Grant at store 9317 is very helpful and knowledgeable and got the situation taken care of quickly. I have always had a great experience at this store. Thank you guys so much after my truck was totalled. Thank you guys so much.

Not the most "welcoming" when I interupted the 3 gentleman employees' conversation for a UPS package drop off... its ok, it was more convenient than waiting until the UPS facility opened at 1 for a small package drop off. My fault, guess I shouldn't expect rainbows and unicorns at an auto parts store,,,, right, lol. As long as they give great auto advice and parts service

The older large gentleman with "Bill" on his shirt is very rude and not customer friendly. Rolled his eyes as I walked in. Rude when sharing directions to the oil dump, and rude to my friend who was trying to return a part--which was the wrong oil filter which was sold to him in the first place. He hassled him over his receipt, and got his money back only after being persistent that he look up the part nunbers and do his job. Most people probably would have just walked out without their money. I wont be back to this location for oil dumping, buying oil change kits or otherwise. The girl running the store with him was very nice and ultimately the only helpful one and seemed to be expected to run the whole store by herself.

Not even worth a star. Andre would not allow me to pick up my UPS package. Had ID and tracking number. Was a big bully to my daughter.

These guys at this Advance are great. Very helpful without over doing it. Clean store and restroom, with toilet paper thank-you. If they don't have what you need they will get it there for you quickly. I like this store. Good Job boys! Oh and girls! I like that.

Had to have a battery tested so I went here. The test was free and I was in and out in no time. This store is always clean and the people that work here are nice. They have or can order overnite most parts that you need. Prices are not too high. They also have loaner tool program.

I pulled in the parking lot, was trying to get my wipers off. The man that works there asked if I need help... 5 minutes later we were putting on my new wipers! The most outstanding service I've ever had!

We found ourselves stranded because our car wouldn t start in Lake Wales Florida on our way home to Hutchinson island. We called AAA and they said it would take 2 hrs to get to us. They said due to COVID we could not ride in the tow truck home, 2 hrs away!!! We called Auto rental agencies in the area and there were NO cars available. Uber & Lyft had no drivers available.A good Samaritan came along gave us a jumpstart and told us that our battery was weak. He directed us to advance auto parts where we met Otis Wilson. He was very kind and helpful. I agreed to purchase a new battery and when he came out to install it he said it s best always to test the battery before replacing it. He tested it and found that the battery is working perfectly.There must be some other problem with the car Keeping it from starting. He also tested the alternator and found that it was putting out plenty of electricity. He helped me get the car going again and we made it home safely. He had a chance to sell us a new battery but he put service first for his customers and put Service over sales. Whenever I need help like that again I will go to advance auto parts.He saved us the cost of a 2 hr drive home by a transportation company or worse still having to sleep in our car since there were no cars available.

I went to this store to have a "check engine" light code check. The "sales associate" carried out the check immediately and wrote down the codes for me. This will help me when I go to the dealership to get the problem analyzed.

I went to Auto Zone (Big Mistake) who when I called advised they would install battery. When I get there the clerk said I can sell you one but you need to take it and install it yourself. I went to Advanced Auto Parts and was greeted by Carilu who was as nice and helpful as can be. She replaced my battery in 16 minutes and exceeded my expectations. Auto Zone lost me as a customer. I would highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts over Auto Zone!

Corner store. Advance auto parts. Don't go too fast coming into the parking lot it's small. The advance auto store is large and they wait on you. Great customer service.

They had several choices of air filters in stock and I chose a middle of the road. Good experience and staff was helpful.
