Come vist Danny at the service department. He is knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help with service needs. I picked up a nail and he took care of it quick and easy. Don't forget to say hi to Steveo (salesman).

Their service department is very helpful. I decided to wait for my SUV and they returned my vehicle at the estimated time. Nice waiting area, not the best I've seen, but clean and comfortable. The cookies were a nice touch for an after lunch snake.

I have never had such a bad experience and then to turn around and be retaliated by the service team because of voicing my opinion was the cherry on top. The service advisor, Dale, started off nice when the car was dropped off. He quickly became unreliable and unprofessional. What he quoted as a 1-2 day job turned into a week with no communication. I also voiced my need for a rental car to be authorized through my warranty company so I would still have transportation. He initially promised to call to get the claim started and then chose to not call the company, not follow up with me so I could make arrangements for transportation on my own, and then gave every excuse as to why it was not his fault that things were going bad for this repair. He also promised to called me back each day he had the car, but never did. I spent each day calling to leave voicemails, hoping he would call me back to provide and update on the car s repair status so I could make an informed decision about getting back up transportation. Imagine someone having your car and forgetting or refusing to let you know what s going on and then becoming defensive when you voice your concerns. That exactly what happened, he then pawned me off to his manager. The manager was more professional in his tone and receptiveness to feedback, but then retaliated against me voicing my complaints by claiming they did not have the right technician to diagnose the vehicles problems . I then took the vehicle to Regal Kia in Lakeland and had a complete 180 degree experience that resulted in them treating like a valued client and the car being fully completed in 3 days.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I have had to return my vehicle 3 times for issues with my breaks. Over $800 later abs we are still having problems. I don't knowi what kind of mechanics is Dyer hiring but this year we have had so many issues I have been wasting so much time and money I am heading to Lakeland,maybe There they hired better mechanics that in Lakes Wales.Service: Brakes

The service for oil change was fine. Short waiting time. However, we had been told when we puchased the vehicle our first oil change was free. As we are seasonal residents, we only had less than 2000 miles when we left in April. When we brought the car in now with a little over 3000 miles in, first oil change no longer free as that was only good for 6 months they told us,which we were not here at that time. It seemed pointless to bring in a brand new vehicle in April with so few miles on for an oil change before we left. So we were disappointed the free oil change was not honored.

Unfortunately, I do not remember the service manager's name. But he is a dark haired fellow in the office near the service desk. The service associates change all the time at this dealership and mine was no longer there. I had a followup visit and was tired having to go over my car issues again. The service manager came out and put me with the new person. I felt heard and that the service manager understood. Greg was my new service associate that day and he is great. Personable, kind and listens. He also took my car for a test drive to clear things up. Turned out the car is fine, and actually ended up fixing itself at the dealership. Cars are so mysterious!

I came for an oil change, and a tire rotation they did a tire inspection and my tires did not need rotating, it was a good experience overall friendly and honest, definitely will return.

Went for a door handle. Troy helped to see what was wrong with the handle I was going to buy a whole handle which wasn t necessary, it was one of the parts of the handle that broke but i didn t know that. had my two babies in the car and needed to go in just to buy that part, and Troy, Art and Jackie helped with my two babies, thing they didn t had to do, but they were Soooo kind in every possible way!!! They went the extra mile. Thank You TROY, JACKIE AND ART.
