Owner of a 1986 Toyota RV that has been mishandled by other shops. Or, guys just feed me nonsense because this old rig is basic, easy to work on, small. So, no extensive or complicated issues to address, either with the drivetrain or coach. These folks, so far, have been accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and will/are able to handle every problem I may have. Worth the drive, as I can bring the dogs-----there are shaded grassy areas, walking space, and, on leash, they are welcome in the clean and cool waiting area. This company is organized, efficient; staff has been personable thus far. Glad to have found CFFS, Inc.

Zero star, Didn't did any thing. But Keep me 1 hour and charge $251.00. Don't recommending for anyone this lazy shop.

100% agree with the following review left by someone else. I had the exact same experience. and when I want to come get it to take it to another shop to actually get the job done they give me an attitude and of course pull it apart so then I can't tow it out. jokes on them, as my brother-in-law is a high up at the corporate offices at FedEx and they work on their fleet stuff, so now I'm going to see when their contracts up and have him switch companies.Their message while on hold is completely off. They don t care anything about customer service. The owner will not keep his word. Had my truck for 8 weeks. Drove it in and had to tow it out. If you want to be lied to and just out rite treated like you don t matter he s the guy for you. Coward won t take your calls, has his seeet secretary lie for him. I m sure she s just doing her job but anybody that makes you lie for them is a real dirt bag.

So far I'm optimistic. KC seems to have things in order. Spoke with Jeff about remote tuning and other things that I'm wanting/needing done. I will update the rating after the work is done, in a few weeks.

Their message while on hold is completely off. They don t care anything about customer service. The owner will not keep his word. Had my truck for 8 weeks. Drove it in and had to tow it out. I was very pleased with these guys.I came in with a Air Dryer issue due to the last shop that did the work on it.These guys saved me $750 in the repairMike was very informative with what the problem was as was the mechanicThey fully explained what the problem was and the best way to fix it without having to overspend.I highly recommend them and I now have a shop in central Florida when one is needed.Thank you guysServices: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Took truck to this mechanic shop for a simple oil/filter and belt change, in the first invoice they did an "engine inspection" and didn't found any problem, after the repair, literally, one day after picking up the truck, power loss, electrical failure, oil leak resulting in four invoices, 90 days and $12,777 charged. Truck left shop towed to dealership who fixed in two hours and charged $380 changing two ECM relays. So absurd that in the last invoice the reported problem was that truck was not starting, truck stay in the shop for 7 days, received a call, they said they couldn't fix it, told me I had to tow to the dealer, but I have to pay $2,044 !!!! What ??????? They simply charge me for not fixing it !!!!!!! Change some parts that didn't fix the problem and charge it.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I took my f150 to them to solve the electrical issues, Five months later I called them to see if they have figured it out. They tell me not yet. I said I will be up to get my truck to bring it to Ford dealership. They called me the next day and tell me there is a bill of over $800 dollars for just looking at my truck! Didn't fix nothing! I couldn't make it up there to pick up the truck bc of work , I will pick it up in a few days, they tell me if I don't pick it up the next day I will be charge storage fees. I do not suggest anyone to bring their vehicle here.Service: Electrical

Beware of this company ! They only tell lies after lies! We were told a price and when picked up it was 93.00 more and that was after making four phone calls that were never returned ! Mike the owner is a fast talker and makes you the bad person when he is nothing but a rip off company! Beware wish I could tell everyone that would even think about going there please DO NOT BEWARE people he charges way more than anyone and you really don t know if they even did the work you ask them to, as no one there is honest! So heart breaking when you thought you could take people at their work and hurts even more when they lie right to your face! Please DO NOT GO THERE ! BEWARE!!!!

