My wife and I are from St.Petersburg and we broke down in Lake Placid. Greg helped us with getting a tow, setting us up with Amtrack tickets, and Greg's wife, Loraine, gave us a ride to the train station so we could get to the east coast. Despite having to spend a few nights in the hospital, Greg fixed our car as quickly as possible, and it was not an easy fix. We highly recommend Sheldon's Automotive. They were honest, fair, and very helpful with our situation.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Engine repair

Great place! Greg is honest and gets the job done. When he says the job will cost $150... it's still $150 when you come to get your vehicle.

I just moved to the area and found Greg though Google. I was told previously that I needed struts/shock work but I was having additional issues with my front tire. Greg graciously let me drop my car at the shop after hours and even gave me ride home. Turns out I don't need any suspension work done at this time. He had my car fixed the next day and even brought it back to my home for me. Anytime I need work done I will be calling Greg. He is fair, honest and won't charge you for what you do not need.Service: Tires

Can't say enough good things about him. He fixed our car and saw there was something else that needed attention that he couldn't do. He referred us to another business to have it done. The price was fair and we felt like he took the time to explain everything to us. We will definitely go back and take our vehicles to him again.
