astounding. My truck looks absolutely perfect and everything functions as if it was brand new. I honestly could not be happier. This is coming from someone who has a background in the automotive industry, So I can assure you that as an impartial reviewer, these guys are the real deal! Thank you so much.

Can't explain how much I love this place! You'll get excellent customer service with warranty that it honored! I've been dealing with them for years now and refuse to go else where. The downtime to expect Vehicle repair and back is within 3-7 days depending on damages.

My wife had a not at fault accident and we trusted them repairs for two doors and a center column.after everything was said and done with , they left multiple scratches on interior panels and chips in the windshield. The doors they installed have tons of wind leak by around them. Also to note they don't know how to give a ETA. They just tell you next week and when it gets here maybe the following week or week after. They had the vehicle for 9 weeks and for poor quality repairs on a vehicle that didn't have 2000 miles on it.Service: Body & Trim

Just had my car repaired, had an incedent with a closing gate. The gate took a piece out of my car. You can't tell where the missing piece we was. Not only that they where 1day ahead of their estimated time. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job on my car. I would highly recommend your service.

The guys here are so amazing. They work quickly and they are very helpful when you are struggling with everything else involving an accident. I forgot to take my plate off my total loss vehicle got all the way back home (a 45 min drive) realized my mistake called them back and they were like no problem we will take it off and hold it for when you can come back for it. They even helped us try to remove our very expensive rims from our damaged vehicle. They are so kind. They are everything you could expect and more from a collision center. They care and show compassion all while handeling your tow and claim. Thank you guys for all your help. I definitely recommend 5 stars

I understand parts take forever but I waited 2 months for one part while you have had all my other parts and when you go and put them on they're all wrong... GTFO now I have to wait for re orders horrible service . My jeep was badly damaged in a hail storm. They had my jeep for 7 weeks, didn't call with updates like they said they would, both side mirrors don't function like there supposed to, they left broken glass in the car black marks were left on my headliner, they "replaced" my back hatch with a "new" one and there's broken glass inside the hatch you can hear it when you open and close it. I will never use them again.Service: Body & Trim

If I can give a minus 5 stars Ill do it. Dont waste your time having bussines with them, at least the one in Lakewales. They dont care the urgency that People have when theres need to fix a car. Waited paciently three weeks time is something that people dont have, calling them and having the same answer: "Ill put you on scredule" bla bla bla. Next time just be realistic and honest with the costumer.I Hope they do better next time someone write a review like this.

Terrible customer service. I had a question about and estimate something simple and easy. They didn t wanna help I got my estimate there and they couldn t tell me how much something was that another shop didn t fix but got paid for

Apparently they don t want small jobs. We received a quote (under $1000) and was told we would get a call to schedule. We have called another 3 to 4 times and they still haven t called us back. It s been a couple of weeks. We will be looking for a new place today.The least they could have done was say that they don t take small jobs, or they are booked out, and given us a recommendation to take it elsewhere. What a waste of our time.

While they did on.my.car is exvellent some of the office staff need lessons in.manners. one.in particular I'm will call.her " bella' was rufebsnd nasty. When.i.calmly yrief thetnandwerd from her she snickered and walked away. She out right laughed whenymhudband walked out the door too esitnfor me and further more walked off when I wanted answers and ignored me. That is not how treat anyone let alone a custmor and who stayed calm no.matter how nadt she got. " Nella,' is horrible employee and needs to be retrained. Other then.that the shop is good.
