The owner is why I continue to bring my vehicles here for any type of body repair. He's very personable and friendly and always seems to take time out of his schedule not just to give you a quote, but to take the time to see how you're doing. I've had repairs done here that I've paid out of pocket and also that I've used my insurance to pay. Quotes are always reasonable and the work is done professionally and quickly.

I'm quite shocked to see these positive ratings. Our vehicle was brought to Bucks after and accident in Feb. They tore it apart and submitted an estimate for our insurance co. TWO MONTHS later they submitted a supplemental claim for almost DOUBLE! Ins. co was going to total the truck, but agreed to repair it. NOW Bucks 69 DAYS LATER "found more damage" AGAIN-

Picked up my truck yesterday. Looks beautiful roof and hood of car was extremely oxidized needed repainted also had some large scrapes and dents along the side of the bed. You would never know they were there! Paint job turned out amazing. They also restored my dull yellow headlights back to new!! Great job and easy to work with would highly recommend. Thanks Bucks!

The shop is small and over booked! I only dealt with them because my insurance company send me here with an appointment booked they still can't see you on that date (Over booked) my vehicle was repaired once here and I was unsatisfied and they ignored the repairs to hidden damage just to save insurance money and cut corners! Take your vehicle to (Jamie's Collision Body Shop) on Hwy 27, you won't be disappointed. They actually do full inspection on your vehicle and know the limit amount before your vehicle is written off!

Not a fan of the professionalism of the staff. Had car longer than they originally said. Didn t write up windshield in their original estimate. Wanted my daughter to make two different insurance claims. When daughter got fed up with how she was being treated, I called the body shop to get hung up on and then my number blocked! I will never use this body shop for anything! Not to mention they were 3x higher on price than body shop at a dealership!

I have had my vehicle repaired twice and covered by USAA ! When my vehicle was hit USAA always got me in there the same day of accident! Very comforting that Bucks gave that kind of service ! Yesterday 1/8/2020 Unfortunately someone back into my truck in shopping center and left without a note! Upset as I was and understandingly I called Bucks to have a young lady tell me to make an appointment . They must be too successful to take time to look at damage! Im not making an appt. to have someone look at it ... Im already upset ! thanks but taking it elsewhere !

I brought my car to Buck's to have it repaired after a hog ran into my car :-( I can't say enough about this body shop. They are the BEST! They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and put the customer first. The shop is immaculate and everyone is friendly. They are fast and efficient in getting the job done and it's done perfectly! They are a 10+ all around!

Just picked up my 2019 Tacoma and want to say they did a awesome job can't even tell anything was wrong they were very professional and they dealt with my insurance company so I didn't have that headache I would recommend them to anyone and they cleaned my truck something I didn't expect so I would like to thank the staff at Buc ki s for doing a awesome jobServices: Painting, Body & Trim

When you have body work done at Buck's, your vehicle will look like new when they get done with it. They are extremely competent, and a pleasure to do business with. They stand behind their work.

Went to Buck's for painting estimatefrom Mr. Newell. He was not even interested in giving me a price just for PAINTING! I found Mr. Newell was to lazy to paint my car! What a shame!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Pick a different shop. Not only are they rude but they take their sweet time fixing your vehicle... Its been a month and a half and they haven't even started on fixing my car... Wow terrible!