On 8/27/18 I went to this shop for a DOT inspection which they gladly performed for $85! The tractor only inspection took no time to inspect. Found a few defects and the mechanic spoke to me about the reason the truck would not pass. Worn brake drums on the front drive axle and a moist inner wheel seal. So I was asked if I owned the truck or if it was a company truck. Truck is mine, and I would perform said repairs. I asked if I could bring it back and they would sign off on the inspection form and much to my shock the answer was no. It would cost me an additional $85 to re-inspect the truck. Unless I got the repairs done on site. Ok, I see what s goin on here!! Mike the owner was kind enough to tell me what his policy is and also mentioned what the Florida law is when it comes to these types of inspections. Mike also mentioned to me that he had been doing his job for 20 years as if to validate what he was telling me!I have been to other shops where if you do not pass an inspection, you are told why and are given a period of 14-15 days to come back with the performed repairs and these shop would honor and sign the form that the defect have been corrected. All this would normally cost $60 at most shops. And why not, I m the one buying and installing the parts as well as taking time to go visit the shop again on my time!!So as to your lesson in the Florida law Mike, I think you might be wrong. To prove this to you, I will no longer visit your shop and be a loyal customer, and neither will I recommend your services to anyone. I have been in the trucking business long enough to match your experience and I didn t like the way you handled a simple matter!! I should not have to pay another hour of labor for you to look and see if I had replaced my defective drums!! Noooo sir!!!

Great experience, Jimmy came got right to work on my truck and went and got the part we needed and then came right back and got me right back up and running with a new quick release air valve. Thanks Jimmy!!! BTW Jimmy is great guy down to earth, very professional and honest, hard working fella.

I don't think there is anyone around that can do a better Job than Central Florida Fleet Service or others that couldn't do as good as they do.! Ive read the bad reviews and have taken those with a grain of salt! They have worked on my Casita twice and have done an Excellent Job! The owner may not return calls immediately, which is because hes taking care of my problem and others with Priority! Would I recommend them to others to take theirs there? Absolutely...Thanks Mike and all others for doing a great job again!

I had posted something from before but when we picked up Mike said he was sorry for the mistake that his office person that did our ticket ! I guess the only thing I say is please return customers calls! I know it is hard sometimes but it is worth it to return customers calls! Also if there is added charges please call before just doing the work!Service: Oil change

My Truck was broke down an had to be tow n to there shop. Next morning they jump rt on my truck an repaired the broken parts an i was on my way. They also had a parts in stock for most of all truck an trailer so u dont have to wait for parts to come n. They are very fast. Prices r reasonable an fair. If you have a motorhome with a Cummins engine do not bother going here. Go directly to the Cummins shop. The people were very convincing. They advertise that they can work on Cummins engines in morohomes. These people told us they they could plug in and diagnose our trouble and order the parts (Cummins had already told us what we needed) We just wanted them to order and install. We asked them to come to our location rather than derate on the raod. Once they pluged in, they told us they couldn't read the propriety Cummins information (DUH) and they that could not proceed and we would have to go to a Cummins shop. LOL $344 paid and now the owner will not call us back. Lesson Learned.....

I brought my truck in with a tire balance issue told them I just replace the front tires and the issue is still exactly the same after looking at it they said my front tires were out of round and that was my problem I told them I just replace the front tires and it's exactly the same so it must be the rear so they charge me another diagnostic to look at the rear and tell me that I need to get my tires balanced and that they didn't do that there and referred me to another place I think it was a very expensive Yellow Pages referral

Called for emergency road service, spoke to a man who seemed helpful and professional and was told they were busy and it would probably be 3-4 hours before they could get to me. I was okay with the wait and asked to bescheduled in line... 7 hours later, no call, so I called and left a message, then 9 hrs...called again, no answer, no return call...now 12 hrs and no return call...found somewhere else.

The guy was so rude and made me feel like an idiot. I know I dont know as much as a mechanic about my vehicle as him but sure would be nice to be educated on the do,s and don'ts . But I DO know now I wouldn't theoretically service again

Everything was done that was asked! Needs a little work on the carriers they use for parts. In delaying of timely service! Because of bringing wrong parts! But hey everyone has a bad day! Lol
