I was sent a survey in email where I named the wrong person (as I was told when he called me at home to confront me!!!) Also they tried to charge me for a battery that was under warranty.Service is good, prices are high, and they would not honor the coupon once because I forgot it.Please do not EVER call me again.

Great experience. Danny took good care of me. He had me in and out quickly and his customer service was top notch. It was pouring rain so he brought my car to the door. Definitely recommend Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Definitely the worst service I have ever received. I will never go back and I would not encourage anyone to shop there or in particular to have their vehicle serviced there.

Not very good! I paid cash and the finance Mgr accidentally put a Lien on the vehicle with GMAC ! I am contacting Brooks Law Group

Tuvimos una experiencia poco agradable. Llevamos nuestro veh�culo, lo scanearon, seg�n el diagn�stico estar�a para el martes, el martes avisaron que el jueves, el jueves dijeron el s�bado, no llamaron y toc� llamar a lo que comentaron que faltaba un repuesto por lo que se deb�a esperar m�s; cuando Fuimos s a retirar el veh�culo no cog�a reversa, lo dejamos. Volvimos a ir por sugerencia. Ah� nos ofrecieron comprar un veh�culo al cual desistimos.Se volvi� a llamar y el gerente amablemente nos di� luz en la oscuridad, luego de 3 semanas al fin nos fue entregado el veh�culo; hace falta saber al pasar de los d�as si todo estar� bien.PD. Todo ese tiempo estuvimos con veh�culo rentado.
